A rewards program should not require customers to chase down basic account issues after the store can already see the reward was redeemed.

I think I spent at least 20-30 minutes just sniffing and choosing which scents I want for my candle. They gave us a paper and pen to take notes. Too bad one of my favorite scent ran out so I didn't have enough for my candle. It's also great that they gave us an option (free) to make a second/non-decorative candle, because they know it's unlikely we'd want to light up our flower candle. We spent longer than the 90 min we were allotted for the workshop, but we weren't pressured to leave or speed up.

The waffle looked so realistic that when I brought it to a restaurant, a waiter told me "no outside food allowed". I was very happy with the final result and it smells so nice.
