I never in a million years thought I would be writing a five star review for a Chuck E. Cheese. But here here we are. To be honest, I hadn't been to a Chuck E. Cheese in over 20 years. Probably closer to 30. Has it changed? Kind of. Is it better? Much. The concept is simple. Offer pizza and all kinds of arcade games in a safe and clean atmosphere. Mission accomplished. Apparently there are memberships available, and if you get one, you get a monthly allotment of game credits. Kids get a card that they swipe on each machine. Super handy! First, let me say that the pizza was actually pretty good! I know people probably don't come here for the pizza. But it was actually better than the last couple of pies I've had in my hometown. I didn't try the salad bar, but it looked good and the food on it looked fresh. There were so many things for kids to do. Many were active things and others were more arcade style games. About halfway through our stay, the rat came through in costume and scooped up a bunch of kids and brought them to the dance floor. That was adorable. There was someone cleaning the machines constantly. Everything was very, very clean. This is important because kids are always sick--they don't wash their hands as much as they should and they love to touch their faces. And there were so many kids. The tables were clean. The chairs were clean. The floor was clean. And if you've read my reviews, it's something I look for everywhere I go. Finally, I want to mention security. If you come in with a child, you have to leave with the same child. They have a system in place checking people in and out. Is it perfect? Probably not. But it's not going to be simple for someone to walk out with someone else else's child, or for a child to walk out on their own. Now, would I let my child roam free while I hole up with YouTube videos in a corner somewhere? Nope. No way. I would keep an eye on my kid. But if you have more than one, it's a busy place to keep track of them. It's nice to know that this extra layer of security is there. I've been coming here for a couple of times , and this is the first time I've ever experienced such rude behavior from an employee that I felt I had to leave immediately. My two-year-old son went into the jump/play area. I was reading the posted rules, and I saw that I needed to pay, which I was about to do. The employee then came over and told me my son couldn't be in the area because he didn't have the non-slip socks. He actually did--he had his own--but she said I had to purchase the socks sold there, which I was fine with. As I mentioned, my son had already stepped inside the play area. The employee told me he needed to come out and that I needed to pay first. I told her I understood and that I was calling him, but he's only two years old and doesn't fully understand. While I was trying to guide him out so we could pay, she repeated herself again. When I stepped inside to get my son, she told me I wasn't allowed to go in. Was here a couple of times in the past few weeks. Great place to just let the kids run free and do their own thing ("Where a Kid can be a Kid"). There's all sorts of different pricing options and I still can't figure out what would work best for my situation - but things seem to have worked out and I don't think we over spent. Got here one time when the place just opened and it was just us. Food is good, salad bar seems fresh, and they do seem to try to clean and disinfect everything. Some kids forget to flush though, I think. Other than that, there always seems to be a birthday party here. A funny thing is I remember coming here when I was a kid, and I'm a pretty old guy. I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a kid and wow, so much has changed. I went here recently for a birthday party and it makes me kind of sad that everything's pretty much digital now and there are no more tokens or tickets. These kids won't know the joy of collecting tickets and getting a cup of coins to play games. It's just swipe, swipe, swipe now. Anyway, the pizza wasn't bad at all (combination was the most flavorful imo), and it's a lot cleaner than I remembered as a kid. Also, this location has a trampoline, which is pretty cool. What a cool place to have a field trip!! We came in the middle of the week, so there weren't too many people here, granted it now I'm sure this place is packed. Lol the pizza was actually really decent. We got a vegetarian one for the adults, Pepperoni and cheese for the kids and everybody got a little goodie bag. I hosted a birthday party here, and our server Diana was wonderful. I was able to arrive early to grab all the play cards. It was easy to finalize our menu. Since many of the kids wanted the trampoline, I had to let Diana know. She was able to give me the chuck e cheese socks and wristbands. It's great that we can add the trampoline to a birthday party! Diana placed pitchers of the kid's drinks on our party table. She was great at bringing all the adult cups early, so everyone was able to grab a drink right away. I noticed there were a few other birthday parties going on at the same time. I'm amazed with how all the appetizers and pizzas were ready in time! When our food arrived at the party table, all of the guests were able to enjoy the food. I appreciated how Diana wore gloves to serve the kids. All of the kids loved the Chuck e cheese show. I also ordered the cake from here, and it tasted great. Diana did a great job cutting the cake. Overall, thank you Diana for being our party host. My family and all the guests had a fun time! I come usually during a birthday party, a birthday outing, or a school fundraiser. The cool thing about the fundraiser is that they contribute 20% of all proceeds for that evening or period of time toward the school of choice. The kids at work you're really sweet. The patient and kind with the kids. They have lots of fun options for desserts, for meals, although we always go with the pizza. Ordered: To one hour game passes Half cheese, half vegetarian pizza Soft drink Serve yourself soft drinks. It's a little bit different variety than what I would expect at a restaurant but again it's a kids place so that's understandable just more lemonades and orange drink some things like that. There were plenty of games, including rides, toss games, spin games, and video games. A number of the games were not working. Some of the controllers felt sticky. I did see employees periodically wipe down tables and games. The mouse did come out around lunch time and there were photo opportunities. There is a machine to check earned tickets before redemption. wow! it's been over 20 years since I last stepped foot into a Chuck E. Cheese. When we got invited to a birthday party to chuck e. cheese, i was excited and scared at the same time. Excited because my kid will get to experience all the fun activities there, scared because i remember those indoor playground structure smelled so bad. And with all these viruses going on, i was not too keen on my kid playing on them. But when we arrived, i didn't see any indoor structures! they must have taken it down and remodeled the place because the place looks nice and clean. there were plenty of arcade games / ticket games for little ones to play - it was amazing! And they have a salad bar? that's nice to have (for the adults). Chuck E. Cheese is now modernized - with big tv displays and dance floor. i kind of miss the old Chuck E. I think it's more bang for your buck because you can play so many games within that hour and when the time is up you're ready to go. They forgot a pizza from my order. First of all they didn't give me a real receipt after I placed a food order. The receipt was just gibberish the kitchen said it wasn't the food receipt but it was the one they gave me. The buzzers don't work and it's crazy loud in there so you can't even hear your food number being called. Terrible service it's a bunch of youngsters that need more experience with customer service. I was here recently to celebrate my niece's 4th birthday. Parking was plentiful but this specifics Chuck E Cheese is clearly smaller in size when compared to other locations. Games are also limited. Food provided is your average whole pizzas, appetizers, and infamous salad bar. Unfortunately nothing regarding the food was memorable in a good way. The pizza was the best thing received and even then that was just okay. The salad bar offerings was missing a few items that are normally provided at the Tully C.E.C. [again with all the limited-ness]. While my brother was generous enough to tack on a few appetizer samplers, this was an absolute waste of $$ and calories- the entire amount of fries provided on both trays were pale, undercooked, and absolutely horrendous. One star for this entire visit due to a number of reasons. With the games being limited, you at least expect for them to work properly: pictures from the photo booths were not printing, the claw machine with the spikey balls was completely rigged. I spent a good amount of time just eyeing it to see if anyone could win and of course no one did. Extra negative points specifically for the younger Hispanic girl handling the prize area with the extremely bad attitude. She was rude and short, slamming my nephew's prize on the countertop because he requested for a specific color. If you have no sense of customer service or patience C.E.C isn't for you!! Children are going to be annoying and they are going to be indecisive, what else were you expecting?? I don't recommend this Chuck E. Cheese. This review is mostly for the well-oiled birthday party machine that celebrates tens of children each weekend. If you were on the fence about having a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese, they make it so easy! Pretty much all you have to do in advance is collect RSVPs and order your birthday dessert of choice. They call you to confirm the number of kids a couple of days before the party, and on the day of, you can add as many as you need but you can only subtract up to two. I ordered food for the adults once I got to the party. I passed off the cake that I had brought to my attendant and she brought it out when it was time. There are three different packages and if the party attendees are mostly older than 3, then I recommend the middle package with two hours of unlimited play. Each child gets two slices of pizza and drinks. The middle package also comes with dippin dots and a drink cup with free refills for life. The first package comes with 45 points, which is enough for little kids, but older kids will rip through those in less than an hour. The other notable thing is that they don't ask for gratuity at the end of the party, unlike other similar party locations. Really great place to host a birthday party and we were very surprised by how easy and organized they made the whole experience. This place has clearly had a recent remodel, it was super clean, did not smell in the least like unwashed children, and the games were mostly (90%) in working order (there were a few that did not seem to be properly functioning, be sure to keep on top of this!). The total for two hours of unlimited play, pizza, dipping dots, and facetime with Chuck as well as a party organizer was under $300 for 9 kids which really seems like a steal these days. Update! We hosted our son's birthday here again, and it was a not very good experience. Our host was a young man named Carlos who was not there when we arrived and perhaps was new or inexperienced. Everything was chaotic, there were several mistakes, including missing food, confusion over the menu/order, and just overall felt very unorganized. I was stressed. I should not have been.. I was pouring drinks, passing out dip n dots and utensils and doing all of the things our host did last year. They did nothing to bring the kids attention when it was time to do the chuck e cheese dance and all of that- so the kids just ignored him. The cake part was also confusing and just wished everything went as smoothly as it did last year.. they also said ticket blaster was no longer included, even though according to the website, it is! And they seemed confused by simple requests or reminders. It was just an off experience. Overall, I hope my son doesn't request CeC again as the experience this time around was less than stellar. My friend said it was super easy to plan for within their guidelines. The party team was so kind and they worked hard to get the kids all jazzed up. Chuck E. Came here for a party. Upon entering an employee stamps your hand with matching numbers for you and your child(ren). They check you when you leave to make sure your number matches. Most of the games were functional and games were separated for the little and big kids. I'm unsure when they removed the play structure (probably around the pandemic) but it's gone. Weekends are definitely busy but we didn't have to wait long to play. This place isn't too big but has enough games to keep the kids entertained. My child took a very berry long time trying to decide what she wanted, but Yukari was amazingly patient and didn't mind answering all of my questions.
