Really impressed with my the Valentine's Day flowers my bf surprised me with this year and thought I would share. These flowers got delivered right to my door and smelled absolutely phenomenal! They were gorgeous and pink and full of all my favorite things! Highly recommend coming here or ordering from here for all your future flower needs. I am not sure on the price but I am guessing that delivery was extra and the price tag for the flowers itself was not cheap either -- it is the price you pay for a flower shop and I think it is worth it. Nice little shop. I've never gone to a real flower shop before to get flowers... Safeway has been my saving grace ever since, but my mom's birthday was coming up and I wanted to get her a lovely bouquet of flowers. Coming in, I was a little overwhelmed. They keep their flowers separated by colors so you're able to see what goes well together. I had no idea how to create my own bouquet, but luckily the shop owner was friendly and helped me create a bouquet after I told her my budget... she made a gorgeous arrangement for me. The website could probably use an upgrade, looks like it was built in the 90s... doesn't look like you can really choose any prearrangements and there aren't very many pictures which would be nice but I trusted based off the reviews! You basically just let them know your price range and what the occasion is and provide any details you'd like and they build something for you! They never followed up with an email so I had to call and verify and they don't send any pictures prior to their delivery which is why I deducted a star but the arrangement turned out great, even better than expected! read more

I called her back and ask why was I overcharged from original quote she With every response she had like a laughing smirk! I will give you (me) a 25 credit to be used at the flower shop I said no I want my money overcharged back. She then tells me she would email the owner to confirm it, i've called her three times according to her the owner has not returned her phone calls and by the way the plant that she sent with this little rinky-dink orchid I was embarrassed when they showed me on the photo what they received. But somewhere amidst all the stamens, pistils and petals there exists a message of love that only a finely crafted bouquet can convey. I picked up just such a floral arrangement from Fiori when I was leaving work to visit my friends and their new baby in the hospital. I wandered in to this cute flower store for the first time and was impressed by the way they have each type of flower sitting in its own glass vase. I didn't know what to get, but Amanda who works there was very helpful and recommended a bunch of pink Dutch tulips (is it just me or does "Dutch tulips" sound dirty?? I love it!). She then trimmed and prepared them, and then put them in a nice glass vase for me. There's actually a lot of craft involved in preparing flowers. I drive a tank, well more like a SUV that resembles a WW II tank. It's large enough where I can drive to any Christmas tree lot and haul back the biggest (and baddest) tree ever. But why pollute our air supply and waste precious natural resources when I can just walk around the corner and pick up the most perfect tree within the lower 48? My sister had a big event to go to and really needed a flower for her hair. I had searched several places for a white peony. They had none at Draeger's or the other florists in downtown San Mateo. Thank goodness I found it at Fiori. My only issue was that it was browning and it cost me $8, For a single flower. That was pretty ridiculous. I had to remove all of the outer petals just so it would look decent. I am impressed that they had the flower, but their prices are really not worth it. The rest of the stars would have been for the customer service but it's really terrible. I have been in here twice to spend a decent amount of money on flowers for my home and each time I was surprised at how rude the owner was (I'm assuming she's the owner). Negative, dismissive, uninterested and didn't want to help me either time. Both times I was there she snapped at her employees (who were trying to be kind). One time I was on my way to pick up flowers I had ordered and they had closed early! They had my phone number and didn't bother to call me to let me know they were closing early. Needless to say I wasn't able to get the flowers I paid for, for the event they were for. Sheesh! Customer service really a zero stars here. Okay. I am SO disappointed with the new customer service here. I have been a loyal customer for years now. I have always been met with great customer service and great arrangements. I came in recently for an arrangement for my mom and was met with an uninterested, rude, preoccupied blonde teenage girl who looked more concerned with taking selfies amongst all the flowers and checking her phone then she was with helping me. She ignored me. I asked three times for my arrangement. It was unacceptable. I will not be coming back anytime soon. Fiori, you've lost a loyal customer. Please hire more adequate staff members. I don't know what a good price is, but I like to come in here and buy a stem of any one of the beautifully colored lilies they have. That's two to five flowers for a little less than $4 and to me that is inexpensive. As for their arrangements, especially for the holidays, those tend to run on the more expensive side. Still, coming from a person who isn't fond of the done up and decorated arrangements in general (shouldn't the flowers' beauty stand on their own?) I think it is definitely worth the price. Fiori is my go-to florist. I've gotten flowers for dates, for work, and for special occasions. Everyone who has ever received Fiori flowers from me has commented on how beautiful the flowers are -- I'm not exaggerating. I love their flowers. They always have interesting seasonal flowers. The selection and quality of the flowers are just higher than other florists that I've been to. The vases are simple yet not generic, and bouquets are equally well done with beautiful ribbons. For example, last time I got some bright orange dahlias, yellow imported cala lilies with orange stripes, and red clover flowers. Great autumn colors. For me, I always go in person so I can interact with them, ask them questions, and get recommendations while sharing my preference. It's hard to get exactly what you want otherwise at any florist. Both the Palo Alto and the Burlingame locations are fantastic! Every guy should have a florist to bail you out. Fiori has done that for me for the last 3+ years. read more

I was so disappointed when I came here. I was looking for a place to provide flowers for my very small wedding. When I went in, it was apparent from the start that my order wasn't considered big enough for Fiori. I was told that they wouldn't show me their sample books and that I should go on the internet and find bouquets I like and bring pictures in. I'm sorry, but isn't that what a florist should do? Provide me some guidance? I made an appointment to see them, but was never asked my name or phone number, which also told me that my business wasn't welcome. I mean, if you make an appointment with someone, don't you take some contact information in case you can't make it? I was very disheartened when I left and took my business elsewhere. I can't speak to Fiori's floral quality, as I never got flowers here. I can only speak to the poor customer service. read more

Nice flower shop, but a little bit pricy (but hey! you're on Burlingame Ave. What were you expecting?). The first time I came in here, the two sales associates that were there were pretty unhelpful and couldn't answer any of my questions. The more recent time that I came back here, the sales associate was extremely helpful and a lot friendlier than the previous two. I didn't end up getting anything, because the plant I wanted ended up being a lot more problematic than I was expecting.
