Delivery was prompt, setup was fast, and everything arrived clean and well maintained. The jumper looked great, and the cotton candy machine was spotless and worked perfectly. The best surprise was the cotton candy package itself. It included the sugar floss and cones needed for the event. As someone who had already mentally prepared to end up with five pounds of leftover sugar and 500 cones from Amazon, this was a welcome discovery. The kids loved it, the adults appreciated how smoothly everything ran, and I appreciated not having to spend the morning troubleshooting equipment or making emergency party-supply purchases. One small note for future customers: the remaining balance was requested via cash or Venmo at delivery. I wasn't expecting that, so it would have been helpful to know upfront. A week later, I had to email the company again and alter the time of the drop off and pick up. They were very accommodating. Then I emailed a second time asking for another time change, thinking that I would get turned down because they already accommodated me with my first time mix up. They responded by email again telling me that my request was taken care of! I had reserved a 4 hour block for the mini combo bounce house with the smiley face on it from 3pm to 7pm. I did not get the owner's name regretfully, but he showed up at 1:30pm! He was so polite and a great person to deal with! He was very nice and understanding. He went over the rules with us, set up the bounce house and tables and chairs and came back well past 7pm. The kids absolutely loved the bounce house! They even skipped the cake! And eventually, some of the adults took it over and had a blast too. I called Funjump to order a bounce house for a sons 2nd birthday. I ordered a waterslide with tables and chairs. I spoke with a lady from Funjump who was very nice and professional she helped me booked the right bounce house package for my party! The delivery driver showed up on time to set up the bounce house. I ended up adding tables and chairs to the bounce house and changing the quantity until the day before and Zeb made updates as we went along. In addition, he changed the pricing for me to the package deal in order to be more price efficient (thank you!!). I had asked if I could talk to them about what happens if it rains and they called me pretty quick and explained everything. Payment was easy. They showed up on time and came to pick up on time. I couldn't have imagined my experience being this good. I recommended them to everyone at the party. Their motto is "the easiest party ever" and they definitely delivered.

During the week I felt nervous (only because I've heard so many bounce house rental horror stories about other companies no-showing) and Tony was communicative by text to confirm our reservation. Tony delivered the obstacle course several hours before the party started so we weren't stressed. He was so friendly and kind and really cared about the kids having fun. He gave us lots of suggestions about the best place to set up the equipment, how to make it a water slide if the kids got hot, etc. He then spent about an hour at hour house cleaning and adjusting the bounce course so it was perfect. The next morning he arrived right on time to take it away. All that, plus his prices were hundreds of dollars less than other companies we talked to. There were a few tape patches on the bounce house, but we didn't care about that and neither did the kiddos. It worked perfectly and held up to a dozen teenagers crashing around on it all night. Tony was the hero of our kid's birthday party :-)
