After calling around, Area Jumpers stood out immediately for their value. We rented both a jumper and a cotton candy machine, and the entire process was easy from start to finish. Delivery was prompt, setup was fast, and everything arrived clean and well maintained. The jumper looked great, and the cotton candy machine was spotless and worked perfectly. The best surprise was the cotton candy package itself. It included the sugar floss and cones needed for the event. As someone who had already mentally prepared to end up with five pounds of leftover sugar and 500 cones from Amazon, this was a welcome discovery. The kids loved it, the adults appreciated how smoothly everything ran, and I appreciated not having to spend the morning troubleshooting equipment or making emergency party-supply purchases. One small note for future customers: the remaining balance was requested via cash or Venmo at delivery. I wasn't expecting that, so it would have been helpful to know upfront. It wasn't a problem, but it's worth being prepared so you're not scrambling for payment at the last minute. Overall, great value, clean equipment, reliable service, and a very smooth experience. I'd happily use them again.

I also called back for the confirmation the day before the event. The delivery happened even one hour earlier than we requested and luckily we were very close to the site. Kids played till last minutes and very happy with the jumper. Over all, everything was good with this jumper and service. It would be perfect if they can provide even larger jumpers such as 7-1 combos. But their price is much cheaper than others - some charges extra while setting up in parks. The only little problem is that the delivery man does not really speak English, which causes a bit inconvenience but most of us can overcome it :-)

I cannot say enough great things about Modern Bounce! I stumbled upon their IG page and saw that…read morethey were a sweet small family (and AAPI woman!) owned business. Everything was so smooth from the initial inquiry to the breakdown of the jumper. I asked about the highly sought after 3-in-1 bounce house but it wasn't available on my date so I booked the 2-in-1 with a slide. I loved the optional add-on of coordinating balloons. This makes it so easy to match ANY theme. Our was 7-Eleven (my daughter turned 11 on 7/11!) Cindy reached out a few days later and said the 3-in-1 was available after all! I really wanted the ball pit for the smaller children, but it ended up being a HUGE hit for the pre-teen kids as well, so this worked out great for us! BALLOONS: if you're on the fence like I was, bite the bullet and do it! It really completes the aesthetics and theme of the bounce house. Cindy was really transparent and gave me a heads up that some balloons may pop due to being in direct sunlight on a hot day, which I appreciated. We were all pleasantly surprised that NONE of the balloons popped and withstood the test... needless to say the quality of material is top tier! Also, they offered to comp gold 7-11 numbers on the arrangement for us! Overall, the communication was awesome and the setup/breakdown was great (takes about an hour) . And the bounce house itself was really clean and white bc they sanitize after every use. CONS: when they came to pick up the bounce house because the kids didn't want to stop playing, and they were so kind and asked the kids if they wanted another 10 minutes! The cherry on top was a birthday gift they gave my daughter, which was totally unexpected. It was so thoughtfully curated for her age! Clips, keychains, stickers, and body/lip scrub set. I don't know if they can continue to add this touch as they grow, but it was certainly a sweet gesture as a show of appreciation as they're starting out! These are significantly more than your average jumper but SO worth it! My daughter and her friends were still talking about it after the party was over. I'm thinking I should book for a grown up party next! Thanks Modern Bounce for making my girls bounce house dreams come true!
