On the day of the event, their associate, Chay, was on time to meet us to unlock the venue, set up our rented "baby" boxes and to show us how to use their speaker system. The lighting was incredible for a day time baby shower and because they have so many cute plants set up, there wasn't too much that needed to be done as far as decorating goes. All of my guests thought the venue was absolutely adorable. I can't recommend this place enough. It was super affordable had enough parking for all 30 of my guests and clean! They have their own vendors as well for certain things but we opted out for that. Plenty of space in the back for parking or a jumper for the kids.

The bathrooms are located inside the building for private party use and have both one for women and one for men. If I lived in this city, I'd definitely rent this place out for parties! Parking is never a hassle. We all park on the sidewalk near the houses. I'm sure it bothers the residents that live near by but what can they expect when living next to a public park? Inside has running water & electricity. Very convenient! There were different package options but I was pleased with my package. My package included the Photobooth option but I declined so I could purchase on my own, unfortunately I wasn't successful in securing a Photobooth. I reached out and notified them two days prior to my event asking to follow through with providing the Photobooth that was included. I got a reply within a couple of minutes that it was not a problem and would be provided. A lot of stress was lifted off my shoulders thanks to the Regal Event Venue. The venues restrooms were very clean and as my teen described as aesthetically pleasing. My favorite part of the venue were the chairs!!!! They made my party look more elegant. Our event was a sweet 16 and the head count was a 120 people. I will say Karen was so helpful and attentive to our needs through text. A lot of my guest reached out to me the next day stating they weren't able to secure their photos and I reached out to Karen directly and she provided me with the entire album of my guest from the Photobooth. Again , provided amazing service even after the event. I would definitely book again! Also , they connected me with a mobile bartending service and they were absolutely amazing!!!!

Birthday girl had a great time exploring, playing and eating. The team were so easy to work with from the email correspondence on my Cinnamoroll themed table vision to day of set up. They helped me string up and put a HBD banner and set up my little one's high chair and way more like help bring stuff in, stock the drink fridge, set out the pastries, etc. They just knew what to do & did it straight away. I was amazed by the speed and professionalism! If only I had this level of set up at every birthday party. Barely any dictation or answering questions was needed. What a hugeeee lift off the mental load! There's a dedicated drink fridge in front of the register that kept our drinks chilled and easy for guests to grab. The food table is nice and long so it held a lot of food & we had A LOTT of food. We opted for the photo package too which was nice because usually being the host means you're too busy to take photos and get photos taken of your family. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your little one's special event! I only wish that this place was bigger so that we could invite more friends to our event. However, being smaller means more intimate events and those who are invited should feel super blessed and lucky to have made the cut!

Options given were clearly meant to help us have a good time and guide us towards what worked best for us. While we had a much smaller event than they could handle, but the owner (Emik) went out of her way to make sure our guests were taken care of during the event and personally made sure even the food presentation was nice. The venue itself was a surprise - very nice inside! Great dance floor, sound and light system. Better than many similar sized venues I've been to. I liked that there was room between the dance floor area and bar to allow guests to mingle easily. Our event didn't include hot food, but I visited the prep area and it was clearly large enough for a caterer to stage whatever is needed (ie, lots of stainless countertops and sinks). I wouldn't hesitate to use them for our next event!
