I rented a jumper from them weeks before my event. When I tried to ask for preferred payment methods a few days before my event, I got no response. So I texted and called again asking to confirm drop off time and payment method. I tried for 3 days, up until the night before my event and still no response. I even tried to reach out to them on instagram. Owner Steve finally responded RIGHT AFTER I told them I no longer need their service, that there was an emergency so he could not respond, however, whoever handles their social media was still posting on IG those 3 days, so someone could have responded. I understand that emergencies come up that are out of our control, but a quick "some things came up, I will respond when I can" would have been appreciated, so customers know they are not being ghosted and are not scrambling to find another vendor. It literally takes less than a minute to type that up. Communication seriously needs improvement. I will not consider them for future events. read more

This review is based strictly on customer service. I recently inquired about a jumper rental for a family event. Steve replied not long after my inquiry. We communicated via txt which is very convenient with my busy schedule. Steve was able to confirm that despite the short notice, he would not only be able to provide a jumper, but one that fit the theme of the party. I was so excited as I didn't think we would be able to get a jumper with such short notice let alone a spider man one! Unfortunately, after we confirmed the jumper something came up and we had to cancel the jumper. I reached out to Steve via txt and canceled. The day of the event, I get a call from the venue manager saying that my jumper was being delivered. I informed them that I did not have a jumper as it was canceled. Steve calls me immediately and was confused as he didn't know I canceled. I informed him that I had canceled via txt and that he responded with a confirmation. Despite being confused, he politely apologized for the confusion and canceled the jumper. After getting off the phone with him I looked at my txt messages and sent him a screen shot of our interaction. Steve was still confused as he stated he didn't respond to the txt but he stayed very polite and professional. A few days later my neighbor Steve asked how our party went. That's when it clicked! I had texted the wrong Steve! SMH!! Sorry for the long story but I wanted to just say that if this scenario happened with another jumper place where the person showed up on the day of the event to be told the reservation was canceled, I don't think they would have been as professional and polite as Steve was. Steve did not get upset and did not charge me for the error! I know that for our next party, we will definitely be going to StarJumps! You can tell that customer service is their top priority! I texted them to inquire about getting a jumper for my son's 2nd birthday and they texted back within the hour, let me know that the jumper I asked for is available and is $100 flat rate. All I needed to do was confirm address and date and time. I didn't even have to do a follow-up confirmation. On the day of our event, they came at 9:30 am even when they said delivery and set up between 10-12pm so we had extra time to go in the jumper ourselves and the birthday boy had his fun before the guests arrived. If I could rate NEGATIVE star for this company, I would do that. My experience with this company was awful. I booked a bounce house for my daughter party a week ahead. We communicated through text messages. Everything seemed Ok until the day of the party. The guy promised me that he would drop off the bounce house between 8-9am. Then he texted me at 8:30 am and said he was NOT going to deliver a bounce house anymore because there is a chance to rain today and it would be problem for them. That was just very UNPROFESSIONAL. They should have delivered no matter what since they already promised. I was very angry because the party will start at 10 and my daughter was very excited about playing in a bounce house. I didn't know where to get another one at the last minute. I tried two different places but the earliest they could deliver was 1pm or may be even later time. The party was only until 2pm, so my daughter didn't get her jumper for her birthday. By the way, the rain didn't start until 3pm that day. I I will never ever use this company anymore. The couple who set it up were quick and efficient and very nice.. once the jumpy was up I walked over to it.. it looked like it was BRAND NEW! I'll admit I was a little hesitant at first because every time I called I got voicemail so all of the communicating was done through text so I was just praying it was legit and sure enough it was! Price is extremely reasonable. We rented a jumpy house and chairs for my husbands birthday and they came early to drop everything off and at the end of the night when they came to pick everything up, we were still using the chairs and they had no problem just picking everything up the next morning for us.
