We've used Kannetteds Jump twice now--for jumpers, soft play, and kids tables/chairs--and they've been amazing every time. They're always on time, super responsive, and incredibly reliable. Their equipment is in excellent condition and everything is set up so nicely. The kids are OBSESSED with their jumper (especially the huge slide ). Really, really pleased with the set up Kanetted put together for our daughter's birthday party. She absolutely LOVED it. Her and the other kids pretty much spent the whole party playing in the bouncy house and the soft play area. The look on my daughter's face when she first saw the setup was priceless and it was 100% worth it, so I highly recommend Kanetted's Jump. Kanetted was also very flexible and responsive to our requests. She put together such a lovely play area that fit well with the party layout and worked really hard in setting it all up. read more

We realized late last year that our kids had outgrown our little tikes bouncer. Thankfully we were able to rent a bigger one with Kannetted on short notice. We have used them again this year for both our son's and daughter's birthdays. They are always very responsive - quick and easy to set things up with. She always texts us ahead of time to confirm the time frame for drop off and pick-up and again when they are nearby. They set everything up and then take everything down, super quick. Bouncers have always been in good condition and are always a big hit with the kids! Thank you for keeping our birthdays well entertained! read more

Wonder service! I work for a daycare and we decided last minute to have a surprise outdoor picnic with our kids and wanted a jumper last minute. By last minute I mean we needed it the next day! I found a few places with lots of reviews in Yelp but couldn't find someone with short notice or the price was too high. Then I found out that the space we had available wouldn't fit the standard 13x13 jumper! I was about to give up when I checked Facebook Marketplace. I found Kannetted's Jump and asked if they have a smaller jumper and was so happy when they did! I was sent a few picture/flyers with the size options and prices. The flyers were awesome and I was able to determine quickly that this would fit my space and budget. I booked the 8x8 jumper which was PERFECT for our preschool class. All the kids were between 2-4 and the size was amazing! The jumper also came with balls and two rocking horses which the kids loved too! Communication was quick and all my questions were answered clearly. I asked covid safety and was informed that all the jumpers are cleaned between use and it was delivered by someone wearing a mask and gloves. I had time before my kids got in so we sprayed some disinfectant just in case too. Rental time was awesome too but asked for an earlier pick up since we didn't need it that long. Overall great experience and I'm looking forward to booking them in the future! read more

I found them through Yelp's request a quote feature. Good communication, prompt, and punctual.

Kannetted was very responsive and professional. She and her husband went above and beyond with providing a bounce house for the kids for a NYE party for us. The prices are affordable. The bounce house that she brought over was in very clean and great condition. I will definitely reach out to her again when we need a bounce house...which is kind of often bc there's nothing like a bounce house to entertain the kids so the adults can have their own fun. read more

All i have is good comments about Kanneetteds business with her soft play and jumpers . This is my second time booking with her and completely satisfied as the first time . She is always upgrading her business for a better appearance for our family get togethers. I highly recommend her to anyone hosting an event as small as a get together or party, baptism, wedding, etc...Everything is well taken care of and cleaned, she also gives it another wipe down upon setting up with disinfected sprays for the safety of our kids . I love that this is a family owned business and Annett takes personally the calls and helps me out if I'm lost with the color combinations requested . Her prices are also fare to what she brings to the table along with the strong communication skills and professionalism. Strongly recommend her to anyone thinking of renting her equipment. Can't wait for my next order next year ! read more

I contacted a few jumper rental business for my 3 year old birthday party. Kannetted' Jump is the fastest in response and answer all questions that I have (this is my first time renting a Jumper and you can imagine how many questions I can come up with especially during the time of COVID). They are super friendly, quick, and their prices are very reasonable! They sanitize the jumper after they set it up.
