Arrived in the morning and it was not crowded yet. Easy to walk around and view the selection of Christmas trees. They have everything organized by height and the price is listed on each tree. The staff was friendly and helpful and they offer a base or netting if needed. They will also carry out to your car and help secure the tree with zip ties.

While looking for things to do in the Bay Area, my wife found a Groupon for ABC Water Park in Santa Clara. We were highly impressed by how clean and well-organized the facility is. During our visit, I met one of the supervisors, Will, who was incredibly pleasant. He and his team did an outstanding job keeping the environment clean and safe for everyone. We highly recommend this park and will definitely return.

My friend and I brought our 3 boys here on a Sunday. The place was IMMACULATE (and I have high standards). Jump houses were clean, water slides were clean, pools were clean. The kids enjoyed themselves and there were canopies for adults to sit under and relax. Highly recommend.

Awesome place for your little loved ones!!! As a forewarning, the address listed on Yelp is off and will take you about a block or two from the actual patch. Avoid wasting gas and prolonging your visit by driving based off of your eyesight and not what gps says. Parking and entrance is free so you can only imagine how quickly the lot fills up. There are staff directing patrons as they help squeeze in as many cars as possible. This gem is open to the public and offers group events/parties with a slight discount. During my visit, there were 2 separate school events occurring. Cash & credit cards are accepted but card transactions will include an additional service fee. They claim that socks are required and have some for sale upon check in but I saw a good number of kids going barefoot without anyone enforcing that particular rule. Activity Offerings: -hourly play in the inflatable jumpers and slides -paint ball -water walking balls -pumpkins for sale -face painting **FYI: anything beyond the inflatable jumpers/slides will cost you additional $$$ ** The wristbands giving access to the inflatable me jumpers and slides is only offered to children between the ages of 2-12. $20 will give you unlimited access for 1 hour. This time frame was more than enough for my toddler and her cousins. 5/5 stars for ABC's Pick Of The Patch. I really was impressed by the number of jumpy houses they had and I was even more impressed by the different levels of thrills they offer. This place doesn't provide you with boring rinky dink jumpers, along the very back, there are steep steep slides that would scare grown a** adults! Definitely fun for the kiddos in your life!! Bring extra cash because water and snack are gonna be needed & as expected, they rob you in that department.

Ask the Community - ABC Tree Farms

Is this location pet friendly?

I saw a few people walking their dogs on leashes. Doesn't look like pets are frowned upon :D

We lined up at our 730pm check-in time and waited 35 minutes in the cold and were only halfway through the line. We left because it would have been another 25-35 more minutes to get through the line. We did not enter the trail until 720pm, and that is after getting in line at 640pm. Just be aware. Which is fine, my family had fun and the actors inside are funny and well rehearsed. However, since we waited so long, we got out of the trail around 750pm. My kid wanted to play the carnival games, which close at 8pm, so we bought some tickets to play, and were out to the carnival by 752pm, they had already taken everything down and had only a few simple games still up. My kid was bummed, but I figured since there were no refunds, I could go back and get a snack instead with my tickets. I was denied and told to come back next week to redeem the tickets. I know this is all for a good cause and it really isn't too big of a deal, but it is silly that I literally bought the tickets within a minute and then walked back after the carnival being closed and then denied to even use the tickets on anything else and then told to come back next week. They were told not to sell any tickets since they were closing up the carnival early, but I guess it wasn't communicated well. I guess we will be back to use up the tickets next weekend...?

5 stars simply aren't enough for a place like this!…read more Some places are more than just a business, and this pumpkin patch is one of them. You can genuinely feel the love, heart, and hard work that goes into creating such a special experience for families in our community. What makes this place so wonderful isn't just the pumpkins or the attractions. It's the people behind it. Everyone is so incredibly sweet, welcoming, and full of warmth. There's something truly special about visiting a place where you can tell that the people running it genuinely care about the happiness of every family that walks through. As a family, we appreciate places like this more than words can express. In a world where so many experiences have become commercialized, it's refreshing to find something that feels so wholesome, personal, and full of heart. These are the kinds of places where childhood memories are made, where parents get to slow down and enjoy the little moments, and where families can simply be together and have fun. I also want to take a moment to recognize how much work must go on behind the scenes to bring something like this to life. The planning, the preparation, the long hours, the upkeep, and the dedication it takes to create a beautiful seasonal experience for the local community should never go unnoticed or unappreciated. PLEASE support this pumpkin patch and the wonderful people behind it! Small, family-friendly attractions like this are what make a community feel like home. They deserve not only our business but also our appreciation, encouragement, and continued support so they can keep creating these experiences for generations of families to come. To the people who put their hearts into making this happen: THANK YOU. Your efforts matter, your kindness doesn't go unnoticed, and you're creating so much more than a pumpkin patch. You're creating traditions, joy, and beautiful memories that families will carry with them long after the season ends. We need more places like this, and we need to make sure the ones we have continue to thrive. We will absolutely be back, and I hope everyone in our community comes out to show them the love and support they deserve!

The farm wasn't too crowded despite the number of cars parked, it's in a large lot with plenty of space to roam around. We were originally going to Lemos Farm in HMB but changed our plans due to traffic, and I'm so glad we did because we wouldn't have come across SFF otherwise. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The farm did not have any rides but had live music and petting zoo for the kids. There's also food trucks, cookie & coffee stands, and other vendors there. One of the best experiences for us was the corn maze and choosing our own pumpkins to take home (included in the $17 entrance fee). We also got to take home some basil and broccoli plants for our garden. It was such a great visit overall! Highly recommend Smith Family Farms. Can't wait to go back next year!

I'll be at we left at 9:30 in the morning and the ticket per person was very reasonable. They take cash or Venmo. There are a lot of great small kids friendly things to do like a petting zoo where you get to meet baby chicks in person and even touch or hold them and they have pumpkins for you to bring home per person all in all we really enjoyed ourselves. We didn't really have time to explore at all, but we look forward to coming back. My only feedback is to provide carts for taking the pumpkins to the car, it's challenging with little ones when your hands are full. Quick tip: cash or Venmo. Bring a cart for your pumpkins if you have a lot to carry.

We've been visiting Joan's farm and pumpkin patch since the beginning (my grandmother was friends…read morewith Joan back when they were both alive). The pumpkin patch is a yearly tradition for our family and now I enjoy taking my own child here. There are so many things to love about Joan's: choosing a pumpkin from the patch, the cute photo props throughout for cute pics, it's a staple to take a family photo in front of the tree in the patch. There are wagons and wheelbarrows in the parking lot that are up for use if needed for pumpkins. The price of pumpkins is pricier than what you'll find at the grocery store, but you get the ambiance so we don't mind. Pumpkins are priced by size. We love visiting and feeding the animals with the little ones - sheep, goats, donkeys, chickens - expect to pay a nominal fee for livestock feed. There are picnic tables to have lunch, we picnic, but they also have a little store to purchase hot dogs, drinks, snow cones, etc. There is a snack shack that has corn nuts, candies, etc and we usually end up buying a few to take home. After the patch we let our child have fun with the other activities: gem mining, barrel train, inflatable slide/obstacle course/maze, and a small corn maze. All of these activities are included in a $25 per child wristband or tickets can be purchased individually. A few tips: expect weekends to be crowded and visit in the morning or on a weekday instead. The ground is uneven and has elevation changes, use caution with wagons, strollers, and especially wheelchairs. The farm is cash only (no mobile or tap to pay). Porta potties are available and there are hand wash stations but they are often out of soap/paper towels and so we always bring wet wipes and hand sanitizer with us. Now the reason for a one star deduction is that the last couple of years they have started charging $5 for parking, and to me this comes off as a money grab. First, the lot is dirt and there is not much maintenance involved aside from ensuring the creek doesn't wash out the access road in the winter. Secondly, everything inside is something that needs to be paid for (unless you are literally coming in to take a photo in the pumpkin patch and leaving) then you will be spending money here. If operating costs are rising then I'd rather have the price reflected in the goods and services I am paying for already, instead of an added $5 collected at the gate by two employees. Additionally, I'd advise parents to always watch your own children. While there are seasoned and courteous employees throughout the farm, there are also young people stationed at most of the activities to check for wristbands/tickets and monitor the kids on them. These mostly teenagers are seated and mostly just starting at their phones, so don't expect them to enforce any safety standards (like one at a time on the large inflatable slide). The exception to this was an able adult running the barrel train and tractor rides. Overall, we will be back, but please Joan's - stop charging us for parking
