We had a graduation party last Saturday and had borrowed tables and chairs from friends and family. Two days before the party, we realized we needed 20 more chairs. We called LV Rental on Thursday and left a message. Alex returned our call within five minutes. While we were on the phone, Alex took care of all the paperwork. Within another five minutes, we had signed the contract, made our payment, and arranged to pick up the chairs on Friday. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Their prices are very reasonable, and Alex was extremely helpful and professional. Excellent customer service when we needed it most! We rented a tent, tables, chairs, heaters, and market lights for a class reunion event from LV Event Rents. The communication throughout the rental experience was excellent. The tent, lights, chairs and tables were set up by the delivery crew and they checked with us throughout the set up process to ensure everything was set up how we wanted it set up. The pick up crew did not require the tables and chairs to be dismantled and stacked. It was a real pleasure working with them. The total cost of the rental was very affordable. read more

LV Rentals has amazing customer service, which is so rare to find nowadays. They will most likely be the go-to company for our rentals. Although our order did not work out because of a wrong number, they were willing to go above and beyond to work with us and meet halfway where both parties felt respected. Definitely recommend. It's refreshing to work with folks who care. And thank you, Alex! Keep doing you! read more

We had the pleasure of working with Alex of LV Rentals for our son's rehearsal dinner in October of 2025 and most recently last week when we needed 9 chairs for a Christmas Dinner. Regarding the rehearsal dinner, everything was perfect and Alex made recommendations on table size, type of chairs, tablecloths and napkins. Our backyard was transformed into a beautiful outdoor space and we received many compliments. Alex is great to deal with, personable and professional throughout the process. LV Rentals will now be our go to party rental business! This was for a graduation event for my son, needing multiple tables and chairs and umbrellas. From the beginning Alex, a great and responsive communicator, helped us figure out exactly what we needed and had everything we wanted in stock. Price was good, slightly below all others we priced, which was great. Drop off was perfect, delivery person was on time, professional and moved everything to the side of the house. Day of the event, I noticed the quality of the items, which were all very good (I have seen WAY WORSE with other companies) and all in working condition. The added bonus, solar lights that were attached to the umbrellas we rented! After the event, Alex himself picked up the items, fast and easy! Super friendly and nice! Don't hesitate giving them a try, you won't regret it! read more

Fantastic experience! We hired LV Rentals to erect a 20'X30' tent for our senior's Halloween party. Alex was wonderful to work with, responsive, professional, and efficient. Alex and Philippe arrived on time, put up the tent super fast, and even suggested the cathedral window flap for one side to absorb more of the sound from the DJ. The tent looked amazing and was of very good quality. We highly recommend LV Rentals for all your tent needs as they offer great service, great products, and great prices. Thank you Alex! read more

I initially hired LV Rentals just for chairs for a surprise birthday party. However, after discussing my order with Alex, I discovered a wealth of awesome amenities that significantly enhanced the event. From a Nintendo Switch to heat warmers, tables, table tops, stools, and chairs - they had it all. When unexpected rain hit on the day of the event, I called Alex while he was on his way to set up for my event (less than an hour before) and he not only provided a large tent but also went above and beyond by installing lights inside. The tent had windows as well which was really cool! The clean-up was a breeze, he left the venue immaculate. LV Rentals truly made my event memorable, and I definitely to recommend them to all my friends and family. Quick, easy, and incredibly efficient - they've definitely earned a spot for my future events! Thanks again! read more

This Yelp guide me to this service out of nowhere. Click "Get pricing & availability" link! We were planning our baby shower and I reached out to LV Rentals here on Yelp. They were super responsive and helpful, as I wasn't sure what size and combination of tent/canopy would be best for our event and our space. We had an amazing experience with Alex from start to finish -- he was transparent and communicative, and the two canopies we rented were perfect for the space! They took their time when setting up to ensure it was done right, and their attention to detail was evident in the quality of their work. We are so happy with how everything turned out and we'll definitely be using them again for any future events!! :) read more

Alex is a great guy! Communicated well, and totally delivered! Our plans must've changed like 15 times lol, Alex just rolled with the punches and delivered everything we asked for. All of the chairs and tables were clean and new. Nothing was rusted or worn. The dance floor was perfect too. The delivery driver was cool, and very personable. Turns out he's the owner! LV rentals was extremely professional and more importantly, responsive. I needed a shade tent and chairs for a large birthday party in Cupertino. I wasn't sure if LV rentals would serve that far South and was happy that they did. I tried a few South Bay rental companies and found it extremely difficult to even get a call back. LV Rentals picked up the phone every time I called, gave me great options and tuned my rental to fit my party perfectly. Their drop off and pick up were courteous and prompt. I highly recommend LV Rentals. read more

I would absolutely recommend LV Rentals. We rented tables and chairs for our daughter's first birthday, which we celebrated in our backyard. Alejandro was on top of things, sending updates on the date/time they would drop off and pick up the chairs/tables, and sending a very clear and transparent invoice as to the total costs. Christian and Felipe who delivered and picked up the chairs were amazing, too. Christian individually wiped clean all the chairs and tables before leaving them at our house. Overall, excellent service. Please support this local business. read more
