DONT DO THAT. They make a BIG fuss. Just order for pick up and wait for your ready message or go in store to pick it up yourself and buy at the register. Anyway, apart from the lady in the black apron making a fuss, this experience was top tier. We knew exactly what we wanted and knew the store was closing soon so my husband got the flat bed cart thing and carried our one year old straight to the back corner with my son following behind him. They left me in the dust because I am heavily pregnant and was waddling. Every store employee we passed told me "we're closing soon" so when I saw my husband up ahead walk past a worker and the worker look back at him, turn course, and begin to follow my husband I thought "we better hurry up" this guy is going to tell us they're closing soon but nope! He was soo nice! Asked us if we had questions, helped my husband load our flat bed cart because we were getting twelve boxes of 12x36 tile, got a forklift to pull out the boxes in the back and walked us to where the grout that was in display is located. I believe his name is Luis! Thank you Luis for a wonderful experience. We're sincerely sorry if we got you in trouble. You didn't know we ordered ahead until we got to the register. If anything this man deserves a promotion! Top tier customer service! Also, we hurried to this location to get the tile we wanted because it was $30 cheaper per box than the location by our home! The salesperson at Wallbeds "n" More was very friendly and helped me find the best fit for my small room at a reasonable price. I opted for a very simple murphy-style bed which folds up neatly on the wall. Oh how I wished I had done this earlier! The set-up couldn't be any easier and the bed is comfy and quick to make up for incoming visitors. I'm almost begging people to come to stay here because it is so convenient.

He politely asked an employee for help and even brought over a similar sculpture of a different dog breed that DID have a sticker so they could compare pricing. The employee took the Labrador sculpture to the front to get a price, then came back and specifically told us the item would be waiting for us up front to purchase. We then stood in line for nearly 20 minutes only to get to the register and discover the sculpture was nowhere to be found. The employee had disappeared, and when the other workers finally contacted her, she casually told them she "broke it trying to put the sticker on." No apology. No explanation. No effort to make it right. They didn't even let us see it to see how bad it was broken, we might have even still bought it if it was minimal. It honestly felt incredibly suspicious and unprofessional, especially after being told it would be held for us. If it truly broke, why did nobody bother to tell us while we were standing in line all that time? I think the employee wanted it herself. The entire situation was frustrating, disorganized, and handled terribly. Customer service here is clearly not a priority. Store is always a mess and line is always still so long when there's 5+ checkers !!!!
