This pumpkin patch is the best you could ask for, run entirely by students, staff, parents, and neighbors--truly a community effort! It has everything you could hope for: fun games ($1), delicious food ($1-$5), and activities that change daily, keeping things fresh and exciting. The Haunted Trail ($15) is an absolute highlight--expertly acted by teachers, staff, and students, with a set design that's nothing short of spectacular. It's a one-of-a-kind experience suitable for all ages (just keep in mind, no photography is allowed to preserve the magic). There's also a charming mini-theater with open seating where they play nostalgic movies--cozy lights, no overwhelming crowds, and a perfect vibe for a relaxing night under the stars. Best of all, 100% of the proceeds go directly to supporting the school. As a proud neighbor, I can say this isn't just a pumpkin patch--it's a celebration of community spirit. Please visit and support! This review is from the heart, not a sponsorship. https://www.mefhome.org/patch

This is a review of the pumpkin patch held on the school grounds. Not sure how long this pumpkin patch, but it is so cute! Last year, my boyfriend found this pumpkin patch so we stopped by. He really wanted to do the scary trail, but we were told that it was sold out. People had apparently lined up very early for tickets. Did not know it was the hot ticket in town! There are games with stations, food being sold, a projector for a movie to be played potentially, and a magic show going on when we arrived. This year, we went to the pumpkin patch around 6pm and saw there were time slots to buy tickets. My boyfriend realized a line had started a few minutes before and he quickly went to stand in line. Luckily, he secured tickets! After he bought our tickets, someone yelled "9pm sold out!" I'm a scaredy cat and so I was screaming all the way through, but it was fun! Very nicely put together! Enjoyed the trail. Hightly recommend!

They've been doing this pumpkin patch for 9 years and I just stumbled upon it! The pumpkin patch part is not HUGE like many others, but it is big enough and everything is Volunteer run. The money you spend goes directly to the school and what could be better? If you Goto pumpkin patches, then you know how much you're going to over spend on pumpkins regardless of where you go, haha. So if you're going to spend, why not spend it where the money will actually count? School are ALWAYS in dire need of funding- no matter how affluent the area. We found the volunteers to be extremely helpful and very nice. The best part is their haunted labyrinth!! We did the family friendly version and we all still got spooked LOOOOL. But in a good way! The actors they have inside are sooo good! And btw, I am from SoCal, so scary theme parks are a normal October activity. The actors were of all ages, kids, and older adults. I was very very impressed with their acting skills. They could easily be at Universal studios. They did NOT BREAK CHARACTER! My 9 year old who doesn't really like scary stuff, loved this! My 15 year old who LIVES for scary stuff LOVED it! It was great fun! I definitely got spooked a couple times. Didn't help that the NINJA at the gates targeted me and I fell for it every time hahahahah They do an adult scary labyrinth as well, and will do one on Halloween. One of the guys who puts it all together said "the goal of that one is to make people cry." LOLOL please let me know if you Goto the adult scary version. Haha

Should update their policies online. Said dogs were allowed but got ganged up by staff and was asked to leave quite rudely.

My family and I have been attending this fabulous pumpkin patch for over 10 years. It's entirely volunteer created and run and gets better every year. Last year's addition of the "haunted trail" was very exciting. Can't wait to see what they come up with this year! They also offer fun and affordable field trips. The trips include a tour of the "friendly trail," a fall-themed craft, Halloween story and they get to take home a pumpkin!

I took my special education class here for a field trip and it was amazing! It is catered for children grade levels k-2 or younger. For 5$, each of my students got to make a cute little Halloween tote bag, walk through a trail to identify special pumpkins, have a Halloween tale read to them, and the best part choose s tiny pumpkin. My students enjoyed this visit, it was run by parent volunteers who were fabulous! They were very accommodating for my kiddos and even let us walk through the spooky trail that was off limits to most other class field trips. The Halloween walk was put together really well and many of my kids attended the spooky night walk! I would definitely recommend supporting Moreland school district by bringing your toddlers or students k-2! We will be back :)

Hello, Today is, Thurs. Oct. 2nd, 2025? Are you open this year of 2025? And are you open yet? Today, or Friday Oct 3rd, 2025.

We will open this year on October 10 at 5pm. We're open Fridays & Saturdays from 5-10pm and Sundays, except October 12, from 5-8:30pm. This year, we will also be open November 1.

How wheelchair friendly is the patch? Would a person in a wheelchair be able to go on the Haunted Trail?

They also have so many great spots to take photos with your family (or boo lol) near the pumpkins with fun cartoon characters and decorations everywhere! When I went on a Sunday this place was CRAZY BUSY, it was soo busy people were parking across the street. Although it looks scary (as in hundreds of people everywhere lol) the lines went by super fast. The staff that I met in the front was very nice. :) I will say this place is getting a bit PRICEY, the prices seem to go up every year but the activities are relatively the same. I think a date for two with some activities easily hits past $80-$100. I can't even imagine what big families have to pay. *GASP* lol. It would be nice if they offered discounts for return visits, loyalty customers, or family packs tbh. These prices in this economy?! lol Just joking. (But definitely something to think about.) ...Sadly I think this place isn't affordable for most people especially if you have a big family it's $8 per person just to get in. *Eek* an entrance fee for a family of 5 would be $40 WITHOUT activities... definitely not economical but... If you have the money to spend definitely check it out! The Halloween games and activities are awesome + super fun. I will say we made the mistake of buying food here (yikes on bikes!) the food is honestly terrible lol. I went on a cold evening and was super excited to get hot chocolate to stay warm but ended up with KINDA WARM watery chocolate. *bleh* Broke my heart honestly. lol. The churro was okay though and the pretzel was.. moderately acceptable. :) Sooo overall I would say Activities: 5/5 ~definitely super fun! Value: 4/5 ~bring that wallet baby Food: 0/5 ~I would never eat this again even if they paid me lol. I still love this place but I definitely will eat before I visit next time! lol. :) PRO TIP: Bring a jacket if you plan to go in the evening, and don't wear expensive shoes because they will get veryyyy dusty + if you plan to do the Corn Maze it can possibly get muddy.

Parking is also charged ($2/car, but it feels like you're being nickled and dimed). Yes it's only $2, but after charging for entry it feels unnecessary. There are lots of photo opps here, and my kids had a blast. The petting zoo was probably their favorite activity. Staff ranges from very friendly to very mediocre. I would like to note that while the "bouncing pillow" allowed adults to participate, the staff member supervising this activity was too curt to the woman in line behind me. He straight up told her the weight limit and asked if she was there. I understand a bouncing activity is not immune from the laws of physics, but the staff member put no thought into how he came across it seemed. I felt so taken back that a man felt okay embarrassing a woman about her weight (and she wasn't obese). The staff member could have at least asked if the woman wanted to participate with her kid. Yes there was a sign with a weight limit, but maybe the sign could be more clear and certainly a little kinder to avoid embarrassing women.

Shaded by fruit trees, about 20 of us sat at a long table decorated with fresh-cut ranunculus flowers and learned to paint tulips (very badly in my case!) from a local artist. It was a really sweet way to spend a couple of hours and remember back when orchards were the life blood of the Santa Clara Valley. This was our second time to this event and we were glad to see some improvements. This year, there were more booths for children. Through the educational and fun activities, you got to learn about the salmons in the Guadalupe River, the importance of eating vegetables, make scary spiders, decorate pumpkins, etc. They even brought out the giant Monopoly pieces for anyone to play. It was fun rooting for the little ones as they mustered their strength to roll those big dice that were each twice the size of the kid. Closer to the music stage, there was a mini straw bale maze for tots. Very cute! All aboard that colorful choo-choo train in front of Children's Discovery Museum and rode around the park. It's good to be a kid. The "carnival game alley" was a great addition but very congested with all the kids, parents and strollers concentrated in one area. As popular as it was, for next year, they should consider allocating more space so the kids could wait safely in line for the games. There were also beautiful hand blown glass pumpkins by local artists for sale. But these fragile pieces got me worried a little with so many little hands reaching to touch them. This was not a full blown pumpkin patch but it did the job for the younger ones and still a fun-filled event. Most of all, it was free to enter. The only issue was probably finding parking. I would recommend taking the light rail. Stress-free (one less thing to worry about for the parents) and it brings you to the front door of Children's Discovery Museum and Discovery Meadow where they hold the annual Pumpkins in the Park.
