I was stocking up on a stockpile of B&B Works because I was preparing to move very far away and where I was going there aren't any B&B Works. She was fantastic at helping me prepare for my cross country move and helping select all of the best products for our new place. I observed her wonderful way of making people feel welcome and helped the way she treated them when they came in. She has a genuine smile and pleasant greeting. Her staff are a reflection of her management style. They are enthusiastic and well trained to be as pleasant and helpful as can be. It's been almost 2 years and I found out today she is still there. It doesn't surprise me. I am glad because she deserves this review. Great people skills aren't easily found and one of the keys to a successful business. I enjoyed shopping at this particular store because of her attention to the details.
