The store itself is beautiful, but what really stood out was how lovely the employees were. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel celebrated during my visit. I picked up a few candles (pictured) and was surprised with a complimentary birthday candle and matches. They also had an artist in-store painting personalized luggage tags with purchases, which was such a thoughtful touch. I had one done of my cat, and it made the visit even more special. The combination of gorgeous products and outstanding customer service made this one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences I have had in a long time. I heard about this place from a few candle makers and decided to make the 2 hour drive to check it…read moreout. It's one thing to shop in person vs online so I wanted to see the vessels up close. The store is a smaller store and you'll almost pass it up if you don't pay attention. It helps that they have a huge sign out front. Once you walk in it's a bit odd because it looks like an office. Once you walk through the office then is the warehouse. The warehouse is nice and clean and well organized. The young lady who worked the front office wasn't all that warm and welcoming. She just kind of sat there. No talking, no interacting with customers, no checking in to see if I needed anything or had any questions just sat there. Once I told her my items that I wanted to purchase, she went to go grab them all. It was a pretty slow checkout process, I'd say about a 10-13 minute checkout. She placed everything onto a rolling cart which was nice but didn't offer to help me out or anything. Just odd. I'd go back maybe one day, but I won't expect much help from the staff.

If you are looking for home improvement needs within the neighborhood then you should check out this True Value location. They are helpful and have lots of items to help you on your DIY journey.
