Amazing and fast I use them for every event and birthday that I've thrown for my kids, my babyshower as I love their service!

I called about a quote and the gal was a little rude over the phone. I don't think I'd be using this company moving forward.

I haven't use them in awhile. I wanted to use them for my sons birthday but i had to go with the city's vendor for an approved park but i remember using them in the past. Great customer service and reasonable prices. Definifitg will use them in the summer. read more

Very punctual and the set up and take down was very quick! Thank you so much, the kids had so much fun! read more

Nice people, best prices. But they arrived more than an hour late and the bouncy house was pretty worn.

I made a reservation and received confirmation of my reservation at 1:30pm.....Almost 7 hours later at 8pm I received a text that they don't deliver to our specific zip code(even though, it say on the website that they deliver to my town). I lost an entire day of looking and booking for my daughter's 3rd bday. They need to change the word RESERVATION to the word REQUEST. read more

I called and spoke to Peter about my twin's birthday party. He suggested I get two different jumpers since my kids like different things. We car a cars themed jumper for my son and a princess combo one for my daughter. When they were delivered the guy cleaned the jumpers throughly. We were so worried about this because of those click bait articles floating around on the internet. Anyway the guy did a great job. All the kids loved the jumpers!!! Even some of the adults were in there. LoL Going to make this a regular thing for the kids now. read more

We hired Jumpers 4 Less to bring a Jump House for our daughters 3rd birthday party. I spoke with "John" to make the arrangements, and he was very helpful! We got the Dora the Explorer Jump House, but he has plenty of choices available. The Jumper arrived on time (actually a bit early :) And, he picked the Jumper up about an HR. after the time I stated (I said anytime, 7 pm or later). So, all our guests were gone by the time he came back... perfect! :) Jumpers 4 Less also has Sumo Suits, Dunk Tanks, and more! Most importantly, they were reasonably priced. There are a few company's out there that charge ridiculous prices. Some that I found were around the same price, but then wanted to charge high delivery charges. (I think John sometimes charges one also, but due to a mix up with the website I first found his # on, and it's advertisement of Free Delivery, he honored the free delivery.) And, some were just not as friendly on the phone. I had negotiated a price of $85 (with free delivery to Morgan Hill) and we ended up paying $100 -- he deserved a tip with his great service! :) Reasonably Priced & Dependable! :) read more

They came on time and also picked up a little later for us as a courtesy! We will definitely use this company in the future.

I don't normally write Yelp reviews, but with the great value and exceptional customer service I experienced with Jumpers 4 Less, I figured I'd give recognition where it's due. I contacted Jumpers 4 Less for a last minute bounce house for my niece's birthday. From booking over the phone, to setup, to jumper pickup, my whole interaction with the company was flawless. The jumper was delivered earlier than the quoted time. Setup was effortless. And most importantly, the bounce house was safe and CLEAN!!! Being that it was my baby's birthday, I wanted the whole shebang and got her the 5 in 1 Disney Princess theme. Needless to say, she and her friends had an amazing time. Thank you, Jumpers 4 Less. read more

Jumpers 4 Less - Disney Princess 5 in 1 - Party Supplies Near Me - San Jose, California

Jumpers 4 Less: Today we celebrated my daughter 3rd birthday party, so we decided to rent a jumper for the kids to play. I scheduled for a drop off on Monday 10/01/18 at 12:00pm and received a confirmation text message on Wednesday 10/03/18. Jumper came half an hour early to set up the jumper at 11:30am. Negative -1 star is the reason being that there was a rip-tear on the jumper that caused us to have safety environmental hazard towards the kids that were jumping. In the beginning, when I took a picture and texted the number that I've been connecting with he mentions "I don't see the rip." I was then a little annoyed because how can you not see the rip! (Pictures below) Then I decided to go inside the house to find duct tape of my own and the driver that delivered tried to seal up the tear. Moments after the driver left and the kids started to arrive and bounce- the inflatable would deflate which causes me to have each child to take turns. I then connected with whomever I was texting with and they agreed that it was fair to refund me back of what I've paid. Overall situation, the person was handling this professionally (I wouldn't say earlier in the beginning when he mentioned "I don't see the rip.) and was easy to communicate with. They took responsibility and sincerely apologized afterwards. (Pictures provided below) The jumper was clean- ordered a double slide, jumper, basketball hoop on the inside and outside- spacious for the kids. If it wasn't for the rip this would've been a 5 star review. If in the near future I would need to rent a jumper again- I would schedule for another pick up here. read more

Have used them for years!! They are amazing, professional and genuine! They always make sure you are satisfied before they leave!

These guys were so unbelievably easy to work with. I booked the jumper almost last minute and they were still able to accommodate my request. The drop off and pick up went smoothly and the set up and removal was all done for us. I would definitely use them again! read more

Booked them very early for my daughters' birthday party although their website had a little problem to show certain jumpers' details. Got the phone confirmation and reminder. I also called back for the confirmation the day before the event. The delivery happened even one hour earlier than we requested and luckily we were very close to the site. The delivery man set up everything very quickly and had us try it before leave. He also left a tank of gas in case that the generator ran out of gas. On pick up side, he was also on time. Kids played till last minutes and very happy with the jumper. Over all, everything was good with this jumper and service. It would be perfect if they can provide even larger jumpers such as 7-1 combos. But their price is much cheaper than others - some charges extra while setting up in parks. The only little problem is that the delivery man does not really speak English, which causes a bit inconvenience but most of us can overcome it :-) read more

Excellent service! Booked them online a week in advance. Rented a Sesame street jumper from them. Only complain is that it was very hard to get hold of them via emails. However, they were on time, Jumper was very clean & in very good condition! Kids had a blast! Delivery guy was great! We are very Happy with their service. We will definitely use them in future!! read more

PROS -Jumper clean -Driver wearing mask and gloves -Fair pricing -Great communication read more

I was looking for a jumper to rent for my nephew's birthday party. Lucky for me, Jumpers 4 Less was the first to pop up on my search. I left them a message and got a call back within the hour. I spoke to Peter, who was extremely nice and helpful. Our party was Spiderman themed and Peter just so happened to have the perfect double slide jumper! My nephew was so thrilled! The jumper was such a hit! Aside from the jumper being a huge success at the party (for the kids AND for the parents with preoccupied kids), the crew at Jumpers 4 Less were great. They came early to set up and clean the jumper before the kids played. When they came to pack it up, the kids didn't want to get out, so they stayed around a little while to let them jump around for a bit longer. I'm definitely going to call them for future jumper rentals, for as long as my nieces and nephews will enjoy it. read more

Had our sons birthday last weekend so we were searching for a jumper rental. Came across a few that had good rating and reached out to them. We got a few quotes, however Jumper4Less stood out and had great response time. We told them what we were looking for and the location of the party. They were very upfront with what we needed and pricing was about the same as others. Cheaper then 3 other company's that got back to us. Day of party: They were there early and waited for us at the park. Set up was easy and Julio took his time once everything was set up to clean out the inside. We request for the jumper to be taken down at 5:30 and 5:30 he was there. I would definitely recommend them to my friends, family and Coworkers. -Easy to deal with -good communication -Competitive on pricing -Hassle free -On time read more

Called two days before my daughters 1st birthday party and spoke with John. He was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed in order to rent the jumper. He also let me know if I had any questions, I could always call him back. We live in Morgan Hill and John delivered the jumper right on time. He also called us to let us know his ETA. He got to the park and set up took about 5 minutes. We didn't have any electrical outlets at our park, so we ended up renting a generator, and John was very nice to let us know that he would set it up as far away so the motor wouldn't be too loud for us. I asked him what time he could pick up the jumper and he let us know that anytime we were ready we could give him a call. We let him know 5pm and he was only 5 minutes late but only because he missed our exit. I highly recommend them! The jumper made all the kids happy at my daughters first birthday and I will plan on using them again. read more

I had recently booked these guys for my clients and they were beyond satisfied! I spoke with Peter and told him that I would be arranging this on behalf of my clients for their housewarming party. He responded promptly to my messages and was quoted a very fair price. On the day of the party, I wanted to be present to make sure everything was running smoothly--but they made my job extremely easy as they were on time and not only that, their jumpers were clean!! Great customer service throughout and even during pick-up, my clients and their guests had informed me that they'll be booking them again for future parties. read more

PROS: -Ordering process was super easy! Ordered off the website and received a confirmation call the next day confirming time and price. -SO many different styles of themes and jumpers! Not to mention other fun accessories for your party such as cotton candy machines, snow cone makers and much more! -Jumper was in good condition and clean! (All my fellow germa-phobe moms can appreciate this one!) -They arrived on time and the kids had a blast. -The price! I did lots of research and their price is very affordable especially when compared to the big jumper companies who sometimes even charge by the hour! CONS: -None here! Final Verdict: It's not a party until you have a jumper from Jumpers4Less! read more

I called to check on pricing and I asked if I should book over the phone or online. They said online. I booked online and got a page saying I would be e-mailed a confirmation immediately and then get a confirmation call the day before. I got no e-mail. After several days I got stressed about it and left a message. In response I got a confirmation e-mail. I was relieved until the morning of the party, when the 9 am drop-off time rolled by and no one showed up. I called them and no one answered. I waited a half hour and called again, but no one answered. I spent the hour from 9 to 10 in a panic about what I would do with 22 three-year-olds and no bouncy castle. They showed up one hour late, along with our first guests. The jumper only took about 5 minutes to set up. They were on time for pick-up. The price is great, currently $89 for the cheapest jumper for the full day with no hidden fees. But you would need to be very proactive about making sure they will be there. read more

I rented a jumper very last minute....And within a few days from my party! It was all so easy to reserve. I got a jumper with a slide and two basketball hoops. I also changed the theme last minute and they were able to accommodate my request. On the day of my party they came an hour earlier than they said, but who would complain ? That's fine with me and I'm sure the early guests did not mind lol. The gentleman got inside and wiped down the whole interior with some cleaner. Instead of saying it was clean they left no room for assumptions and made sure to set up properly. Hours later the same guy came to pick up the jumper and he was so patient waiting for the kids to get out. The entire process from my selection, to reserving, and delivery was all a breeze. I'd definitely recommend renting from Jumpers4less for adult and kid parties. They have a huge selection for both. read more

I highly recommend Jumpers 4 Less for your next party. John is extremely personable and easy to work with. The jumper arrived on-time, was extremely clean, and was set up quickly. We also rented tables and chairs, to seat 60 people. Everything was clean and in great shape. John and his team were efficient when it came time to pick up the jumper, tables, and chairs. They were fast to dismantle and pack up the jumper. I will definitely be calling Jumpers 4 Less next time we have a party and need to rent a jumper. read more

I was looking around for places to rent some tables and chairs for my engagement party. A friend recommended me to Jumpers 4 Less. I called and spoke to Peter and he had them available. He dropped them off to my house 2 days before the party (My engagement party was held in my backyard). He came right on the dot as he said he would. I rented 60 chairs and 5 tables... I already had about 8 other tables and chairs, so we didn't need to rent many from them. All of the chairs and tables that I initially had were very identical to the ones from Jumpers 4 Less, but Jumpers 4 Less had their tables and chairs marked, so it was all good. Peter even asked if I needed any table covers, but I didn't. Peter then picked them up the next day after my engagement party was over. Very nice guy! Jumpers 4 Less is very approachable and very easy to reserve. It's a no brainer... All you have to do is call and ask for what you need and they give you a price. Either you want to rent or not. I would definitely rent from Jumpers 4 Less again as the price to rent party equipment is very reasonable. I referred my cousin to them to rent a jumper for her baby shower and my cousin too liked the service she received from Jumpers 4 Less. Thanks guys! read more

I'm upping Jumpers 4 Less to 5 STAR!! This is the second year I've rented Jumpers and party supplies for two kids' parties from John. Four smooth deliveries and pick-ups later I'm happy with the service and the prices. The selection is growing too, and my seven-year-old was stoked to have a brand new Cars 2 combo bounce house!! This year I also rented tables and more canopies and the price was good on those as well. John seems to always be reachable on the phone, and has given me excellent service whenever I call (even if sometimes I don't quite know what I want...) Here's a great local business that you should support! read more

First time I've used this Jumper place. I gotta say that I LOVED the quick service I got thru "Peter", the owner. I do like to reserve things at least a month in advance & he was very nice to confirm with me the day before I had the party. Very sweet & good reasonable $$. My kids loved the BIG Jumper with Slide & Basketball hoops. I will use this place again. Oh... And Julio (delivery guy) very pleasant guy... Thank you Peter & Julio!!! read more

Called three times and no answer, first impression so far unprofessional if they can't even answer the phone during " business hours "

I had a great experience with Jumpers 4 Less. I called and spoke to Peter. He was super helpful and friendly and I was able to reserve a jumper for my little nephew's birthday with no problem. On the day of the party, the jumper arrived on time and was set up in the spot where we originally talked about on the phone. I hardly even needed to do anything except open the door for him to come into our backyard because Peter really knows what he's doing and had everything set up in no time. My nephew and his friends really enjoyed the cars theme jumper and I felt good about it because the jumper was also very clean and safe. At the end of our party and right on time, a gentleman from Jumpers 4 Less came by to take down the jumper and did it just as quickly as Peter had set it up. I would definitely recommend Jumpers 4 Less for anyone looking to rent one for a kids' party -- or any kind of party! :) I love that they have a variety of themes to choose from, prices were reasonable, and the customer service was top notch! read more

I recently just placed an order and realized i forgot to add a comment about drop off/pick up times along with questions about the jumper so i called the number they provided on the site. for our company picnic back in May of this year, i remembered a friend of mine whom ordered a jumper from Jumpers4Less, so i checked out their website. Later i called for the rates and to see what else they can provide. John gave me all the necessary details and i told him i would check back after speaking with my company. so they liked the rates and what i suggested (the SJ SHARKS jumper), and we settled with everything and booked it. the day of the event, they arrived on time, but the park rangers were being totals arses and started nagging about where the jumper should be. finally, we found a spot and with their approval, they set up. read more

I submitted a reservation form to rent a jump house the day before my daughter's birthday party and then messaged the owner to confirm that they have received the form I submitted. The next morning he called to confirm the delivery time of my jump house. Quite efficient and appreciate his prompt service. But after the party I sent a message in the noon to ask him if he could pick up the jump house earlier because it was going to rain in the late afternoon.
