This is my THIRD time renting a jumper from Steve's Rentals! Super quick response, and timely delivery! Prices are very reasonable, he is very easy to work with. Jumpers are great quality, and they do their best to clean the interior after inflating, but....bugs are inevitable due to the outside nature of the product. I got the 4-in-1 jumper with basketball hoop + slide every time and its totally WORTH IT. my kids are 10, 12, 14 and they all still jump with their friends! if you need a jumper with a great price point, easy communication, and prompt delivery and set up, just text Steve! read more

I rented from them and had a wonderful experience. As others have mentioned, the owner responds quickly, and the delivery was right on time. They may not offer the absolute lowest price, but who wants to risk ruining a child's party by choosing a cheaper, less reliable vendor? Highly recommended! read more

They never disappoint always on time bouncy houses are always clean. Kids always have a blast! read more

My family rented from Star Jump for birthday party. Steve was actually recommended by my sister. Booking a jumper with Steve was easy and quick. Price was really good too for the entire day. Set up and break down were both fast and efficient. Would definitely rent from Star Jump again for future parties! Thank you, Steve! Kids had a blast jumping away. read more

This review has been over due. I have been using their jumpy house since my daughter turned 3. So now she is 8! Then for my son as well! Always great experiences and fast responses! Thank you Steve and your team very much for making my life a little less hectic with all the parties! read more

Very professional. Came on time and set up the bouncy castle for my son's bday. All the kids hd a great time! Highly recommend their service. read more

Great service. Easy to book, affordable and reliable. I have used twice and both times it was a quick response time and super easy to book.

I rented a jumper from them weeks before my event. When I tried to ask for preferred payment methods a few days before my event, I got no response. So I texted and called again asking to confirm drop off time and payment method. I tried for 3 days, up until the night before my event and still no response. I even tried to reach out to them on instagram. Owner Steve finally responded RIGHT AFTER I told them I no longer need their service, that there was an emergency so he could not respond, however, whoever handles their social media was still posting on IG those 3 days, so someone could have responded. I understand that emergencies come up that are out of our control, but a quick "some things came up, I will respond when I can" would have been appreciated, so customers know they are not being ghosted and are not scrambling to find another vendor. It literally takes less than a minute to type that up. Communication seriously needs improvement. I will not consider them for future events. read more

They were able to accommodate super last minute jumper. Great service, will be renting from them for future parties.

Extremely responsive and came in to rescue our block party at the last minute when another company cancelled at the last minute. The bounce house was very clean and the pick up and drop off service was incredible. read more

I reached out last minute to Star Jump as I had a few other companies in the area flake with short notice. Star Jump was able to accommodate my last minute request, and they were very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. The bounce house was delivered when they said it would be, the person that delivered it was very friendly/accommodating, and the bounce house was clean. Great price, great service, and a fantastic overall experience! I would definitely recommend them, and I will definitely be using them in the future! read more

Solid business honest folks. Glad we found them after a horrible experience with Abel's Jumpers from Hayward CA. Abel's team was rowdy thuggish and used profanity around kids at a birthday party. You could also smell their weed from yards away :(! Star Jump was totally the opposite. Clean professional and courteous. Docking 2 stars only because scheduling can be a little difficult. read more

Good prices amazing selection and super friendly staff. I definitely recommend this business especially if you're cool and support local businesses. read more

Star jump was AMAZING! Great communication, fair pricing, and amazing jumpers. Used them for my baby shower this past weekend and all the kids (and some adults) loved the jumper! The drop off and pick up was super easy and convenient. My cousin even left her phone in the jumper and they so kindly got it back to us! 10/10 recommend and will definitely be using them in the future read more

This review is based strictly on customer service. I recently inquired about a jumper rental for a family event. Steve replied not long after my inquiry. We communicated via txt which is very convenient with my busy schedule. Steve was able to confirm that despite the short notice, he would not only be able to provide a jumper, but one that fit the theme of the party. I was so excited as I didn't think we would be able to get a jumper with such short notice let alone a spider man one! Unfortunately, after we confirmed the jumper something came up and we had to cancel the jumper. I reached out to Steve via txt and canceled. The day of the event, I get a call from the venue manager saying that my jumper was being delivered. I informed them that I did not have a jumper as it was canceled. Steve calls me immediately and was confused as he didn't know I canceled. I informed him that I had canceled via txt and that he responded with a confirmation. Despite being confused, he politely apologized for the confusion and canceled the jumper. After getting off the phone with him I looked at my txt messages and sent him a screen shot of our interaction. Steve was still confused as he stated he didn't respond to the txt but he stayed very polite and professional. A few days later my neighbor Steve asked how our party went. That's when it clicked! I had texted the wrong Steve! SMH!! Sorry for the long story but I wanted to just say that if this scenario happened with another jumper place where the person showed up on the day of the event to be told the reservation was canceled, I don't think they would have been as professional and polite as Steve was. Steve did not get upset and did not charge me for the error! I know that for our next party, we will definitely be going to StarJumps! You can tell that customer service is their top priority! I would gladly recommend them for that alone. read more

They delivered and picked up when they said they would. They were easy to communicate with as well. Minus one star for a dirty bounce house that we has to sweep and wipe down before the kids could use it. read more

The best jumper Company in the Bay Area, I' recommended this company to Everyone looking for Jumpers they also have tables and chairs. My whole family now uses this company for parties, and i have even recommended it to my doctors office for their kids parties. my first time renting from Star Jump i had all my neighborhood kids at my house jumping and enjoying the jumper. All party supplies are always clean and on time. Best place for great deals, service, and business overall. This company should have a 10 star rating. read more

Easiest transaction ever! I texted them to inquire about getting a jumper for my son's 2nd birthday and they texted back within the hour, let me know that the jumper I asked for is available and is $100 flat rate. All I needed to do was confirm address and date and time. I didn't even have to do a follow-up confirmation. On the day of our event, they came at 9:30 am even when they said delivery and set up between 10-12pm so we had extra time to go in the jumper ourselves and the birthday boy had his fun before the guests arrived. Flexible when it came to picking up. They asked us what time they want us to come ... so we asked if 5 pm is ok and they said sure! 5:00 on the dot, they were there. Will definitely keep Star Jump in mind for the next affair! read more

I have used Star Jump many times but this last time they carelessly drove their cart carrying the jumper between 2 cars and scratched my brand new car. He said nothing. I found out after the party when I saw my car scratched badly and called him but he denied it. Do not trust this business but if you use them move your car. read more

Great Service & Nice Jumpers. I highly recommend getting your jumpers from Steve. Great pricing & local

If I could rate NEGATIVE star for this company, I would do that. My experience with this company was awful. I booked a bounce house for my daughter party a week ahead. We communicated through text messages. Everything seemed Ok until the day of the party. The guy promised me that he would drop off the bounce house between 8-9am. Then he texted me at 8:30 am and said he was NOT going to deliver a bounce house anymore because there is a chance to rain today and it would be problem for them. That was just very UNPROFESSIONAL. They should have delivered no matter what since they already promised. I was very angry because the party will start at 10 and my daughter was very excited about playing in a bounce house. I didn't know where to get another one at the last minute. I tried two different places but the earliest they could deliver was 1pm or may be even later time. The party was only until 2pm, so my daughter didn't get her jumper for her birthday. By the way, the rain didn't start until 3pm that day. I I will never ever use this company anymore. I should have worked with different company. read more

I highly recommend Star Jump! Steve is wonderful. Every party I plan he's my go to person for jumpers. He's professional and prompt when you need him. Accommodating to certain situation (I had to reschedule my daughter's birthday three times in a row and he still provided me service). His equipment/products are well-kept and if I still had guest during the time of the pick up, he would recommend to pick up equipment the next morning. Looking forward to many more services from you!! Thank you! From a very happy customer. read more

Ok so last minute I am scrambling for a jumpy for my daughters 3rd birthday.. I like to plan months in advance. I turned to Yelp.... ... Found this listing... and had great reviews.. clicked on the link and saw what they had to offer for bounce houses. and are you serious a FROZEN jumpy!!! Sign us up! Our party was at 11:30, Steve said they would be there at 11.. perfect! Driver was early! Which means my kids got to jump for awhile before anyone showed up... (SCORE!) The couple who set it up were quick and efficient and very nice.. once the jumpy was up I walked over to it.. it looked like it was BRAND NEW! Picked up a ilttle after 5:30- that is some serious bounce time! I will be telling everyone I know about this company! Thank you Steve so much for making the party a hit! read more
