Arrived right on time (early in fact), set up the bounce house, and everyone had a lot of fun! Then they picked it up (also right on time). We got their biggest bounce house (the balloon jumper), and the 30 kids at our party had a great time! Will definitely use again. If you want a stress free party experience, highly recommend this company. read more

Jorge is the very best! We've used him for 5+ years of family parties, and I'll never use anyone else. He is very communicative, responding to my Yelp messages quickly, and even calling me the day before and the day-of to confirm everything and tell me he was on his way. The jumpers are always super clean and in good condition, because he wipes them down thoroughly after inflating. He even offers tables and chairs now, which is amazing - a one-stop shop! Highly recommend. Thank you Jorge for making our parties fun & easy! read more

Have always used the services from Emily's Jumpers! For my daughter's 3rd birthday party I couldn't get anyone last minute (the day before the party). But Emily's jumpers were available! I've used their services in the past and they always come through! I requested the Disney princess castle to fit our Disney Princess Theme. They gave me a discount for returning customer. And set up the jumper at the park with a generator on them before the party and picked up on time as well. The jumper was big, clean, had a slide and all the kids enjoy enjoyed it! Everything from my interactions to the prompt replies and cleanliness of the jumper were 5-stars. It had been a couple years since we had a larger family get together to make a bounce house worthwhile but nothing had changed from the last time we rented. Same sweet, kind, responsive family showed up on schedule, communicated throughout the process - which was even more 5-star worthy since I lagged BIGTIME and booked only days in advance and ensured the set up and cleanliness was again 5-stars! I couldn't believe they remembered us from years ago as they arrived and asked if we wanted the set up in the same location ?!?! What?!? We actually had it set up in a different spot this go round but remembers that??? Cost was on par with others, if not cheaper. Cash preferred it seems-not sure if any other form of payment works. I would recommend them and their services to anyone! read more

Needed a jumper for my son's birthday. Contact them via Yelp and they replied within a few minutes. They were very helpful and provided photos and pricing for the jumpers. They brought the jumper at 1130am and picked it up just before sundown around 4 or 5pm. I was surprised of how big it was and was able to fit on my small yard.
