I always planned to have the best kind of birthday party for my son on his 16th birthday. When I asked what he wanted he said a jumpy house so I wanted to find the perfect one. And I saw the disco jumper here so I was super excited to have a conversation with someone about how much it cost and get more information. Unfortunately, it seemed that the person who's number is listed here was really too busy to have an actual "conversation" via text and only giving one word answers. Not all my questions were answered as well. I know that people are busy, but with being excited about looking into the stuff and then speaking to somebody who seemingly doesn't have a whole lot of time and only one word answers doesn't show good customer service to me. As cool as the jumper is, I'll probably be using someone else. Bummer because this place has a lot of cool stuff. I hope everybody else has better communication moving forward.
