They gave us a polished, professional installation at a very reasonable rate. They were communicative, listened to our instructions, and helped us figure out what additional cords we needed. They even returned the next day to weatherproof the cords. My only qualm was that it was difficult to get in touch with them about taking the lights down. We were given multiple removal dates and eventually had to take some of the lights down ourselves, even though we had paid for full takedown service. Otherwise, we had a great experience and really appreciated the quality of the installation.

Issac was quick to respond and helped to share some sample photos as a reference. He came by in person for a quick consultation so that we could align on expectations and he thoroughly went over my options and answered my 100 questions. Because our roof line is asymmetrical I challenged Issac with how we could find balance and his creative solution was to install some up lights which paid off. I ultimately decided to only have the front of our house done because our neighbors are close by and felt that would be disruptive for them. The team was ready to install 1.5 weeks later and they did a great job at keeping the cords nicely tucked away where possible and neatly tacked. Further they offered an additional service to clean the gutters for an incremental cost which we opted in for as a double whammy. We are so pleased with how it turned out and would definitely recommend EasyLights to anyone looking for a similar service.

This year the system stopped working entirely. I reported it on September 14, 2026 and have since spent a lot of time on three phone calls with two different employees, plus sending messages and videos of my troubleshooting. I was told the office would contact Govee and order replacement parts, since the company purchased the system and Govee will only deal with the original buyer. Over the next month I sent multiple texts and got no response or follow-up. I still have no repair date and no update. Looking back, buying the equipment myself and hiring someone just for installation would have been cheaper and would have left me in control of the warranty. Ask about post-install support before hiring.
