The food here was decent. Not as big as the San Jose location, but had enough games for the kids to play. Easier to keep track of the kids. For the birthday, they only have the mouse character compared to the San Jose location. They do have a trampoline area, but it was an extra charge for birthday guests. My brother wasn't able to do much for his birthday last year due to the pandemic. Shouts out to Chuck E. Cheese for being open to public and bringing joy to children in these trying times. I know means so much to the kids. My brother turned 10 today so we made the best of it and after dinner came in to play some arcade games and win some prizes. This location is clean and staff is friendly. Plenty of parking and in a safe area of Cupertino right on stevens creek. When you walk in, it's usually teenagers/young people running the place. You would think they are inattentive or unhelpful, but they provide really good customer service. It's always clean. Pizza is OK. Salad bar is basic, but it is always well kept, neat, and fresh. They stamp everyone's hand with a matching family number, and check stamps when you depart, to ensure kids are leaving with the right adult. I purchased a summer pass which allows 1 hour of arcade games once per week. It was a little pricey but completely worth it because my family utilized it consistently. Before coming to Chuck E. Cheese, I had a negative connotation in my mind. I thought it would be dirty, chaotic, etc. But it's actually a very well run establishment, and the kids enjoy it. Minus one star, because Chuck E. Cheese no longer has play structures indoor. It is purely arcade, which is a little bit sad. But otherwise a good way to keep the kids busy for an hour or two. read more

This 5 star review is for Yukari at the prize kiosk. My child took a very berry long time trying to decide what she wanted, but Yukari was amazingly patient and didn't mind answering all of my questions. She didn't rush me and still waited for me when a family tried to ask her for assistance. I hope we see her again at our next visit! read more

I don't know what happened, it's July 13, 1982 and I walk in and get transported to the future, it's all changed, it's either unorganized or it's everyone's first day on the job, you can't get in or out unless you have the mark, and where are all the video games, where's Galaga, Tempest, Centipede, Pac Man, all I see are carnival type games, and the prices, last thing I remember I was running for the door, I have to find the passage back to the place I was before. read more

This place is a lot of fun for the kids. My biggest complaint is that a lot of games don't work. On weekends it is very busy. It was hard to play any good games because they were all being used or not working. I would also be careful of all the potential gambling/casino addicts this place is making, lol. There are people who stand the ENTIRE time at the coin dropping machines. It is the easiest way to get tickets and it really reminds me of a casino. They have good deals that happen every so often. But be warned, all the time you buy to play MUST be used on the same day! The "120 minutes for $50" cannot be used on different days. Their cupcakes are really good. $5 and it is really big. January 24 I took out my son for a fun and happy experience at Chuck E cheese , but turned out the complete opposite. I do not recommend taking your kids to Chuck E. Cheese. My son was attacked by another child while playing in the Trampoline zone, and the workers did nothing to help. When I asked for assistance, they mentioned they couldn't do anything about it. I left my name and number for the manager, but I have yet to hear back. This experience was very disappointing and concerning. Thankfully I was there to grab my child , but I can't imagine if I wasn't and how much more badly this could've affected my child . He is only 2 years old and is now traumatized . The summer pass is outstanding this year. I bought the gold pass and I get 250 games (swipes) every day. I split the games between 2 watches, and I get a few more games than if I had bought 2 silver bracelets. The best thing is 50% off all food purchases. I didn't host or come here for a party. Our family decided to stop by since it was raining out and needed something to keep our 3yo entertained. She had a blast. We purchased 90 min unlimited play and the trampoline add on. Also added on 2 salad bars for grand total of ~$80. I'm not sure if that was the most economical but it seemed like it since we were tapping the card a lot. Facilities were pretty clean including the salad bar area and the restrooms. Was surprised they also sell beer and wine here. We may partake the next time. We came at around 2pm on a Saturday and it was a bit of a mad house. Warning: it gets super warm in here. I wish they would turn up the AC much higher. A few broken games plus toddler air hockey was missing one of the pushers so it was essentially useless. read more

I saw this Chuck E. Cheese location only has 3.1 stars but I have to say, it deserves more stars than that. Right now, they have the Summer special where you get 8 weeks of play for around $150. That pays for itself if you come three times. Their food is below average. The stuffed crust pizza is much better than the regular crusted pizza. But it's still very greasy. They have a salad bar but it's not organic so it's not something I would buy. But I didn't come here for the food, so it doesn't bother me. I came for my kids to be entertained for two hours while I catch up on work, so it's more like babysitting. Some of the arcades weren't working but overall, we had a great experience and we will definitely be back. I would love to see some more updated arcade games. There's some new ones in other Chuck E Cheese locations that are computerized now, like the new Nerf Gun blaster, but this location didn't have it. This location has the older arcades. I work in Cupertino and have been going to the bakery (L'epi D'or) in this shopping center. Noticed the sign for $5 pizza! I had to do a double take while driving. Laughed out loud because I couldn't believe it. Went back to the bakery again the following week and saw the sign still up there. This week I finally decided to purchase a pizza pie for my coworkers. Hey it's $5, you can't go wrong. Might make this a tradition till things normalize? Service was good, had the kindest cashier take my order. The pizza was smaller than I would have thought, but it had a good flavor to it. I mean heck you can't even buy a personal pizza for this price anywhere. I hope that the word gets out and people help keep this favorite kids establishment afloat. read more

This Chuck E. Cheese is awesome. I would say it's probably best for younger kids. At first glance it looks like there's not a lot of games but there's plenty of games. It's all on one floor so you can supervise your kids even from the eating area at times. I ended up having my daughter's sixth birthday here and our server was so good. The kids had a blast. Everything was handled on time and in a professional manner. However I would say if you are considering having a party here it could get packed. I didn't see too many kids waiting to play games but it could happen. read more

I'm not sure why there are mixed reviews- it's Chuck E. Cheese! :D We've taken our daughter here a few times now, and it's been a great place to visit when it's either super hot or raining outside. I wouldn't say it's the cleanest place on earth, but for being a kids' place, it's not bad at all. Free admission, a small indoor structure for climbing, and lots of fun games and ride-on cars for the kids. My daughter loves walking around and looking for unclaimed tickets so she can get a small prize, like stickers. We haven't tried their food but a friend of mine raves about their pizza! I had been to a birthday party here. It's a family fun center in a large single floor area all under one roof. They have a big arcade area and some organized tables on the other side for the parties. Kids are provided with an all you can play card that they can wear on their wrist. Parties are great and well organized with pizzas and cakes according to the packages chosen by the host. Restrooms were clean and kid friendly. However, the experience wasn't that good. It's like you are grouped with all other parties. You have to celebrate the cake cutting and singing happy birthday together with all other groups celebrating on the same floor. This doesn't give that private experience and personal touch of our own group. Pump it up on the other hand organizes each group privately and birthday celebration is done in each other group's own room they provide. I wish Chuck e cheese learns from its competitors and upgrades the experience. The lights were also so dark in the podium. They just play Chucky's videos in all the five TVs. This Chuck E Cheese isn't the biggest, but it's clean and close. I had my son's birthday here because I was too overwhelmed to do any work LOL. It was so easy breezy. They even kept his ice cream cake in their freezer for us. We had many last minute no shows, and they graciously converted them to play points so my son and I brought those friends back over the summer. I've had a few small issues, but the customer service is incredible. You would think for having a younger staff that it may be problematic, but they're always super friendly and quick to problem solve. I love that it's not overwhelming either. Each family is gets a hand stamp with the same number. Upon exiting your numbers must match your child's or you cannot take them out- the system works, the employees check the hands of parents and children when exiting which proves to be a good safety measure. This particular location of Chuck E. Cheese has ample parking. The inside is relatively clean and the veneration system is decent considering how many kids and parents are packed inside, say on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. The noise level was pretty loud (as expected). We had one long table reserved for the birthday party near the televisions and the stationary Chuck E. Cheese :) There were hats, plates, cups with the Chuck E. Cheese logo. Kids had two one topping pizzas. The food ordered outside the birthday party package were four pizzas (two Hawaiian, one cheese and one combination). The pizza to my surprise was pretty good (especially for CEC). They also had two birthday cakes, one vanilla and one chocolate- both were delicious (the chocolate one was my favorite). The CEC employee assigned to our table was helpful but nothing extraordinary. The kids enjoyed playing in the video game area and the mini rides. Everything was clean in the game area and nothing seemed to be out of order. This seems to be a good place for a child's birthday party- pizza, games, prizes and cake! This is our favorite Chuck out of several we have visited in different states. It's ALWAYS clean. Like, super super clean. I've not experienced any issues with the staff like other reviewers have mentioned. We are polite and cheerful to them, they are polite and cheerful in return. Weekday lunch is cheap, not crowded at all, and perfect for smaller kids who tend to get pushed around a bit more by the bigger kids. The Toddler Zone is a nice touch but I wish they had one or two more small games or rides within the area. read more

So far the best Chuck E. Cheese in the bay besides the big one. Came here for lunch and the cashier Ukarie helped take my order for tokens and pizza, played some games and the jackpots were fair enough for a low price of 1 token each as it was always in the 2000s. Personal pizza was delicious at the great price! They still have the Studio C stage when I was a kid but it seems it's not working due to the remodel the place will soon have. Overall would bring my nieces and nephews here to have their birthday here. read more

A lot smaller than the one in San Jose. Less games here and the tickets given is very little. The pizza for some reason doesn't taste as good as the one in San Jose. Though there is more parking here. Bathroom toilets are very hard to flush so a lot is left unflushed. The prizes are not great at all. It's a penny for each ticket and the amount of money you spend, you're better off just paying for better prizes. read more

We recently had a birthday party for our kids here. Allan was our host and the party couldn't have gone any better. We had over a hundred guests including 54 kids. It was controlled chaos with the help of Allan and the Chuck E. Cheese Crew. The facility including the bathrooms were clean. Allan kept checking on us throughout the party. He kept things moving along and let us focus on our guests. Many commented that they had a lot of fun and some said we are throwing our birthday party for our kids here! Heidi was the best host ever!! She made a hectic party of 36 much much smoother and I appreciate all of the things she offered to help with. She set up the pizza and was super nice and proactive about telling us what time everything will come out and she offered to cut the cakes and pass out the pizzas and was just so helpful overall. She even offered to light the candles and recommended the location for the cake cutting for the best pics and view of the Chuck E show. I can't imagine doing this multiple times a day with such large parties, but Heidi made everything so smooth. She packed our slices and cakes to go and was just so organized with a not-planned party on my part. I really really recommend to get Heidi as your host because we were frustrated that we were asked to come in early but they didn't even open the doors until the party time. That was the only negative part both otherwise Heidi was so professional and helped so much. My son had a blast and so did we. Thanks Heidi!! 4 stars because of the morning opening experience as you shouldn't tell people to come 15+ min earlier if you're not going to open the doors until the party time. Attended a birthday party here on a weekday, and it was nice to get out of the cold! The kids enjoyed the games, pizza, and Chuck! They have the photo machines here and an animatronic Chuck here, which I haven't seen at a couple of the other locations. This is a great location for smaller kids and bigger kids when it is not too busy. It was not crowded on a weekday morning so they had some space to run around. The ice cream vending machine wasn't working at the time. The workers fixed the sketch photo machine when the paper was getting jammed. Hope to be back and that this location stays open. read more

I like this place to bring my kid to during cold or rainy days. It is best when it is empty. Clean bathrooms. I wish they had more sanitizer around the place along with cleaning wipes. If you are new to the area you might be wondering if most food choices not Chinese or Indian related are poor. Yes. This place area sucks for eating out. It's why you should probably learn to cook. Love bring my kids to this chuck e cheese, it more for young kids. There's no video games like the one on Tully road in San Jose, it got more games for younger kids. As for the food, I never eat here because I already know how the pizza taste and I don't like , it just passable pizza and believe me I've ate plenty of chuck E cheese pizza.
