The barista told me it was 12 oz and mentioned it might just be a different cup, then walked away without really addressing the concern. I checked my receipt and confirmed I was charged for a 16 oz. I went back to the counter and explained that I simply wanted the correct size. Initially, I was told I would need to pay more, which was frustrating. After explaining again, she finally offered to remake it. For clarity, the drink hadn't been touched at all--I returned it exactly as it was. I really like this place and will continue to support it, but I hope the team can improve on order accuracy and customer service, especially when concerns are raised politely. A little more attentiveness and willingness to resolve issues would go a long way.

Like footsteps on the second floor, objects being moved, stuff like that. The staircase within the shop gave me a creepy vibe. It is made of old wood and it is narrow. Looking up to the second floor is eerie and uncomfortable. Maybe I felt that way because my friend just told me that the ghosts known to inhibit the Kottinger Barn can be heard walking up and down these very steps. **Shivers** Ohhh ghost stories give me the willys but I love them! The way the owners set up the back yard is cute. It's ambiance is old and used and also kind of sad and lonely for it looked like it was abandoned for years. The private room where the Celebration of Life was just perfect for the event and this was the first time I have been to a venue for a Celebration of Life, rather than at a church. The event started with the buffet lunch, which consisted of mashed potatoes, bread, salad, mixed vegetables, beef and chicken. The food was plentiful and filling, however the beef was a bit on the chewy side even though it was medium rare. Coffee, iced tea, canned soda and hot tea were also available and a rich chocolate cake with raspberry filling was served for dessert. If you're looking for an inclusive venue, Casa Bella is a must. We went with their hors d'oeuvres, 3 course meal, open bar (I was overjoyed when they allowed bloody mary's as a signature drink and it was DELICIOUS) and late night snacks and everything was amazing. They also provided us with an outdoor ceremony tent to help us with the heat. Oh, and they have decorations you can rent at a cost or for FREE! We used Weddings with Athena as our coordinator, Celestial Petals as our florist, Ditto Dianto as our photographer, Benji Films (La Venus Studio) as our videographer, and DJ TN with Twin Spin Entertainment as our DJ/MC. I got there a little early and got a nice pour of bourbon before the rest of my family got there. There was also a professional photographer on the premises to get pictures from the holiday.
