Standing ovation for Kidtopia!! I planned my daughter's birthday here and the process was seamless. I did online booking, we responded via email about the details, and when the day came it all went perfectly. Our room attendant was Eric and he was quick to help, understood when we needed to change the schedule, and in and out like a ninja. My confession is that I had never been to Kidtopia before the party but had heard great things so I took a chance. I'm so glad I did that! Everyone in our party said they had a great time and that it was well-organized- woohoo! The party block was for 2 hours. We had about 40 guests and the medium party room was fine. I think we could have used one of the tables that was set up for the cupcake stand or the gifts for more seating but, it wasn't an issue at all. So thankful for the team at Kidtopia for giving my daughter a very happy birthday party :) Now the other families and I are planning to come back for future play dates! read more

We had a party at Kidtopia last weekend. For the entire stay, I didn't see a single staff member cleaning and sanitizing. Both my kids were sick the same night. A few other kids from the party were also throwing up. The floor mat looks so disgustingly dirty. They useuse cheap outdoor picnic tables and benches; my 3-year-old almost fell out of the bench since it's so narrow! I saw adults wearing shoes inside the play area. Overall! This is not a children's indoor place I would recommend for parents to take their kids to go to, throwing an $800 party at. I regretted that I didn't do enough research. read more

Possibly a few new add ons that were not present during my initial visit?? Being that my first experience was 5 years ago, I have since welcomed my very own little monster who loves to frequent this establishment. No, we have not been involved in any birthday invites so I cannot review in that very aspect but coming here for some random fun is always a grand time! Kidtopia is essentially broken down into two parts: the creative zone & main play area. At the creative zone, the sky's the limit when it comes to using your imagination & fully emerging oneself in real life situations. The main play area is great for letting off a whole lotta steam/energy all while toning up their little bodies w/o even realizing it. Pick your poison... The staff is kind, welcoming, and very relaxed!! Nothing uptight and uncomfortable like other places can be. The entire setup is managed like a well oiled machine- making sure to periodically clean/sanitize. 5/5 stars. My kid requests to visit WEEKLY and I'm not mad about it. Facility is great! Set up perfect for kids to do there thing and room for adults to be in the space at the same time. Wasn't too happy to see the mandatory "gratuity" at the final check out. My daughter had her birthday here and I found it pretty reasonable. They replied to my emails in a timely manner and despite it being a weekend with other parties and a lot of kids, they were organized. The room was set up (tablecloths with unlimited utensils, plates included). Staff was attentive and kept us on reminders/called the kids for when it was time to eat and cake time etc. Prices were reasonable $16 for additional kids and $5 for adults. My only annoyance was having to pay for drinks over the 20 included for the big party (20 adults and 20 kids included) because it was overpriced. We extended the time for an additional 2 hrs and it was $150 and could not confirm until a few days before the date. For reference attached are their party rules. I would consider doing another party here. They also had an option to add a party banner and balloon arch for $125. read more

Such a fun place to take your kiddos to and just let them run wild and have a blast! They also added 2 new big whole body massage recliners, few party rooms to do your child's bday or any party there. Arcade section, you can buy snacks and drinks from them for such a reasonable price. They also sell socks if you forget to bring one for your child. I had my kids bday party there! It was such a blast! Really great customer service from their entire staff! They help you clean up and set up party room for you. Now as I'm setting up I'm bombarded with one of the team members there asking immediately when was my party going to start eating keep in mind we had just got there so as I'm noticing my party is being rushed and not handled with care I attempt to ask for more time to add, I've been asking them about additional time for about a month but they informed me I'd need to wait until the day of to see if any other party needed a slot so when I asked the day of they said unfortunately no which sucked because it was my babies first birthday and the time a lot was a hour at most. As I'm trying to play with my child the same associate comes up and asked when would everyone eating cake and ice cream keep in mind we got there barley 45min ago so I told them in a little while ( it was about 3:45- 4) (party started at 3:15). My in-laws come up to me upset about the staff coming into our party room consistently to ask when we would be serving. I ask the staff to stop doing that because it's making my party feel rushed and it's giving a very lack luster experience. So I tell my party we are singing happy birthday the staff would not even give me and my family a chance to sing to my baby before rushing to try and cut his cake so we asked them to leave the room because it was stated to create unwanted energy. Once we sang happy birthday and as we are passing out cake only who I assume is the manager IMMEDIATELY came into the room and attempted to try and touch and pack up my sons party people are in the middle of eating cake and they the staff is trying to pack up the party and rush us out it's about 4:30 at this point. So unable to properly finish his party we just begin to pack up, the staff is basically on top of us as we are trying to exit the manager had table cloths on the tables that she just wiped down with water no Lysol, sanitary wipe or anything thankfully I bought my own and set it on top. The entirety of the party was so poor and I'm extremely sad that it was so rushed I couldn't have 1 picture with my son on his birthday I didn't even get a chance to enjoy him or the party. Spent over $1200 for a LARGE PARTY PACKAGE, had some unexpected guests cancel on me very last minute, KIDTOPIA PROMISED TO REFUND ANY LESS HEADCOUNT, and honor some other accommodations and later on after billing, which took 4 days to close out AFTER our party, WTH, didn't honor any of it! They refunded less than half of what they owed me! And keep in mind during the day of event, such a horrid experience! Customers complaining (including us) of being assigned the wrong party room, QUINN breathing down our necks, their clueless staff (or should I say young staff that can't do much because they aren't giving enough authority), unorganized day of check in process! We will never play or host anything here again! Please spread the word Yelp friends! I was supposed to get about $400 back, and they refunded me less than $200. UNFAIR TREATMENT, SLOW CLOSE OUT PROCESS, LITTLE TIME WINDOW TO PARTY with their PACKAGES , UNRULY STAFF WHO DID LITTLE HELP TO MY EVENT! We love playing at Kidtopia on weekends & we're planning to get a membership but what I don't appreciate today was the number of teenagers (with very evident mustaches) and adults in the play structures. As I understand it Kidtopia is supposed to be for kids 12 years & under. This makes it feel very unsafe to have my 4 year old little girl playing and crawling around on her own. If your kid is too young to navigate the play structure on their own then they shouldn't be in it. Because these adults are too focused on their own kid I see them tripping over, knocking over and bumping into other smaller children. I also had to tell one of these teenagers to be more careful after they knocked over my kiddo not only once, but twice. Not cool. Management needs to do a better job at reminding and enforcing this. This is one of my biggest hesitations to membership right now. read more

Didn't really need the staffs help with passing out food but they were helpful with keeping on schedule. My daughter just turned 4 and we had an amazing time here! Shout outs to Annie and Leo helping us; they were so nice and friendly and took care of us. Leo greeted us, helped cut cake and helped with the clean up. We had chose the medium size party package which held up to 45 people in the room, but we had about 30 people in the room which was perfect. Since there was no party that was showing up after us, we took their offer of adding half an hour extension which was nice because we didn't feel rush. We had the party on a Saturday at 10am which wasn't very busy. There were negative yelp reviews which I had second thoughts about this place and that's why I was reading the fine lines in everything and asking them questions which kind of drove me crazy, but if you adhere to their rules and standards, then it's pretty straight forward. They weren't nitty gritty about the cost of things and were nice to offer help, my experience here was positive and I would totally recommend this place. read more

We recently attended a kids' birthday party at Kidtopia and had such a great experience! I really appreciated that the play areas were separated for toddlers and bigger kids, which made it safe and enjoyable for everyone. The facility was clean, well-organized, and very spacious. The party rooms with picnic tables were roomy, well-maintained, and perfect for our group of about 20-30 people (kids and adults). I also loved that you can bring in your own food and drinks, which makes hosting much more convenient. Kidtopia really has a little bit of everything for kids ages 2-10--play structures, a small gaming area with claw machines, and some fun ride-on mechanical attractions. Parents aren't left out either; there are massage chairs to relax in while the kids are having fun. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a birthday celebration. My kid loves this place. I love that it's an indoor play area with lots of soft structures so I don't have to worry about him running off and out of my sight. Really appreciate the tables and chairs there as well so that I can sit, work, snack, chit chat while my kid gets his energy out. We celebrated our daughter's 1st birthday at Kidtopia. I forgot the gentleman's name who was assigned to help us on 7/19/24 at 1:30 but he was awesome! He had the room already set up for us and he frequently checked in with us to see if we needed any help. I brought my own decorations and portable freezer for a DIY sundae bar which turned out perfect! Another pro was that it was less crowded on a Friday afternoon. A few con's was that the communication via email before the party was unresponsive and the water bottles provided in the package are mini sized. It was 94 degrees the day of our party so luckily they had the AC on. I'm not sure why the company would skimp on the water bottles...it seems they would still make a profit by providing 10 regular sized water bottles. We came here on a random rainy day off from school and it was complete madness! Kids and adults everywhere, several birthday parties congregating, and little kids getting plowed over by bigger kids. I would expect an indoor play gym like Kidtopia to be busy on a rainy day but there should have been a cap on the number of people in the room; it was at unsafe and unsanitary levels. I had trouble finding my kids because it was so crowded; the only thought running in my head the whole time was a "Please don't let me lose my kids. Please don't let us bring home the stomach flu." To be fair, my kids LOVED Kidtopia and had a blast so I really feel like the place is genuinely fun but there are procedural safeguards that would make it a better experience for everyone. We stayed for approximately 16 minutes and made the decision to leave when my friend saw a kid throw up on a toy ice cream truck. We wound up at Chick fil A's indoor playground for a much quieter, serene indoor play experience. Kidtopia staff: please set a limit on the number of people who can safely play in the space at one time! I get that you're trying to be profitable as a business and times are tough, but do it for the safety and health of the kids who play here. It might even be a good idea to have staggered time limits like they do at certain museums or the Oakland Zoo. read more

I have been back a few time's just hoping things got better but: 1) The icecream truck even when we arrive early like 10:00am, the pretend play food, and icecream (NOTHING) is found, everything is empty! It is not fair to keep coming back to the same situation 2) NONE of your battery operated toys work, like NONE 3) You do not replenish things and supplies, please do that 4) please CLEARLY make sure bigger kids are not allowed in the toddler room, it isn't fair to the small kids that should be using that space as they are too young for the larger spaces. The stars are for the play area which is very spacious and the kids have a good time. Their party packages are okay, a bit pricey. They charge a 20% gratuity on top of your bill for a birthday party which is not at all worth it. Why do we pay gratuity ? For good service right ? Extremely unfriendly staff members. They are of zero help except at the end where they literally breathe down your neck to chase you out of the room on time, without 5 minutes to spare. Brought my one year old here because she loooves climbing and slides. It's pretty decently sized; the older children area is a lot bigger, and we did check that area out since we were there on a weekday and it wasn't too crowded. Biggest complaint I have is that older kids go into the baby areas, which kinda defeats the purpose of having a safer baby area. When we were there a staff member did come in to tell an older girl that she wasn't allowed in that area, but the girl basically ignored her. I get extremely irritated in cases like this because her parent(s) or caregiver should be making sure their child is following the rules of the play space instead of not supervising whatsoever and being on their phone while their child runs rampant. We came here for a birthday party and were wowed by our experience at Kidtopia! Their concept is very well thought out and executed: a clean, fun, safe, indoor playground space for children of all ages and abilities. My 6 foot husband was able to accompany our young ones through the huge expanse of sky tubes without breaking his back, and not once was I worried when one of my kids was out of sight. The play area is accessible only through a latched gate, and there is always an attendant up front. We were impressed by their commitment to cleanliness; there was an attendant going through the maze of sky tubes with a Dyson handheld vacuum while the children were playing, a central handwashing area, and they close down after play sessions to allow for enough time to clean before the next play session begins. The 1.5 hour playtime was followed by lunch and dessert in one of their party rooms, and their attendants were extremely helpful from start to finish of the party. Our kids loved their experience so much, my 4 year old took it upon himself to announce to all parents at pick-up that we were celebrating his birthday there next year. LOL read more

Their was big kids in areas that were not of their age group just being wild jumping in the ball pit almost smashing the young kids and throwing all the balloons out where it says not to. All the parents had to take their small kids out of the ball pit area because all the big kids took over and made it unplayable. Their was no structure here. The best thing I can say about Kidtopia is that it's a sure fire way to tire out your toddler. After about an hour of running around and playing, my 15 month old knocked out within the first 5 minutes of our drive home. That by itself is worthy of 5 stars. We had a great time and the staff was very nice and helpful. I love how organized they are and they even have carts to help load things from your car to the party rooms. They were also nice enough to help decorate the room and clean as well. Although the ventilation is great here and it doesn't smell like Chuck e Cheese, our small party room did not have AC for some reason and we were pretty much melting and sweating for the 2.5 hours we were there. No one wanted to stay in the room because it was so darn hot! It was much cooler out in the play area. The manager / owner knew about the AC situation so she came in and turned on a fan underneath the table, which didn't help much at all. Also, since we booked a "small" party, it's a shared room, divided by black curtains. The party next to us turned off the lights to sing happy birthday and that turned off our side of lights as well. No biggy, but thought I'd mention. Overall, this indoor play is pretty clean and the staff is great. I would book a party again only if AC is guaranteed, as the heat and muggy room really made our great experience a not so great one. This place is a total rip off. It is a tiny space. The party packages are so out of any reasonable price range. For what you get it is a total scam. DO NOT go there and DO NOT use this facility for your children's parties. 1. They do not have a private party space, a curtain separates two rooms. 2. The service is not worth a 20% tip. I do not blame the staff, I am sure they are trying to do their best. I blame the owners!! The fee for the party space is quite pricy and the tip for the staff should be taken from that fee. This is NOT a restaurant. 3. You have to bring in your own food and they charge you for their tiny little water bottles and capri suns....even for the cake cutter??? 4. We had less children and they didn't even give us a discount for that. The space is small and I wonder if it is cleaned properly??? Google, website and yelp state that the place is open until 9:30pm on Saturdays but once upon arrival staff said "today we're closing at 9pm". I had my daughter's 1st birthday here and it was nothing but disappointment from beginning to end. I was constantly going back and forth from the car to the party room bringing all of the food and decorations and not one of the many workers standing behind the front counter (who were chit chatting with each other, btw) offered to help me, nor did they at least offer to bring me any push carts so that it would make my life easier. Mind you, they moved us to a completely different room right when we arrived, which we were never given a heads-up about. At one point, I was carrying four (4) platters of food as I walked inside and one of the workers practically forced a pen to my hand and told me to put my name on the sign-up sheet, to which I almost had 2 of the trays fall over as they don't stack well on top of each other. Throughout the entire party we had workers standing at our entryway staring at everyone, especially us, the hosts, all while looking at their watches so that they could interrupt us to tell us to start getting ready to leave. It made our guests EXTREMELY uncomfortable and it pressured us so much so that we didn't enjoy ourselves to the fullest. Quinn offered to help us with cake, but she only made a few cuts and then walked off; everyone was like "what in the world?" She didn't cut the whole cake nor did she put them on any plates and help us distribute them out to our guests. What kind of help was that? Smh I was told by the owner that her staff was "hardworking", which is why they are given 20% gratuity. They did jack in helping us; they were the complete opposite of being helpful. Definitely not deserving of the 20% whatsoever sheesh. Then when it came to cleaning up, the staff was so eager to kick us out that they mishandled our cake that we were planning to save and hadn't cut yet, and as a result, the cake nearly dropped. The staff was mishandling our cake bare handed too; I don't know where those hands have been, but I know they were not clean at all. At the very end, they totally miscalculated the total cost of the party, even though we broke everything down to the most simplest form (with clear cut explanations) and they still made up numbers that seemed to have been pulled out of thin air smh. As a result, we were charged way over what we should've paid and there was no remorse, empathy, or sympathy whatsoever from them; so ruthless. Never again would I go back, nor would I ever recommend them to anybody that I know. This was easily the worst experience I've had hosting any get-together, let alone birthdays. I won't even go back to just have my kids play there because I don't want to see any of the incompetent staff's faces. Apparently accommodation and service is not part of their core values.
