She asked me to give her my address and she looked it up - marked up where the lights would go and provided a competitive quote and was out the next day. I could not have been happier. They gave us a polished, professional installation at a very reasonable rate. They were communicative, listened to our instructions, and helped us figure out what additional cords we needed. They even returned the next day to weatherproof the cords. My only qualm was that it was difficult to get in touch with them about taking the lights down. We were given multiple removal dates and eventually had to take some of the lights down ourselves, even though we had paid for full takedown service.
