They were so awesome! Such good communication and very reliable! They have many options to choose from. A great experience

We had a pretty good experience renting an obstacle course, two snow cones and a sticky soccer game. The positives: They showed up pretty much on time, listened and adjusted about how we wanted to be set up and we found the equipment to be in excellent working condition and was really fun for all the kids. The negatives: When I placed my order, there was only one snow cone machine available. I had to call three times to get confirmation and adjustment to my bill showing that my request was fulfilled. The driver gave us three gallon-sized syrups but no pump (which was what I was told to expect) which made it really hard to pour and then wanted the leftover syrup back (which I appreciate that it isn't wasted but would have liked to know this upfront rather than at pickup). Would have also love a drainage pipe/bucket so melting ice didn't drench our table from the holes on the machine. Overall, I'd use them again but would love if they ironed out these shortcomings to ensure a smoother process and event. read more

Planning a kids' party inevitably leads to a few hours of comparison shopping and wondering why inflatable structures apparently cost as much as luxury real estate. After calling around, Area Jumpers stood out immediately for their value. We rented both a jumper and a cotton candy machine, and the entire process was easy from start to finish. Delivery was prompt, setup was fast, and everything arrived clean and well maintained. The jumper looked great, and the cotton candy machine was spotless and worked perfectly. The best surprise was the cotton candy package itself. It included the sugar floss and cones needed for the event. As someone who had already mentally prepared to end up with five pounds of leftover sugar and 500 cones from Amazon, this was a welcome discovery. The kids loved it, the adults appreciated how smoothly everything ran, and I appreciated not having to spend the morning troubleshooting equipment or making emergency party-supply purchases. One small note for future customers: the remaining balance was requested via cash or Venmo at delivery. I wasn't expecting that, so it would have been helpful to know upfront. It wasn't a problem, but it's worth being prepared so you're not scrambling for payment at the last minute. Overall, great value, clean equipment, reliable service, and a very smooth experience. I'd happily use them again. read more

Great jumper! Family loved it. Fast set up on time and friendly people. Definitely recommend and will use for future parties!

I cannot recommend this company enough! Andres and his team went above and beyond to make this happen for my daughter's party! I called at 5pm for a party the next day and they had an opening and made it happen! They even delivered the waterslide that night because they didn't have drivers for the next day on such short notice and didn't even charge extra for this! The guys were friendly and explained everything. It's really hard to find customer service like this these days! Amazing experience, we will definitely be using them again! We would highly recommend this company! read more

We had a great experience with Area Jumpers. When I called with questions they were quick to pick up. For our party they showed up 15 min early to our 2:30pm appointment and were very helpful. We chose the big double slide bounce house with trex theme and it was a huge hit with the kids. The price ended up being a bit more than expected bc we needed to rent a generator and chose to get insurance. FYI the website doesn't remind you to see if you'll need a generator-- I only knew because we've rented before from a different company. So, if you're at a playground like we were with no outlets nearby, make sure you find the part of their webpage with accessories and get the generator. read more

I can't say enough about these guys. They are great. It's my first time having an event this big and I was super annoying with a ton of questions and Andres was super patient and went above and beyond by coming to setup the day before to make sure every thing was perfect to release all my worries. Anytime we need any inflatables we're definitely hiring them again. read more

We opted for the 33 ft obstacle course jumper because our kids are older and they wouldn't enjoy the traditional jumpers. We were nervous that it wouldn't fit in our yard, but the 33ftx 13ft fit perfectly between the pool and patio. They delivered 30 mins prior to schedule time and picked up 30 mins prior to schedule time. They were responsive to our text, and calls and online reservations were easy. read more

Wonderful service and quality of jumper and shave Ice was the biggest hit. I was pleasantly surprised that the shave ice machine came with syrup and cups! I must have not read that part. By far the shave ice machine was the biggest hit on a hot day. And it is shave ice, very soft and fluffy! It was one person who delivered and set up, so efficient and super kind. Would highly recommend and use again! Pricing is very reasonable. read more

Service is on time and professional. Thank you team and I will definitely come back for future events.

I've used them for 3 events now and they're reasonably prices, and on-time delivery/pick up. Would recommend!

Affordable. Driver was running behind but thankfully we booked for an hour before event to cushion for delays. Driver contacted and communicated with us and got it quickly set up and cleaned just before event began and for inconvenience said we could keep longer than scheduled. Was bummed they couldn't find our Spider-Man banner but worked to keep with color theme and added basketball hoop. Kids could care less and literally jumped 6 hours straight. Would book again. read more
