And that they do not connect to each other, so the electricity would not shut off because of too much power. Kenji came to pick up with Philip around 8-9pm on Sunday. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!

I've rented jumpers before and the prices are pretty standard for the same jumpers. But we were looking particularly for one with a slide. Area jumpers not only got us one but they also worked with us at a price we could afford. They arrived on time, set up quickly and efficiently, and was super nice throughout! But best of all, we had the biggest jumper with the biggest slide I've ever seen! The kids loved it so much, they didn't want to come back inside despite me working so hard setting up for indoor games! In addition, he originally had us scheduled for pickup around 7:30 but then after asking for a later pickup (since we had late guests arrive), he did everything he could to accommodate us. He drove around waiting for time to pass before picking up his San Jose customers. Then he returned to us in Union City just to make us last on his route. By the time they were packed up they weren't going to be able to take the freeway back to the South Bay being so fully loaded with the last one being the biggest for the day. Basically, he went above and beyond just to make sure we were more than happy. The kids jumped well into the night with LED headlamps on! Thank you so much Area Jumpers for making our event special! We've used Area Jumpers for our annual party three years in a row for a large gathering of about 120 guests. In the past, service was acceptable, but this year was a complete disaster. We rented a 70-foot jumper and a slide jumper, along with tents and tables. Unfortunately, the team arrived 40 minutes late, throwing off our entire event timeline. To make matters worse, there was a significant language barrier -- none of the setup crew spoke English, which led to long delays as we struggled to communicate the setup layout. The most alarming issue was the generator. It died just an hour after starting, and the jumpers collapsed with children still inside. No staff were around to fix it -- parents had to figure out how to restart it themselves. Even after getting it back on, the jumpers continued to collapse sporadically for another two hours, leading many parents (rightfully) to deem them unsafe. Most kids weren't allowed back in. Despite this unsafe and stressful experience, the owner still charged us nearly full price, with no meaningful apology or compensation offered. Sadly, we won't be using Area Jumpers again and would strongly caution others considering them for any event, especially where children are involved. Safety and reliability were nowhere to be found this year. read more

I was also sooooo impressed by how clean the bounce house was. It wasn't dirty, scratched, or grimy like the public use ones you often see at pumpkin patches. Their prices are very reasonable and we've even recommended them to our friends and family who have also enjoyed their services. We've rented mostly tables/chairs and jumpers! They have lots to choose from. Their delivery service is always prompt and sometimes they'll pick up the following day, which is so nice! They'll help set up the tables and chairs, too. I've inquired about other services and they even offer a taco man, which we've yet to try. I absolutely recommend them for their excellent customer service and great rentals!

Leading up to the event, we were contacted to coordinate delivery details. They were very friendly, flexible, and easy to work with. The day of our party, we received a courtesy text to confirm drop off time. They arrived on time, were well prepared with all paperwork, tarps, jump house, and safety signage to display for the party. They set everything up in a timely manner, reviewed all rental agreement details with us, and answered a few questions that we had before leaving. The jump house was extremely clean and in great condition! Definitely one the nicest of any that we've rented. After the party, a pickup time was agreed upon. They arrived just as discussed, made quick work of the cleanup, confirmed everything was satisfactory per our rental agreement, and were on their way. We had a great experience, Highly recommended! We will be using Bounce House Masters again in the future!

Long story short we originally booked a bounce house, 50 chairs and 8 tables from a different company. We expected them to be delivered at 11:00AM, at 11:30 my wife and I attempted to call the other company but got no answer or reply from text messages. So I started calling around and Bounce House Masters was able to squeeze us in last second. By 1:00 the bounce house, tables and chairs were set up. Needless to say we will be using them for all our party rental needs going forward.

UPDATE 7/10 I posted a great review for the service I got last year - apparently these guys are under "new management" - I called early in the week and asked for the deal I was promised for this year - they guy didnt call back - I called again - asked for a water slide... the other partner had to look up what we paid - i missed his call and called him back the next morning - now they dont have a water slide for me! WTH! I have a day now to find another slide!!! I'm very disappointed.

Excellent customer service with a big selection of many jumpers to choose from. I have rented one for my daughters birthday and i must say they were very professional and presentable. They came on time and made set up look so easy. When its time for pick up and they are running late they will call and let you know in advance. Had a very good experience with them and will definitely call them again for any events ill be hosting.

The reservation system online is super easy to use (with no deposit required) and subsequent communication with Zeb professional, responsive, and accommodating. I ended up adding tables and chairs to the bounce house and changing the quantity until the day before and Zeb made updates as we went along. In addition, he changed the pricing for me to the package deal in order to be more price efficient (thank you!!). An email confirmation went out approximately a week before my event, and Zeb did a final evening before the event call confirmation as well. (To be finished...)
