Well, it's my grandson's eighth birthday and the place is not crowded at all. This is my first time here small group inside so all the attractions are available and the kids are having a ball video games and the giant launch slide. It's definitely trampoline zone for the kids I'm glad that they're enjoying their time but most of all my grandkids are having fun plus the vids games my grandson is the BIG 8 today and I'm able to watch the Warriors game that just started the only concerns that I'm having are regarding the food court /concession stand Is really over priced like wooooooooooowwww ‍‍‍

I didn't know there was a trampoline indoor park at the FoodMaxx plaza off Monterey until I did a search on Maps. This was convenient since it was close to where I live and they allow to bring outside food with no charge if you choose the MVP table or room. We were debating to do our son's birthday at a trampoline park or an escape room and the fact that this place allowed us to bring outside food made the decision a lot easier. When we got there, the checking in was simple. They had our table ready before our start time and we were able to set up all the food. Our host was very helpful and he was helping other parties as well. We did parties at jumper parks before so we didn't need much help. Our host came over right away when we needed him and got our refills. With the MVP package, we get a pizza for every 5 kids and pitchers of soda as well as icee for each paid kid. All the kids really enjoyed this place over the other jumpers around the area. It was very clean and not crowded. There was enough space for folks to walk around the tables and to the trampoline without bumping into folks. All the staff were very helpful from the concession stand, to the check in, and at the trampoline side. This was definitely a good experience for all ages of kids. We were worried the kids would be bored being teens but they all had a blast. If you plan to throw a party, this is a good place to have it especially if you want to bring outside food in instead of just having pizza for the guest. Plus the staff are amazing and did a really good job to make sure we were situated and have everything that we needed.

Waiver must be signed in order to partake in the fun.

First time here and my 5 year old had the time of her life!!! Thank you Little Miss Claire for picking this place for a playdate!!! First and foremost, this place is absolutely massive. Located in the Monterey Plaza, parking is plentiful and there are some good snackings you can do at neighboring businesses after your fun sesh here. Waivers need to be signed prior to any type of fun and you have the option of purchasing a membership vs "jump passes" which allow you to play at a 90 minute timeframe or 2 hours. Memberships are the obvious choice if you plan on saving money but keep in mind that there is a 3 month minimum commitment. Offerings here consist of large trampolines, a basketball court [meant more for the older kids due to the aggressive play], stunt jumps, a trapeze, an area for dodgeball, and multiple slides. Food and drinks are available for purchase here, though I didn't get a chance to actually view what was offered. 5/5 stars. My little monster had the most amazing time and I appreciated some of the other kids being patient & kind enough to walk her through certain activities. We were easily here for hours!! **Don't forget to bring your water bottle during your visit and know that socks are mandatory.**

We went here for a friend's son's birthday party. Parking was plentiful even for an early Sunday afternoon. As soon as we walked in, there was a long line to check in. Luckily I signed the online waiver form the night before and I saw my friend to walk us in. A pair of colorful socks used specifically for the trampoline area were handed to my son. There was an area to the right corner when you walk in that is reserved for special events. They had multiple private rooms with windows for larger parties and outside picnic tables for smaller parties. And now the main attraction of the venue, the trampoline area! I was amazed how many attractions that were available compared to your normal trampoline park. There was a dodge ball area that was super full all the time, multiple basketball court trampoline area, a battle beam, huge slides which I thought looked cool, an airbag trampoline jump, an interactive aero strike area that was awesome, and of course the main court with the wall to wall trampolines. There was an arcade of course and an area to store all your shoes. The venue just opened 4-5 months ago so it was clean, the crowd was respectful, and not as super crowded as I thought it would be. I was impressed compared to the other trampoline parks we have attended. I know we'll be back for sure later this year.

Hey!!! Read the fine print and grab the membership pass which includes buddy passes. It's the best bang for your buck. I've had over 5 visits here and it doesn't get old. Kids always get a kick out of it. Workers are also very helpful and great with kids. I witnessed an employee bring out freshly air fried food and deliberately helped a toddler stop crying by trying to calm her down, cool the food and feed her. While that may seem too much, it was truly sweet that the employee attempted that. All in all, great place to bring children here to blow off their energy.

    Trapeze super fun

My nephews had a great time. Went on Throwback Thursday and they were playing 90's/early 00 jams. Super Clean & friendly staff. There was a basketball court my teen loved. My Teen wants to have his bday here . They lose a star because they don't answer the phone or return calls. Please answer your phone or emails! I've left numerous messages with questions about my booking although the recording states someone will call back in 24 hours. I also sent an email. ‍

I recently found out about this place and it great for kids and adults alike!…read more Kids are in a secure place, with plenty of team members to watch out for and help them as needed. Adults have space to sit and work or watch their phones while waiting for the kids. Or, they can watch the kids playing. I went here for a birthday party but if you go just to play, you can buy a 2 hour play for $28.99 and if you come back within one week of the initial purchase, you pay a $1 more to get a monthly membership. This is a auto renewal each month but you can cancel anytime but you have to do that at least 5 days before you get charged again, which is the same date every month. $29.99 for one month is a great deal, especially because there is no limit to how many times you can go. There is a limit to play before 1pm on the weekend. There is also an Elite membership for $10 more. They also have arcade games and evenings they have a glow zone. I was not there for the glow time so not sure what that looks like. I went to the one on Monterey Rd. in San Jose and the parking can get tricky, especially on the weekend. The team is super friendly and willing to help. They announce each hour that a certain color wrist band has completed their 2 hours. I took one star off because the kids were busy playing, as they should, and not paying attention to the announcement and the team members were sharp with the ones that should have left. There is also not enough seating for the number of kids and parents that show up. In addition, the snacks and drinks are quite pricey but I noticed that most parents bought their own food, which is allowed. Great place for kids to burn off energy and spend time away from TV and smart devices!

It is a really fun place for kids. We had two hours of jump time and one hour in the party room. The kids had a blast. I have three kids. When we arrived at checkin, for some reason 2 of the 3 waivers I had signed couldn't be found in the system, even though I had an email. That didn't bother me too much, I just re-signed it, but wondered what happened. I appreciated that they have a separate checkin line for birthday parties. The bathroom was clean, the food was decent for a party place and they let you bring your own cake. I can see how some people say it's hectic because there are a lot of people and it isn't huge. Might be overwhelming for smaller kids. My 5 and 3 year old kids still loved jumping as long as we (the parents) were close to them. When we got to the party room, our host showed up 5 mins late. He did apologize and I didn't really mind, he was great and helped the kids with their pizza and cake. My 9 year old said it was her best birthday ever! Her friends seem to have enjoyed themselves too. I would host a party there again.

It felt more personal and safe to be able to keep an eye out on everyone, as well as everyone to have fun with one another without hesitation! The coordinators facilitating and keeping everyone on time were very friendly and patient with the (little) kids. The pizza, fruit and salad were also very good as well. My only complaint was the small hallway so it was hard to navigate through/with a big crowd. I also didn't notice any restrooms inside the play rooms, either. Thankfully my kids didn't need to go during the okay time. It might be just me but I wouldn't want to inconvenience a worker to assist me "out" to guide me back in to the play area afterwards rather than going to one myself. But that's just me! My kids have fun, and I look forward to working with them one day for a birthday party!

We've been to places where the staff clearly has no regard for child development and/or are too overbearing wanting children to perform every exercise perfectly when it's recreational gymnastics. They understand toddlers are who they are and they let them be without adding undue pressure to parents. They also gently redirect children who are having a challenging time following along and do great modeling for English learners like my children. The staff here is thoughtful and has made sure to say their goodbyes to the kiddos when they are moving on from leading a class. A parent or guardian assists their little gymnast while the instructor guides class activities." The advertisement isn't quite up to par. The instructor does not actually guide each activity. The instructor gives an overall list of many activities and expects the parent to remember all of them and then guide their child individually through the tasks. It doesn't work well at all. You really feel like you're on your own with a whole floor of equipment in front of you that you don't know what to do with. I wouldn't call that guidance from an instructor. This pertains to the five and under. I don't know what it's like for older children. This occurred at race Street. I don't know the name of the instructor. I would assume all instructors are functioning within what they're taught to teach the children. I would assume that the instructors are all uniform in there way of teaching classes. If this is not the case then maybe it should be. I think that this gymnasium can do a lot better. When I took my children there 25 years ago it was a lot better The coaches actually gave guidance to the parents step by step along the way so that it worked well.

We were deeply saddened by the rigid environment and the lack of empathy shown during a difficult transition. When our daughter struggled with a common mental block, the support we hoped for never came. Coach Mina admitted she saw our child was overwhelmed but never reached out to us, and our urgent requests for a supportive plan went unanswered for days. When we asked the owner, Jennifer, for a more compassionate approach to help my daughter feel safe again, we were told that our family's need for a supportive environment 'misaligned' with their philosophy. Instead of working with us, they simply terminated her enrollment. It is disappointing that a program would rather let go of a dedicated gymnast than offer a little flexibility and kindness. If your child is looking for a nurturing environment to grow in, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

The kids overall enjoyed it and both could participate at the same time. The owner later suggested moving our 5-year-old to a more advanced Tuesday class and assured us our 2yr old could attend at the same time. After switching within a few classes the instructors told us our 2yr old was "too young and not ready" (even though the class is listed for ages 1-3). He's a typical energetic toddler and me or my husband were present in every class to help keep him focused. When I brought this up to the owner instead of addressing the issue, he said both of our kids "don't follow instructions" including our 5yr old who is attentive and loves gymnastics. This was inaccurate, offensive and disappointing, especially since he admitted he hadn't seen them himself that class (while I did). The Tuesday classes were also very overcrowded compared to Saturdays. If safety or engagement is a concern, the gym should adapt its setup, not blame children for being age-appropriate. What made it worse is that the owner never followed up after that conversation - not to clarify or apologize. We canceled our enrollment that same day. It's disheartening to see a business handle families this way, making excuses instead of taking responsibility. We'll be taking our kids somewhere that values honesty, respect and a true understanding of child development.
