This was our first visit to get a fresh cut Christmas tree, and it turned out to be a positive experience. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by one of the staff members, which set a friendly tone. Shortly after, we met Jonny, one of the tree specialists. He was very helpful and appreciated our need for space while browsing. Once we selected our tree, Jonny clearly explained the process and assisted us by carrying the tree to our car and securing it properly. The tree selection was pretty decent. Angel, our tree attendant was great. The rest of the people, not so much. I asked an individual wearing orange, assuming he was one of the owners or management, if they had any Fraser Firs. He said they didn't bc they come from Florida. I know that Fraser's are in the bay bc I bought one last year from Home Depot. read more

Husband and I decided to get a fresh tree this year for a change. They have different varieties which I wasn't aware of since it's my first time getting a fresh tree haha. The trees are nice, fluffy and healthy. Different sizes. Taller trees means higher price. They also have manager's marked down price. The gentleman who helped us was very nice and helpful. His name is "Reed". They worked really hard on preparing these trees. We got a 5-6 ft tall tree which is $95. They trimmed and net the tree plus tax additional $45 Additional tip $20. I went back to get a tree this year and had the best experience. The young man who helped us made sure the tree was trimmed and asked how much made sure the tree stood straight with the stand on and was helpful loading it. So far the tree is absorbing all the water from the stand and looks very beautiful! Going back was a great idea and we loved how cozy the decorations were. read more

The place is always festive and lovely! My family and I have been long time customers for over 20 years. However, multiple years now we've encountered this issue, of the tree being nailed in to the stand completely crooked. This shouldn't be happening year after year, it seems like the workers are just being careless when they're putting the trees on the stands. We don't want to have to watch the workers like hawks as they put the tree on the stand... we want to be able to trust that it will be straight! Hopefully you guys fix this. read more

This was our first time coming to this location for a Christmas tree. I liked how organized all the trees were, the tree types were in different sections and all the trees were in neat rows by height. We got a 6.5 ft noble tree (~$104) and a wreath. We first went to the booth to get the tree labeled. Our tree's tag fell off. We were assisted by someone else to get the tree trimmed, netted (optional) and carried to the car. I was told my tree came from a tree farm from Oregon and some other trees come from the Sierra area :) everyone was really nice and pleasant. Some reviews on here said last years price was a bit higher. Last year, I went to a different location and the price was higher as well. I was told last year that there was a shortage in trees which was why the prices were driven up. Overall, lovely experience and I would come back next year for another tree! read more

I've been getting my Christmas trees from their lot for years. They always have a terrific selection of fresh trees. This year we shopped for our tree on Christmas Eve. We didn't have high expectations since it was so late, but we were pleasantly surprised at the selection they had left and bought a beautiful tree. They send out coupons every year in a mailer too. Evidentially a number of reviewers are missing that Christmas Cheer eh? ;) I've been going to this location on and off for a number of years. Why off? Just because of convenience to wherever I live at the time. This year, during COVID, they really shined. Each and every person I interacted with was spot on with friendly discussion and most important; quick and thorough with their job. Their selection this year is excellent. Plenty of big trees which are sometimes hard to find, and of course every other size. Trees are healthy and show that they are taken care of with love. I don't really pay attention to price but I wasn't surprised by any numbers. Ended up with a 9 foot, a baby tree (think Charlie Brown) and a large sized wreath. Thanks guys so much for all of your hard work. I'm certain dealing with "the public" during COVID comes with unfamiliar challenges. Well, you knocked it out of the park. Really the nicest Xmas tree lot around. They have a lot of people working there to help you look at trees and select one, prepare it, and tie it to your car. The guys helping out on the lot were pretty friendly. The lot itself is well decorated, and the tree quality is much nicer than the Home Depot, so it makes the buying experience nicer ... Earlier in the day, I went up into the mountains to go to one of those places to cut your own tree. I then got a true appreciation for how hard it is to get nice looking trees, cut them down, and then haul them down the mountain to Christmas tree lot. The vast majority of trees on the tree farm are not very pretty, and trees are up a muddy hillside, so they are doing a lot of very hard work to get these trees to you. In the end, I was glad to come to Queens Trees and have them do all the work. It is a little pricey, but perhaps worth it to get a nicer tree and have better selection. read more

Pick up your Christmas tree here! Parking was easy and they have a huge parking lot, but just watch out for the little kids that might be running around. They have a nice selection of trees that are different sizes and also different types! The employee also told me a bit of their background story and where the different types of trees come from. I ended up choosing one of the silver tips because it was so pretty and unique! They helped me put it in a tree stand, wrap it up, and load it into my car. All hassle free for me. If you're like me and don't want to deal with that, then this place is perfect for you. I got a 3.5ft silver tip tree with a tree stand for about $50. Price is competitive in the area plus they had amazing customer service. Go support your local tree farms, and I highly recommend this one! read more

I came by on an off hour, when everyone was out to dinner (except me..I got my priorities straight C; I walked in and was greeted immediately by one of the younger employees who was more than willing to help me out. I spotted my tree within 3 min " I'll take that one, I said" "yes sir" he responded" Well not really, I'm embellishing my story a little bit. but Its my story I can write what I want. Jackie was extremely welcoming , warm , and bubbly . She took us to the Noble trees and let us know she would go cut another tree down if we didn't see one . We found a beautiful noble with a stand , ornaments and lights and the manager gave us a special price. I highly recommend this tree farm for the trees but also for excellent customer service . They had a pretty big selection for a tree lot. We found several options for both a large 10 foot tree and a mini tree. SUPER expensive, so be ready to pay and get nickel and dimed. We paid almost $400 for one tree and the mini tree was "mispriced" so they tagged it at one price and charged another when we got to the front. Manager came out and offered to honor the ticket price but they already rang us up and it wasn't worth the hassle. They also charge for everything, so if you want a hot chocolate get ready to pay more on top of the price markups for items. Staff were friendly overall, though some seemed more experienced than others. They tied the tree fine, though it took a bit of time (about 10 mins) to tie and they got the car pretty dirty in the process. They also tied it on the car doors and we couldn't get the doors to close until we rearranged their knots. Overall we'll probably try Los Gatos flat rate $80 to cut down a tree first with our kids but might be back without kids if we can't find anything on our own next year. read more

We have come here for many years. This year the experience was not what it used to be. They actually mixed up the tree we ordered with another. Someone had switched the tags - the tags are always flocked over and not removed during the process. Our tag was not even wired to the tree! The staff was not helpful, we paid $200.00 for a 6 1/2' flocked tree and did not even get the one we ordered. It was such a train wreck when we were picking it up we took it home. Yes, the tree is beautiful, once decorated but they need to reorganize their staff. read more

Very happy with this tree company. I went around 2:00 on Tuesday. What a breeze. A nice young man helped me with picking out a tree, bagging it up and putting it on my car. No fuss no muss. They also had a great collection of trees. Last year I went to Home Depot in Campbell and the experience was dreadful. What a refreshing change. First time to the Lott and was not empress over price trees that are not worth it. The staff was rude and it smelled bad

We live in the neighborhood and have been coming to Queens for 8-9 years. It's always been a festive trip, but I'm sad to say something has changed for the worse. The front desk staff has become downright unfriendly, and yes, there are no more cookies and hot cider. Or at least they happened to be "out" when we were there. The 7' tree we picked out and paid for was cut down to 6.5'. The shaker and netter BOTH "weren't working" so needles were everywhere by the time we got the tree on its stand in our house. It could just be the kid who was helping us wanted to go home...at least that what he kept talking about. I am happy to pay more for a product served up by a friendly local business, but we left Queens feeling cheated and in a grinchy mood. I doubt we are coming back. read more

Wonderful tree lot with great employees. The trees were organized and all of them were so nice it was hard to choose the perfect one! We were asked several times if we needed assistance and never felt pushed by the lot attendants. We ended up picking up a 5 1/2 foot noble fir for $70. They shook out the tree in a machine, trimmed the end, and netted it up for us. Also, they tried the tree onto our car for us and it was a challenge because we didn't have a roof rack. Be prepared to tip, these guys work hard. I will definitely be back next year! read more

We have been coming to Queens Trees for the past 5 years or so. We come back because they put the tree on our car for us and it's close by. Next year, I'm not sure we will be back. We have had our tree less than 2 weeks now, and it is shedding. Like REALLY shedding. The pines are carpeting our wooden floors so that we can't see the wood anymore type of shedding. I am so disappointed as Christmas is still 2+ weeks away! I hope this tree will survive? I called the business to ask what was wrong and how I could help this poor tree. The woman on the phone asked what type I got: Douglas Fir. She said that Douglas Firs are notorious for shedding. (I researched it online and there is nothing that indicates this is the case). She told me that Noble Firs are better and shed less. We have had Douglas Firs (and Noble Firs) in the past and this has NEVER happened. I understand that she has more "tree" knowledge than I, but there is something seriously wrong with this tree. Then, as I was talking, she cut me off to tell me that there were people waiting for her and she would love to talk but she has to go. Then she hung up. I am very disappointed in this purchase and will be trying out a different lot next year. What a pity. read more
