I did a lot of research on event chair rentals for my wedding ceremony. I wanted to find the most affordable chairs within my budget, so I eventually chose to work with Lifetime Rentals. At first, I was skeptical about working with Lifetime Rentals because I couldn't find a website or email address to contact. I read the Yelp reviews and looked through the Yelp photos to come to the conclusion that this vendor should be legit. I eventually found their email address in one of the Yelp photos. Rene was my main contact. When I first reached out to him, he was very prompt with responding back to my emails. We were able to settle with a contract within my budget! I had reached out to Rene about 9 months prior to my wedding date. Nearing my wedding day, I was getting very anxious about my wedding vendors not responding to emails within a reasonable time. I had reached out to Rene for several adjustments to my contract since my headcount had actually reduced. I wanted to swap out some chairs for a table and linen cloth. Although Rene wasn't as responsive as he was initially and after a few email follow-ups, Rene was able to accommodate my requests! On my wedding day, I had two friends work closely with Rene to make sure that he was able to park his truck and trolley in the designated parking area so he and his team could unload and set up the chairs at the ceremony site.
