I made a reservation and received confirmation of my reservation at 1:30pm.....Almost 7 hours later at 8pm I received a text that they don't deliver to our specific zip code(even though, it say on the website that they deliver to my town). I lost an entire day of looking and booking for my daughter's 3rd bday. They need to change the word RESERVATION to the word REQUEST. read more

We hired Jumpers 4 Less to bring a Jump House for our daughters 3rd birthday party. I spoke with "John" to make the arrangements, and he was very helpful! We got the Dora the Explorer Jump House, but he has plenty of choices available. The Jumper arrived on time (actually a bit early :) And, he picked the Jumper up about an HR. after the time I stated (I said anytime, 7 pm or later). So, all our guests were gone by the time he came back... perfect! :) Jumpers 4 Less also has Sumo Suits, Dunk Tanks, and more! Most importantly, they were reasonably priced. There are a few company's out there that charge ridiculous prices. Some that I found were around the same price, but then wanted to charge high delivery charges. (I think John sometimes charges one also, but due to a mix up with the website I first found his # on, and it's advertisement of Free Delivery, he honored the free delivery.) And, some were just not as friendly on the phone. I contacted Jumpers 4 Less for a last minute bounce house for my niece's birthday. From booking over the phone, to setup, to jumper pickup, my whole interaction with the company was flawless. The jumper was delivered earlier than the quoted time. Setup was effortless. And most importantly, the bounce house was safe and CLEAN!!! Jumpers 4 Less: Today we celebrated my daughter 3rd birthday party, so we decided to rent a jumper for the kids to play. I scheduled for a drop off on Monday 10/01/18 at 12:00pm and received a confirmation text message on Wednesday 10/03/18. Jumper came half an hour early to set up the jumper at 11:30am. Negative -1 star is the reason being that there was a rip-tear on the jumper that caused us to have safety environmental hazard towards the kids that were jumping. In the beginning, when I took a picture and texted the number that I've been connecting with he mentions "I don't see the rip." I was then a little annoyed because how can you not see the rip! (Pictures below) Then I decided to go inside the house to find duct tape of my own and the driver that delivered tried to seal up the tear. Moments after the driver left and the kids started to arrive and bounce- the inflatable would deflate which causes me to have each child to take turns. I then connected with whomever I was texting with and they agreed that it was fair to refund me back of what I've paid. Overall situation, the person was handling this professionally (I wouldn't say earlier in the beginning when he mentioned "I don't see the rip.) and was easy to communicate with. They took responsibility and sincerely apologized afterwards. (Pictures provided below) The jumper was clean- ordered a double slide, jumper, basketball hoop on the inside and outside- spacious for the kids. If it wasn't for the rip this would've been a 5 star review. If in the near future I would need to rent a jumper again- I would schedule for another pick up here. read more

Booked them very early for my daughters' birthday party although their website had a little problem to show certain jumpers' details. Got the phone confirmation and reminder. I also called back for the confirmation the day before the event. The delivery happened even one hour earlier than we requested and luckily we were very close to the site. The delivery man set up everything very quickly and had us try it before leave. He also left a tank of gas in case that the generator ran out of gas. On pick up side, he was also on time. Kids played till last minutes and very happy with the jumper. Over all, everything was good with this jumper and service. It would be perfect if they can provide even larger jumpers such as 7-1 combos. But their price is much cheaper than others - some charges extra while setting up in parks. The only little problem is that the delivery man does not really speak English, which causes a bit inconvenience but most of us can overcome it :-) read more

I rented a jumper very last minute....And within a few days from my party! It was all so easy to reserve. I got a jumper with a slide and two basketball hoops. I also changed the theme last minute and they were able to accommodate my request. On the day of my party they came an hour earlier than they said, but who would complain ? Called two days before my daughters 1st birthday party and spoke with John. He was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed in order to rent the jumper. He also let me know if I had any questions, I could always call him back. We live in Morgan Hill and John delivered the jumper right on time. He also called us to let us know his ETA. He got to the park and set up took about 5 minutes. We didn't have any electrical outlets at our park, so we ended up renting a generator, and John was very nice to let us know that he would set it up as far away so the motor wouldn't be too loud for us. I asked him what time he could pick up the jumper and he let us know that anytime we were ready we could give him a call. We let him know 5pm and he was only 5 minutes late but only because he missed our exit. I highly recommend them! I called to check on pricing and I asked if I should book over the phone or online. They said online. I booked online and got a page saying I would be e-mailed a confirmation immediately and then get a confirmation call the day before. I got no e-mail. After several days I got stressed about it and left a message. In response I got a confirmation e-mail. I was relieved until the morning of the party, when the 9 am drop-off time rolled by and no one showed up. I called them and no one answered. I waited a half hour and called again, but no one answered. I spent the hour from 9 to 10 in a panic about what I would do with 22 three-year-olds and no bouncy castle. They showed up one hour late, along with our first guests. The jumper only took about 5 minutes to set up. They were on time for pick-up. The price is great, currently $89 for the cheapest jumper for the full day with no hidden fees. But you would need to be very proactive about making sure they will be there. read more

I was looking around for places to rent some tables and chairs for my engagement party. A friend recommended me to Jumpers 4 Less. I called and spoke to Peter and he had them available. He dropped them off to my house 2 days before the party (My engagement party was held in my backyard). He came right on the dot as he said he would. I rented 60 chairs and 5 tables... I already had about 8 other tables and chairs, so we didn't need to rent many from them. All of the chairs and tables that I initially had were very identical to the ones from Jumpers 4 Less, but Jumpers 4 Less had their tables and chairs marked, so it was all good. Peter even asked if I needed any table covers, but I didn't. Peter then picked them up the next day after my engagement party was over. Very nice guy! Jumpers 4 Less is very approachable and very easy to reserve. It's a no brainer... All you have to do is call and ask for what you need and they give you a price. Either you want to rent or not.
