Last year we bought hardwood floor from them for our Kitchen--A couple of weeks ago an Appliance Repair Guy scratched our floor and I wanted to see if we could repair the floor instead of changing the whole thing--I called Carlos there and he was very nice and said our floor was discontinued but he had a couple of boxes that we could come get them--He said that since our floor was a year old the boards might not match if that was the case he would return them for us--We went to the store and they loaded the boxes in my car. The boxes were very old and not in good shape and were slightly opened on the ends of the boxes--We unloaded them and waited for the contractor--When the contractor arrived of course he pulled one board out of each box to make sure there were no stains on the Maple Wood--Once they pulled these couple boards out it was discovered that they were severely damaged and the color of these the boards in these boxes were different than what I have on my floor--I immediately texted Carlos and he texted me to bring the 2 boxes back for a full refund--I still have the text message on my phone---He was very nice and said no problem. When I arrived at the store, the employee at the Counter was extremely rude and immediately started talking down to me as if I was a student in her classroom--I nicely explained the issue and showed her the text message from Carlos and she started talking to me down again and said well I am not taking them back! I was flabbergasted! I have never seen any retailer act like this! Home Depot, Lowe's, etc would never act like this--She brought our her Manager Quinn and she told him to back her up even though she was wrong and of course, that is exactly what he did---They made no attempt to resolve this or make me feel good as a customer who put my trust in them as a customer---Didn't even offer a store credit--Just kept lecturing me how he would lose money!!! Especially after I had spent thousands of dollars with them last year! On top of it! They kept the Merchandise and made no attempt to give it back to us before we left the store!! Now, it will have to go to the Credit Card as a dispute but can you guys believe all this for a lousy $300?? How petty they were/are! I will never go back to these guys and I wanted to give all of you a heads-up!

After a few years of frustration, wrenched backs and banged up walls, I decided to nix the futon and have a wall bed installed. The salesperson at Wallbeds "n" More was very friendly and helped me find the best fit for my small room at a reasonable price. I opted for a very simple murphy-style bed which folds up neatly on the wall. Oh how I wished I had done this earlier! The set-up couldn't be any easier and the bed is comfy and quick to make up for incoming visitors. I'm almost begging people to come to stay here because it is so convenient.

This store is one of those spots that' just easy to keep coming back to. There are also a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby, plus a Goodwill, so it's easy to make a quick loop out of the trip. The staff are always friendly and greet you right when you walk in. They also have a board next to the entrance that clearly shows the sale colors, so you don't have to guess what's discounted. The inventory is a solid mix too. You'll find everything from more affordable pieces to higher-end items near the counter, which keeps it interesting every time I visit here. One thing I really appreciate is that a good portion of the sales goes the local Humane Society. I love this spot, and you can sometimes catch me here looking for my next treasure find!

Cem went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless and enjoyable, and Nav was equally wonderful -- together they made such a strong team. We never felt rushed or pressured, just supported. They helped us think through layout, comfort, functionality, and style, and we ended up finding everything we wanted (which almost never happens in one trip!). I wish we would have checked the reviews before buying from here…read more I went with my sister in law to buy all new furniture for her new apartment. She bought several pieces, thousands worth, including a $750 matress. What the salesperson FAILED to tell us was that the floor model was SIGNIFICANTLY softer that the new one she would recieve because hundreds, if not thousands of people have broken it down. The matress was delivered and immediately we realized that it was hard, like rock hard. Like sleeping on a cement slab. She called and got their standard auto reply of "you just need to break it in" and their "sorry, youre outta luck - too bad for you" attitude. The time it would take to break this matress in to even half of what the floor model felt like would take years. Its completely unrealistic, shes just 1 person! Whats worse is she isnt able to get comfortable and is having lingering effects from loss of sleep and physical pain. She had to buy an expensive mattess topper which slightly helps but still.... NOT THE POINT and not 100% remedied. We tried emailing Living Spaces customer help, customer service and even a corporate email we found and they all bounced back. Its clear they have no intention of helping us. Fortunately there are consumer laws but its a shame we have to even go in that direction. It would have been nice and more importantly it would have been fair for them to not only advise of the difference in feel but remedy the situation by allowing for a courtesy exchange. Jeez, even the ability to correspond would be nice instead of having to resort to alternative recourses. Literally any other mattress chain allowes for at least a 30 day exchange. Living Spaces, you have earned your 2 star reviews.
