I've been recommending them to our couples for years because I know they'll deliver something truly special every time. Jinger and Michaela are so much more than florists. They are designers. They have an incredible ability to transform a space while working with the natural beauty of the venue rather than competing with it. Their installations feel intentional, elegant, and effortlessly beautiful. This recent ceremony perfectly showcases their talent. Instead of bringing in a traditional arch, they designed florals that climbed our iconic oak tree, creating a breathtaking focal point that looked as though it had always belonged there. It was sophisticated, romantic, and unlike anything else. Beyond their creativity, they are wonderful to work with. They are professional, organized, and always execute their vision flawlessly. As a venue, it's invaluable to have vendor partners we can trust, and The Flower House continues to exceed expectations. If you're looking for florals that are artistic, timeless, and completely unforgettable, I cannot recommend The Flower House, Jinger, and Michaela highly enough. They consistently create magic.

She came to our first meeting fully prepared with a slide deck and immediately understood my vision. I really appreciated her professionalism and how thoughtfully she worked to stay within my budget - offering creative suggestions that brought everything to life without compromising what I had envisioned. Leading up to the wedding Jinger and her daughter Michaela answered to all my emails so quickly and little things like that truly helped ease my wedding planning stress. I still remember walking into the venue and seeing all the floral arrangements - I was sooo impressed!!! I could not stop thanking them that day - I was seriously so grateful. They did such a beautiful job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist for ANY event.

I ordered prom flowers and was promised that everything is custom made, while what I found online looked amazing, I was a bit disappointed by what I received. For the set I paid $160. It wasn't what I expected nor was it anything to write home about. Highly recommended shopping around.

At that point in time I made peace with their response to my review and told them that we could move on. I thought that I could lay the matter to rest and focus on my family during this sad time. Four weeks after my dad's passing, I was beginning to open up again to the world, when I went to my in-laws' home. My MIL had a letter addressed to me; even she was perplexed. It was from Starr. In a gross violation of my privacy, Starr wrote me a handwritten letter using my in-laws' address from their order. In her letter Starr claimed that she did not have my information due to me declining to share it and so she used my in-laws' payment information to find her way to me. Her letter was one full page, front and back, of defending herself and telling me stories of how she is a truly exemplary employee, even staying behind at the store extra late for another order. This letter did two things: 1) it reopened my wounds from feeling like I was unseen and unheard in one of my truest moments of vulnerability and 2) showed me that she still had no awareness of the pain she had caused since she did not apologize and instead told me stories of how she treated other people better than me. I then reached back out to the manager via Yelp to ask for a phone number and good time to talk to discuss something. They told me to just call the store number and stopped responding when I asked for a good time to be sure to speak with the right person. I decided not to pursue the matter because, honestly, it hurt like hell having to deal with this on top of my grief. It has now been 3 months since my father passed, since this all started, and I tried to let it go, but I decided to write this update. Albeit delayed, I think people should know the way this matter was handled -- vindictively with self-interest and an outright disregard for the reason why people need their service in the first place. What an an absolute disgraceful display of professional conduct.
