We've been using Granara's for a few years now and they do a wonderful job. The flowers are consistently fresh and beautiful, and the arrangements are really impressive. I think that another thing to call out is how they handle things if something goes wrong. Recently, there was a delivery date mixup and an arrangement was delivered a day early. I called Granara's and the manager drove over himself to pick them up before my wife saw them. They delivered an even nicer arrangement the next day. I contrast this with a florist we used to deliver flowers to relatives out of state. The flowers never arrived, and the shop owner fought it, didn't help at all, and I finally had to get a credit card refund. Today I had a large, mixed arrangement delivered. Ordering something other than roses really highlights how impressive a job Granara's does. The mix of orchids and other flowers really pops - totally worth the money! Granara's delivers top quality arrangements with great service, support, and delivery. I've used others in the area and no one else comes close. read more

Granara's Flowers did a fabulous job with the flower arrangement I ordered. I contacted them separately on the side thru email and asked them to put a little extra TLC since this was for my sister's 50th birthday. I was not disappointed when I saw the picture of the arrangement. Thank you!! read more

Granara's handled my order for our Celebration of Life perfectly. I contacted Tim and gave him some basic information about colors and sizes then let him go with his creativity on the main arrangement plus all the dining tables. Wow! Everything was absoultley beautiful and of course delivered on time for the very important day. Price was very reasonable for excellent quality! I was a little hesitant at first as they no longer have a "bricks & mortar" shop for you to look at samples. After reading other rave reviews and speaking with Tim on the phone, I proceeded to place the order with confidence. This is a family business with a long history of success. I recommend them completely. read more

Granara's nailed my flower order! They were quick to pick up the phone, asked the right questions to figure out the arrangement (I'm not a botanist), and stayed within my budget. Lastly, they delivered within the promised time! We've had the flowers over 2 weeks and some of the are still fresh. These folks are pros, and a definite repeat. read more

Robin and her brother are simply amazing! Enough said. They made beautiful floral arrangements for my parent's 50th anniversary party! I got so many compliments and requests for my florist. Professional, kind, caring, creative and attentive. Robin came to my house and met with my caterer and event planner, she communicated with everyone throughout the entire process. She even texted me while she was on vacation in Mexico! 5 star service. They will be decorating all of my future events. The pics speak for themselves! read more

Robin was wonderful to work with. I only had to talk to her twice, all through text at that! I showed her a picture of a flower arrangement and boutonnieres that I loved online that were fake. I trusted her by her reviews that she will be able to do it. I told her I wanted wrist corsages for the Mothers and told her what flower and color I wanted. Months has gone by, I called the day before pick up. She blew me away with the finally results! The colors and arrangements turned out even better than expected. I only had to pay $200 more than what I would have had to pay for the fake flowers. So glad my family convinced me to go real, especially when you have Robin by your side! Thanks again for making our day so special! read more

First of all most nurseries aren't open on Mondays and I needed to have something delivered today for reasons I don't need to get into here. So after searching for a while I finally came across Granara's which is open on Mondays. So I called and asked for a same-day delivery which I know is not the norm. She (Robin?) explained that she would try her best to have it delivered today but she was short one delivery driver. Needless to say, she was able to get it delivered the same day! She made a beautiful arrangement and the recipient was extremely happy with it. Thank you Granara's! read more

Wonderful people and the most beautiful floral arrangement for a friend's passing. I had the sad opportunity to buy flowers in Cambridge MA around the same time for another friend. I couldn't believe that the Peninsula had more reasonable prices and more personal service than the shops in Mass. I'm not sure if they are a local anomaly for great pricing and service, but it seems like they may be a nationwide anomaly. They truly honor their customers. read more

We used this flower shop to send a flower bouquet to a friend who just had surgery. They sent out two exactly the same bouquets with same notes to the same person. When our friend asked if we meant to send two of the same we checked the receipt and in fact accidentally there was two orders. The flower shop must have seen this and knew that this is a mistake and still did not contact us to confirm this order. We got charged $150 for the two bouquets! Thanks for the reply and sorry for leaving a negative comment at first, it's first of all my mistake to accidentally check out with two orders in the cart and then to also pay for it without noticing. I will give you a call tomorrow. The flowers are beautiful and no complaints there :) read more

Got some flower for my fiance here. Ordered in the morning ready by the afternoon. They were very nicely selected and arranged. At the last minute (2days before the Birthday Dinner) I discovered that no one had ordered flowers for the table! So I turned to Granara's. From the first moment I spoke with the owner, Tim, I knew I was in good hands. I explained the situation and he helped me plan the "look". He offered to deliver them but I needed control, so I picked them up in the late afternoon and took them to the restaurant myself. As you can see, the flowers are gorgeous and full. We had specific "no no" flowers and that was respected. No sneezes! Everyone was amazed by the flowers and I had to tell the guests ...and the restaurant staff too...who did the flowers!! I will always use Granara's from now on!! You should try them too. read more

Granara's is open during COVID-19 shelter in place! (Will people even know what this is in 5 years?) I sent flowering orchids for a coworkers birthday and they sent me a photo and tearful thanks! I ordered an arrangement that was supposed to be full of white and blush roses. Not only were there no white roses, but there were only 3 blush roses and all had yellowing wilted petals. The arrangement looked absolutely nothing like the photo. The photo looked like the large vase was smaller compared to the fullness of the arrangement, but the arrangement that came was short, sparse, and sticking just barely atop the vase. Terrible company. You've been warned! read more

The Daddy Daughter dance! Yay! I put on a brand new shirt and get home early from work, and realize that the Girls do not have a corsage. Really they aren't needed, but sometimes I'm Stud Daddy and I get things like this done. Except it's 4:15 on a Friday and I'm screwed. Except for Yelp. I look up florists who are open and see Granara's is only 12 minutes away. I call them and a lady answers. I'm to the point, "I have two girls that I'm taking to the Daddy Daughter dance and I wanted to get them corsag--" "How old are they?" "Eight and six." Some talking in the background. "What color are their dresses?" -silence- "Two white corsages then. You'll have to be here pretty quick because we close in a half hour." "I'll be there." 13 minutes and 12 seconds later I'm there. I forgot her name but she said, "You're here for the corsages?" "Yep." "Just a minute, he'll be out. Can you pay now?" "Sure" While waiting I saw a letter on the wall saying "Gift Certificate for $10" dated 1986 and a note saying it was honored in August, 2016. The point was clear, they've been doing good business like this for a while. So I grab the two lovely corsages, pay the reasonable price, and go to the dance where I was promptly ignored for their friends, but at least they were wearing flowers as they played. read more

While the photos of their work are pretty impressive (I own a floral design studio myself), the delivered arrangement was nothing like the photo (ordered an anthirium and birds of paradise and received dendrobium orchids with lilies...two flowers that don't do any justice to the ordered ones). For that reason alone they lose a high rating. Additionally, I emailed three times to follow up on my order and they never got back to me...days later still waiting. Maybe regular customers just get preferred treatment here? read more

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife's office on Valentine's day. I was very excited for her to experience a nice surprise, having had good results with Granara's several years ago. First they overcharged my credit card by $22. Then I called mid-afternoon and they were unable to track down the delivery. The flowers were never delivered. Robin offered to reverse the charge to my credit card and deliver some flowers to our home next week at no charge. Glad to have them, but it ain't the same. I expected much more. Robin, you should seriously consider computerizing. The two other companies I dealt with this week in Washington and Oregon state had my information from a previous order, including the addresses of the people I was shipping to, on file. Their transactions went beautifully. read more
