I visit Anthem Home and Bed & Bath shoppe on Sacramento Street on a regular basis. Both locations have an excellent selection of the highest quality of accessories, sofas, lamps, bedding, decorative pillows, etc., and displayed impeccably. It's hard to leave empty handed! In addition the staff always welcomes me with a warm and friendly smile, The manager Joe, is very well versed; he's extremely knowledgeable and always willing to assist (as is his staff) me. He has such a great personality, so professional, courteous and his laugh is infectious! read more

Great store in Marin! Great selection of beautiful trinkets and friendly staff. I prefer the Marin location vs the SF location. The SF location just had a stiffer vibe and is much smaller. Beautiful products in both locations though. read more

After much anticipation, we went to the grand opening party for Anthem. It was a very stylish party, with a band, excellent champagne and passed hors d'oeurves. Best of all was the eye candy in the store. The store is exquisite, filled with gorgeous French and European things for the home. Very high end stuff, but still a wide range of prices. After much restraint I only have three things I am lusting for from Anthem... can't wait to go back. read more

Another one of my favorite stores in the City! The home store was fabulous enough, but then they went and opened bed/bath one a few shops down. Every time I go there I find something beautiful and unique. They have an amazing variety of sumptuous bedding (I have these enormous silk pillows that I matched with a linen/ostrich feather bolster that gives me that "zing" that Marie Kondo talks about...); I've gotten beautiful turquoise silk pajamas from Australia, gorgeous gold bedroom slippers, a wonderful silver magnifying glass I gave my late father as a gift, a cashmere shawl I keep in my bag in case Karl rolls in...The list of unique items goes on! Anthem is a beautiful + posh boutique furniture store that has everything I could ever wish for in my dream flat, and more! Talk about lush, rich textures, opulent bedding and fluffy pillow choices, high end and unique furniture pieces and lovely accoutrements that are sure to give your living space that extra thoughtful touch that your guests can appreciate. Basically, I wanted to buy everything in the store. I've already bookmarked this place as a return spot to come back to for some holiday shopping gift ideas. This review is overdue, but well-deserved. I went into the Bed and Bath store, in search of a nice accent pillow for a lounge chair in my master bedroom. I walked out with two: the first, I walked right to within about 30 seconds of entering the store, and it was magically on sale! The second, I discovered as I browsed through the store so full of gorgeous finds, I could have stayed there all day. I didn't need that second one, but it was so beautiful, I was determined to find a place for it in my home, and I did - it is the perfect addition to my existing bed design. Aside from the stunning pieces in the store (absolutely everything is drool-worthy), the service was impeccable. I was immediately helped by one of the gentlemen working that particular Saturday afternoon. You know when a salesperson strikes just the right balance between being very helpful and leaving you be? That was him. His colleague was equally great. It would be easy for the salespeople in a store like this to be snotty at worst, and stand-offish at best. Given the population that likely comprises the majority of their clientele, this wouldn't be at all surprising. But despite walking into the store in workout clothes with pillow creases and smeared masacara on my face because I'd come straight from a massage up the street - let's just say, I've seen better days - they couldn't have provided better, more genuine VIP service. I like nice things and I LOVE great service, so I will most certainly return the next time I'm looking for something extra special and luxurious for my home (or someone else's)! read more

This boutique is pretty swank without being too precious. It's a designer's dream, I think. The assortment runs the gamut. The most memorable were the lovely art books, decorative home items (I love the charming little topiaries), and a super soft, luxe faux fur throw. Depending on what you were looking at the prices really ranged. Though if you're on the market for a porcelain chandelier, even at $7,300, it's pretty fabulous. Of course, if you were looking for a porcelain chandelier you most likely have the benjamins for it. This will for sure be a some what regular stop for gifts and ideas. read more

This is the chicest, best Interior design store in San Francisco. I get so many amazing ideas from Anthem. The pieces are pricey but, they are unique, glamorous and chic. Your home will look like a million bucks with anything from here and will stand the test of time. The staff is super sweet and helpful. I ran in here for some picture frames and they packaged everything up in bubble wrap and helped me to my car. Great spot! read more

In fact, the environment is so inspiring and decadent it makes you want to move in! Christine and Tim are incredibly helpful and offer advice without being intrusive. You can tell they love working at Anthem...they glow when they show you the latest new arrivals. If you are looking to furnish a new place or ad a little splash to your current abode, they have everything you need to create a home you will love to come home to day after day. This is a wonderful home furniture store on Sacramento Street. It's located in what I think of as a bit of a hidden home furnishings/design market as there are a number of other great stores nearby. Anthem has amazing one of a kind pieces, beautiful wedding gifts and plush cashmere blankets in a number of styles. They also have great drinking glasses and coffee table books (think Dior, Chanel & one of Marilyn Monroe photos). It's very much an upscale, modern boutique with friendly staff, though one could go broke in there given the prices. All in all it's a great store for both men and women. I love going to this store because it looks different every time I walk in, which is a good thing! Its always a nice surprise. This place has the most unique items as well, giving the place definition. The home decor really stands out here at Anthem compared to other home furnishing stores. I met the lady, Lisa, who does the decorating and she does an outstanding job. She is very nice and friendly. Lisa is always willing to help me when I have trouble. If you need anything, see Lisa and she'll do her best to help you with your questions. She gives great advice and perspective. I always come back to see whats new and what I can add to my home. I feel like I am in a Hollywood set warehouse for the Kardashian estates when I walk into this place. It's not for the penny pinchers. It's lavish and opulent with a modern aura. I feel like every item is one of a kind, although they can find you two if requested. Staged to perfection, for every room in your home including the butler's pantry, office and library if need be, homey and happy, I want to die in the store if I could arrange it or have them design my panic room if I could ever afford one! read more

Anthem interiors is a must visit - 3274 Sacramento Street - we were first drawn to the neighborhood to visit sue fisher kings' shop and every few months in San Francisco we traipse over to that neighborhood. Anthem has beautiful, chic, relevant, traditional, timeless, contemporary interior designer level decor for the Serious about curating a beautiful home or upscale office. Accessories you cant find without a designer yet available to the discerning public. We were lucky enough to purchase the two beautiful planters with single stem olive trees that welcomed clients at the front door these past few years..stunning on our home patio as well as a beautiful wood tray to top the vintage Polo scissor legged butler...also please visit the bed and bath store two doors up...found gorgeous hammered silver cocktail tables. Jason Jones can make the most casual browser feel smart and welcome. John the manager is equally approachable and nice, nice nice as well as the balance of the staff. Wow - expensive but absolutely gorgeous, glam, luxurious home accessories. I could spend hours there but have to limit my time there otherwise, I could do serious damage to my wallet. Nice mix of styles, from contemporary to traditional but all with a slight twist and nothing boring. You can find stuff here that you can't find elsewhere. Not a large store but what they have is well-edited that everything is worth buying. While generally expensive, there are definitely lots of items below $100 and even $50 and great for gifts or accessorizing your home in an unique way. The saleswoman was incredibly helpful - pointing me in the right direction and was respectful of my budget. I went into texture overload! So much to touch. Very luxe. Cool store and I think the owner is a nice person too. However, my sister and I were recently shopping there and one of the store's employees followed us around to the point where I nearly stepped on her a couple times. I would turn around to admire something awesome and she would be right there under my nose. I thought it was kind of funny but my sister was so freaked she dragged me out of there before I could buy anything. I dont know if the salesperson was stalking us to make sure she got her commission or she thought we were shoplifting. I will go back there, just not with my sister :). And if the same employee is there, behaving the same way, I will just take it up with the manager. read more
