My friend recently suffered the loss of her very special grandmother and does not have a lot of support at this time of loss. After finding Boutique Studio and the lovely photos of Anna's bouquets, I contacted her to order some flowers. Anna completely captured the gentle, softness I was looking for as a comfort for my dear friend while she is hurting. Anna was utterly professional, kind, intuitive, has great design sense (beautiful flowers!!!), and handled the delivery with promptness and fantastic communication. I believe her pricing gives you high value for what you are spending. I would not hesitate to call Boutique Studio again and recommend Anna to anyone looking for an outstanding yet affordable florist who handles her business efficiently but with such kindness. Absolutely 5 stars.

Pastel Harmony bouquet from Botanique Studio

Wow wow wow! I ordered the Pastel Harmony bouquet Sunday night, very quickly heard directly from the owner, and the bouquet was ready Monday morning. It was more beautiful than I could have imagined and very true to the photo online, which I honestly did not expect. Anna is very talented! I also loved all of the little touches, like the paper choice, stickers to seal the envelope, and the tiny clip with a heart on it that held my card to the paper. Highly recommended. We are so lucky to have this artist in Pacifica.

I can't say enough good things about Botanique Studio! I reached out late on a Thursday evening to ask for help choosing flowers for my friend, whose mom had just passed. I'm from out of town and couldn't deliver anything myself, so I wasn't expecting much, maybe a response the next day at best. To my surprise, they replied immediately, well after working hours, and spent a good half hour planning the perfect arrangement with me. Not only was their customer service thoughtful and patient, but they also managed to deliver the beautiful flowers the very next morning, all the way from the peninsula to Sunnyvale! I'm so appreciative of their care, responsiveness, and genuine effort during such a sensitive time. I truly hope their business continues to thrive, they deserve it.

Anna was very committed to help each and every customer including myself, to have a lovely bouquet being delivered to my partner during Valentine's Day when I was out of town. Even though the area was not covered by the delivery coverage that she has committed, Anna has no qualms to make sure every order is well taken care of and she had gone beyond her distance to ensure she will get my order delivered in perfect condition even if it is outside of what she said she would do. This amazing florist/talented artist/exceptional shop has truly captured our hearts and attention of being the most stunning in presentation and delivery. Both of my gifts were ordered by my sister in socal. She is very meticulous and often requests for input to make her vision a reality. For this magnificent arrangement, it was to honor the ending of my breast cancer journey. My sis was able to work with the team at Botanique to come up with a fantastic and thoughtful design. I have nothing but rave reviews for a place and florist that truly went above and beyond to satisfy not only this picky customer, but a certain someone from miles away who is just as picky! I had a phenomenal experience ordering with Botanique Studio. I wanted an arrangement for an event I was throwing, and had a particular color palette I was hoping to include. Botanique Studio was immediately responsive, and was so kind and helpful in asking exactly what I was hoping for. Botanique Studio even helped me order a vase that was in the style that I wanted and was the right size, *and* made sure to deliver the flowers at the time that I need them. The arrangement itself was gorgeous. Exactly what I hoped for, and delivered fresh with flower food that helped the arrangement last through the event (it still looks beautiful 5 days later). Botanique Studio is not only talented, but provides an absolutely seamless customer experience. Everything from the Whatsapp conversations to the beautiful arrangement were perfection. This was followed by a warm Scone with Clotted Cream & Jam; a toasted Crumpet with butter & Lemon Curd; and a selection from their Sweet Tray! While we give the buttery and fragrant scones very high marks, and the salad and the crumpets were ok, the sandwiches and desserts were not great. The bread was dry and the filling was skimpy compared to many other high teas we have tried, and the petit fours were plain and seemed store-bought. The crumpets came after the desserts because they forgot to serve them to us (not a big deal and they were very apologetic). For the price, we expected more than one tiny item from the dessert tray. The teas were all lovely, but they were out of their Pacifica Blue tea which we were specifically looking forward to trying. This is the 12th tea service we have tried in the past couple years, and we find that we prefer teas that include an assortment of more deluxe dessert items (like SIP or Rotunda in SF), and sandwiches that are made with a variety of breads such as rolls or mini croissants along with the traditional sliced bread, and with more generous filling.

I even learned a lot about flower names as I had a general list of what I liked floral wise but was never "in to flowers" per say).
