I recently found out about this place and it great for kids and adults alike! Kids are in a secure place, with plenty of team members to watch out for and help them as needed. Adults have space to sit and work or watch their phones while waiting for the kids. Or, they can watch the kids playing. I went here for a birthday party but if you go just to play, you can buy a 2 hour play for $28.99 and if you come back within one week of the initial purchase, you pay a $1 more to get a monthly membership. This is a auto renewal each month but you can cancel anytime but you have to do that at least 5 days before you get charged again, which is the same date every month. $29.99 for one month is a great deal, especially because there is no limit to how many times you can go. There is a limit to play before 1pm on the weekend. There is also an Elite membership for $10 more. They also have arcade games and evenings they have a glow zone. I was not there for the glow time so not sure what that looks like. I went to the one on Monterey Rd. in San Jose and the parking can get tricky, especially on the weekend. The team is super friendly and willing to help. They announce each hour that a certain color wrist band has completed their 2 hours. I took one star off because the kids were busy playing, as they should, and not paying attention to the announcement and the team members were sharp with the ones that should have left. There is also not enough seating for the number of kids and parents that show up. In addition, the snacks and drinks are quite pricey but I noticed that most parents bought their own food, which is allowed. We hosted my daughter's 9th birthday here today and got the Mega VIP package. She had come here twice for other friends' birthdays in the past and kept raving about it! It is a really fun place for kids. We had two hours of jump time and one hour in the party room. The kids had a blast. I have three kids. When we arrived at checkin, for some reason 2 of the 3 waivers I had signed couldn't be found in the system, even though I had an email. That didn't bother me too much, I just re-signed it, but wondered what happened. I appreciated that they have a separate checkin line for birthday parties. The bathroom was clean, the food was decent for a party place and they let you bring your own cake. I can see how some people say it's hectic because there are a lot of people and it isn't huge. Might be overwhelming for smaller kids. My 5 and 3 year old kids still loved jumping as long as we (the parents) were close to them. When we got to the party room, our host showed up 5 mins late. He did apologize and I didn't really mind, he was great and helped the kids with their pizza and cake. My 9 year old said it was her best birthday ever! As my kids are graduating from indoor playgrounds, this is their new thing. I've now tried this facility twice. Last time as a guest for a kids bday party and this time with my kids. My thoughts + 5 stars for their month to month premiere plan. It's the best value which makes me wonder why people even pay for the day passes that cost more. + 4 stars for their trampoline park. It's great exercise for kids and adults. My daughter says she likes the soft pit and foam pits. - 2 stars for the patrons who sit at the tables and leave their trash. There are lots of parents that come to wait for their kids but nowhere to sit because there's leftover food, water bottles, napkins and socks on empty tables. I have no complaints after booking two rooms simultaneously to accommodate our party. Amanda and Noah worked the party and they were super nice to the kids during the food portion and made sure we were aware of the times. I was worried after seeing a lot of negative reviews the day of my sin's event. I didn't look prior tonthat because my husband booked it. I'm grateful I did read the reviews because as a Mama Bear, I came ready to avoid being impacted by the same issues. I spoke with the staff walked around with my head on a swivel watching the kids and making sure staff was watching them. I think the management read all the comments as well because literally everything the negative reviews complained about they did the opposite from waiting until the kids were settled to cut wristbands with safety scissors to staff watching the kids like a hawk in the trampoline area. We paid for a very expensive birthday package in February 2025. Each guest was given a pass to return, included in the party favor water bottle provided to each child. We just found out they voided all of the passes, and said "they have no cash value and it says on it terms can be changed at any time". So despite it being part of the package we paid for, we now have to email all of the guests and let them know the passes they were gifted are now void. Please beware of this scam. read more

Eep and yikes. My child really wanted have his birthday party here. Booking was easy enough. But, every week or so I received emails saying my party had been updated when I did not change anything, which was confusing. The person who called to confirm our party the week of, called in the middle of dinner time on a Wednesday. She did not ask if I was available, but just rattled on with details like I had been expecting her call. I asked what time we would be able to get into the party room to set up. She gave me the time of the party, which was incorrect. I mentioned contractually we had at least 15 minutes. She proceeded to argue with me and said "unless you want to help clean up from the last party, that's not going to happen". I then asked her if she knew who our host might be. "No." Helpful. When we got to the venue, the woman running the desk, Taisha was the only one for her "birthday lane", and the other had three people working it. I also got a lot of conflicting information from Taisha followed by some unwelcomed attitude. Aside: it strikes me as odd and unreasonable to not include a waiver in the paperwork for your child's party. Obviously the birthday kid and at least one guardian will be there - so why not include the waiver so the guest of honor doesn't have to stand in line? When we checked in, we were told we had to wait to sign him in, then had to get back in line behind our guests, so my son could sign a waiver. WHY DID WE HAVE TO WAIT THE FIRST TIME? I then had to miss more of my child's party because I had to get in line for time number three to sign a waiver for myself. I paid for the damn party!! How is a waiver not part of all the paperwork when you book the event!?! Some children we were hosting had to wait over 10 minutes in line when there was one person in front of them because of inefficiency. All but one of the play areas to jump were shut down or my kid's party was "not allowed to play" because older children/teenagers were there. Isn't that something you should let families know BEFORE they pay $500+ to host a party?? When our kids finally got into one "blocked" area, three children got pelted in the face with balls. I asked the attendant, Alejandro if he could make sure no one throws balls at kids' faces. He literally said, "Well that's the point of dodgeball, lady". Listen. My elementary gym days are long behind me, but I'm pretty certain throwing a heater smack in the face of a kid half your size is pretty abhorrent behavior and a teenager should know that. If you work at a place with trampolines for a floor, you should be expected to address straight up violence. This loosely-termed staff observer had the audacity to then say to my face, "I don't have eyes everywhere, so maybe you can just let it go." I suggested he turn his eyes off me and back to the children using each other for target practice. When we got to the party room, Ervin, the host was kind and calm. The room was neat and spacious enough for the parents and kids to celebrate. There was no fridge, which was contractually promised. Luckily we came prepared and didn't need one. We had two pizzas from the venue and the rest from an actual pizza place. The in-house pizzas did not register as food to more than a few mouths. Shout out to Ervin who was collected and helpful!! This place isn't very good. The one arcade game literally doesn't work correctly and it lets people play without paying. It only does this for every 3 other people. I had waited for a turn but one girl kept playing for twenty minutes. I told an employee and they didn't care. This place is also way too crowded in my opinion. I don't think the employees really know the rules because a friend of mine wanted to do a backflip but I had asked the worker and he said it was fine then I asked why the sign said that you aren't allowed to. We have been members off and on for a couple years. I recently reinstated it. (We were busy during the summer). A great place to bring older kids to get exercise. I used to recommend this place to people with children but there are a few new grievances. I would've rated it 4/5 stars if not for these changes. They used to lose stars due to how they recently started operating. I am unsure I am going to continue my membership. Recently they brought changed the hours to closing time at 8:00 instead of 9:00. This makes it difficult for working parents to get their kids here on time for them to jump after their after school activities. Also on Friday and Saturday, they close at 10:00pm BUT if members want to stay after 8:00pm due an event held every single Friday and Saturday, you have to buy tickets at just under $18 per jumper (this is a discounted rate for members, but it adds up as you have to pay it every single time you want to be there past 8:00pm). Going before this time it is way too crowded due to birthday parties. Also it used to be ~$3 for their orange socks for members. Now you can't buy the orange socks anymore and it costs approximately ~$7. read more

There for a birthday party over the weekend. Our third or so trip to this location. First, to be sure, the kids had a good time. That is not in doubt. There were two big issues I took with the trip. First, the number of concurrent parties was too much and more than I've experienced before. There was non-stop cycling of groups through rooms, carts pushed through crowds, and a general sense of hastiness throughout. They'd do well to have just a couple fewer parties. The bigger issue is with the waiver. Note if you've signed one before, you'll be forced to sign one again - our prior ones were wiped from the system. What their lawyers have attempted to do though is shift the liability for injury even further from the child to the parents. Traditionally you sign a waiver for the child - one waiver. But, in California, there are limits to the amount of rights a parent can waive for an injury to a child in advance of said injury. That's been withheld over the years by a series of successful lawsuits brought against SkyZone in the state. Now, not only does the child need to be covered by a waiver, EVERY single adult on the premises does as well. So, each person is required to fill this out which I'm sure is an attempt to claw back some leverage by the company against potential litigation. It doesn't matter if you're actually supervising in the jump area or just sitting down to eat cake - all must sign or you're kicked out. It's quite blatantly an attempt to close as many loop holes as they can in that attempt to improve leverage. The waiver itself is vastly longer than it used to be as well so if you intend on entering within 10 minutes, you aren't going to read it all. (oh, and there are no paper versions or larger installed computers/tablets to do this on - you'll have to squint on your phone, if you have one). Look, I get it, the staff doesn't make these rules; the manager doesn't make these rules. They were as polite as could be expected. But the lawyers over course-corrected on this one and it's a bad first impression for your customers. read more

Some of the employees cut off some of the jumper bracelets and then stopped so some of the kids were still able to jump. It was pretty chaotic. I feel like it's a bit overpriced for so little space. My kids loved this place, but me personally I was over it after an hour as there were so many spectators & little to no seating. A boy who was invited to our party got pushed down and punched in his eyes by another boy that we didn't even know, and the general manager Ines literally said we were harnessing the responsible boy when we simply requested apology from him. They're suppose to rotate the kids so they can all take turns specially in the hoops area where it was full off big teens. There's no one present to set rules so what do parents do? They drop off their kids or they let their kids as young as 2 years old roam free in the facility. One of the smaller trampoline parks we've been to. Overcrowded conditions led to lots of kids ending up in tears - often for things that could have been prevented if the staff had been proactive. Instead they seemed preoccupied with their own conversations and play. There was no safety briefing and far too many people on any given trampoline. Multiple adults and bigger kids landed on our child while he was jumping. At other trampoline parks the staff stop children from playing gladiator until all other kids have moved out of the foam pit below. We watched an employee bring out the gladiator jousts after another had put them away so he could play over a foam pit full of small children. Bathroom was dirty with toilet paper all over the floor for the entire 1.5 hours we were there. read more

Came one time as a guest, if you're 10 and under the place is a blast. One trampoline room, one dodgeball room, a basketball room, a foam pit, and an airbag room (for lack of better descriptor). If you're trying to run out your kids at the park before nap time (not unlike dogs at a dog park), this is the place. There is places for parents to lounge around, but you can pay to jump too....just don't explain why you had to miss work after you roll your ankles. But alas. The service is not good. You can reserve your time slot online, we didn't know. Today we went to walk in as a party of 8. We saw that the next set to go in was 40 minutes from now, that's ok I suppose. Talked to the salesperson after waiting in line, hadn't filled out the waiver, a QR code across the room, instructed to move aside. We came back, now we were two person over their room capacity for the booking because of folks reserving online. One sad kid (and a grumpy adult) didn't get to jump. Two things for the business. 1. Put the waver at the door you walk into, not 30 ft to the left beyond the other reserved lines. 2. If for some reason it isn't filled out, allow them to fill out and not loose their spot after meeting the salesperson. If the adult that went in wrote this, it would probably be three stars. Check out Altitude for a way better experience and worth it! This place barely has anything. Very disorganized!!!! Different people also misinform wrong information from making reservations over the phone, from week day staff that I came in days before a reservation for the weekend through staff AND management having to change time slots and room availability since we went from a 7pm jump that means 9-10pm room time and was told there were no other slots a week in advance then a couple days before event checked out the facility & staff there vs on the phone people are off, then eventually was able to get a "1245" slot but really means 245-345p slot which they don't mention. They confirm tables can be used outside of the room but staff & management on the weekends will hackle you with all different information. This is a very unprofessional and unorganized location. There are break ins as well. No security and unsafe. Their speaker system was also stolen. Came early to sit on tables day-of morning of party & misinformed again. Paid for $580 VIP package, $43 per child after 10 minimum but treated terrible!! Includes outside food but for $50/HALF hr to Eat it during the 2 hrs paid for all the jumpers to jump, u are not allowed to eat the food brought in. Only allowed to eat one hr. Including cake time. They did NOT bring us into the room 15 mins prior like they state, to decorate & set up. After 5 mins the "helper" for the room was now being asked to do something during the time and disappeared with no one else covering. While scrambling to do the room and pass out drinks and pizza they are informing they're going to charge for food being on the tables outside of the room when we are already charged for food being brought in, food being eaten and now food being on tables? Was again misinformed carts can be used but hackled to get items off of them ASAP because there aren't enough carts for 5 room locations and they don't have enough for the food and gifts and kids items(shoes/socks/jackets) for big parties. Very poor customer care and this location is money hungry because they lack a lot of money needed to update the facility. They need to fire management and it's unsanitary. The girl wit the pink crocs was spraying while children were playing on the arcade games and is a safety hazard due to chemicals on the young children. She also is very rude as well as the manager on duty, the short Hispanic big eyed big head woman. Very unpleasant when she approached me with attitude for absolutely no reason from the both of them. Again, very unprofessional and I have no idea how they were hired in customer service because they have absolutely no clue how to talk and treat customers. I went to my 10 yr old grand niece's birthday party here on Sunday April 28, 2024 at 11:00am. Based on others' reviews, I did not expect much and even dreaded attending. What a pleasant surprise to walk right in the spacious registration foyer that had no lines or hassles. I could see the kids on the upper designated jump zone level having a blast. NOTE: Sky Zone reserves the first 1/2 hour of parties for the kids to jump in the "zone." (Colored wrist bands identify time periods.). The second, for food/presents, cake or wind down time in the room. If you or your child plan to jump while attending a party, be early! Arrive before the party time to get checked in, etc. otherwise you may not get the full 1/2 hour allotted in the Zone. I want to point out that I could see from the lobby that several employees were on safety watch in the Zone. They were either watching or exchanging smiles and laughs with the kiddos. I did not, however, walk up to see the entire area. A few other adults and I waited in the party room reserved for our birthday girl until jump time was over. The room was spacious (former conference room) with a built in credenza, well stocked with Sky Zone disposable paper goods. Eight school lunchroom tables were set-up nicely with a generous amount of in/out space. Handicap/wheelchair accessibility was perfect for the adult wheelchair-bound guest who attended. Since I arrived a bit late, I can't comment on initial check-in, but I was told, and I saw, that the staff had made available a wire rolling cart to aid in bringing items in from and out to customers car(s). As a Facility Manager, I'm impressed with this (probably ) under-appreciated perk for customers, and as a smart aid to help keep parties moving along quickly since they are scheduled back-to-back. The host and/or hostess were quite friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pizzas were exactly on time and hot. Nice little party. Sky zone did a great job. All employees did great. Party parents - hmmmmm. Hostess reminds us one to three times that we were nearing our time limit. Party parents hard of listening even after next party started to walk in and still, only until I yelled did we quickly get moving. ‍. All families tend to get wrapped up in what they're doing and I apologize about the burden put on our shy hostess who may have been overwhelmed trying to direct a bunch of inattentive adults talking over each other. I was told on the phone multiple times to have people arrive at 11am (your jump time was 11:30) so that we could get checked in. I have everyone come at 11 and they made us wait around for 25 minutes before checking us in. When I asked to speak to a manager Inez Maanao said she was the manager and rudely made us wait another 10 minutes before checking us in. I am looking for a way to get a refund for this party as they made us start our hour jump time 10 minutes late. I don't know what it is about this location. Definitely bad management for sure. I went to a birthday party in the San Carlos sky one and it was much nicer and workers seemed like they knew how to provide better customer service than the ones here. Stay away and save your money. I was a little disappointed in our visit. We came for a birthday party and did our waivers ahead of time and checked in without any issues. Kids enjoyed the larger area to jump and run around. The play pit was tame and fine as well. The basketball had older and larger kids there and understandably a little more physical but when an older kid grabs her by the feet and drags her on the area then that gets me. There was no supervision by the staff. The girl that was managing the dodge ball area was getting pelted by older kids with the balls. I went up to that kid and told him not to put his hands on my kid and he retreated back to the dodgeball area since that was not acceptable. My other kids had a large kid fall on he also in the basketball and didn't get any help by any of the staff until she went crazy crying. Disappointing. read more

This review is for the "customer service" and not so much the facility itself. We've been going for many years when it was Rockin' Jump and had no issues. Looks like it's been rebranded and taken over as Sky Zone recently and the process of signing up and paying was painful right from the jump. The staff we dealt with today was Jesse, who was not clear in any of his communication. We wanted the unlimited daily jump for $35.99 and I was confused because he said for $3 more you get unlimited jumps with the membership. I told him I didn't want a membership so he charged me the $27.99 for the standard 90 min (not what I asked for). I returned to the desk for clarity because I wanted 4 unlimited jumps today and he charged me incorrectly for the wrong thing. I ended up doing the $30.99 membership (trust I will cancel the week before the next cycle). As I was doing this, I could hear another associate on the phone cancelling a membership for someone else coincidentally. I went back to another parent in our group and she said it wasn't clear at the desk and they also charged her wrong at first and she had to make the adjustment. That parent left and said her daughter would have to check in after 90 min to get another wristband to continue jumping. When her daughter did that, Jesse "couldn't find her name" but all of a sudden he said "you paid for standard only (27.99/ 90 min). I knew that wasn't correct. The manager Angelica came over to assist and she was able to find it under the daughters name (Jesse never asked if it could be under someone else's name and he didn't specify whose name we needed to provide to begin with) My review is mostly for Angelica, as someone on a "leadership" role, she had zero customer service and I called her out for not even making eye contact because she was looking down at a piece of paper the whole time. I gave her the feedback that the whole process had been painful, unclear communication, poor customer service. For the price you're paying for a few hours of play, I'd opt to do something else with the kiddos in the future. Ugh. I was hoping this place would be better with new management but nope. It's not huge and so when one or more of the jumping areas is constantly closed, it just doesn't feel worth the money. But the real kicker was coming to a birthday party here today. It was over $400 for 10 kids and they only get 1 hour of jumping. BUT our party started late bc there was a line to check in AND they called the kids to eat early and then wouldn't let them jump after eating. So they only had about 35 minutes of jumping. All the kids were so disappointed. Tried talking to management and were told no, sorry, no more jump time. Will absolutely be sharing with other parents that parties here are not worth it :( read more

I was disappointed to see that they just changed the name from rockin jump to sky zone, which is a chain and had interesting pictures online - looked like they may have revamped the place, but they haven't changed a thing. My issue is that they allow grown adults (and large high school teenage boys and girls) to jump and do huge running flips in the same space as 3 year olds - doesn't seem safe at all. It was so crowded on a Saturday and saw multiple injuries in the 1.5 hours we were there for free jump. We were there to see if we wanted to do a bday party there, and decided that we do not. read more

This place never has a ball available for the basketball court. We went today and there was only one ball available and it was for the dodge ball court. Every time we come here the workers say there's less and less balls because people throw them over the fenced area and they are not accessible. If this is the case then they should either make that area accessible to retrieve the balls or they should be ordering more balls as a back up. The kids are constantly fighting over balls and it creates an environment where there is ball hogging or children are left out. They need to do better. read more
