Amazing customer service and the most stunning arrangements! You walk in and you can see the love and care right away. I was searching for a quick place to buy flowers and stumbled upon this magnificent place. I was/am so excited to give this bouquet to my friend. It's gorgeous! Every penny is worth the beautiful quality of care put into these flowers. There is a lot of back work that we don't see feeding and caring for the flowers so they last is part of it and you can tell no detail is skipped here. Thanks so much. Big shout out to Blooming Vase - I placed my first order with them for delivery as a gift, then found out the night before scheduled delivery that the recipient was out of town! Not only that, but I was ALSO out of town and couldn't intercept the flowers after delivery. Extremely disappointed the arrangement didn't look anywhere close to the picture on the website. They have a disclaimer that due to availability they may substitute. I assume minimal substitution. The woman (did not catch her name) was very pleasant and walked me through a few details, like what price range to stick to and color scheme, showed me the bouquet she was working on for reference on pricing. I never felt pressured or judged throughout the whole process. She quoted me 15 mins to get everything together and she delivered perfectly! I visited there site and picked out a lovely orchid arrangement, prepaid and all I needed to do was pick it up. When I saw them bring the arrangement, I was beyond thrilled, and blown away. What she received was a wild looking Easter basket type thing. There was a disclaimer that said they might substitute plants but this is an entirely different basket which I never would have ordered.
