Selena is creative with dessert items. She made cake pops and cake bars that were decorated according to the party theme. They were delicious and devoured in seconds! I didn't even get to sample them! We also rented table cloths, chafing dishes, and dessert platters from Inobia Events. They have quite a collection to pick from. Selena and Ernie are trustworthy. The celebration was in the backyard but I gave them access to the inside of the house so they can prepare the food items. They were very conscious about our belongings and surroundings. She is meticulous!! From decorations to food items. She has a lot of experience so she knows what may or may not work out. Selena also prepared some food items. She followed proper OSHA guidelines by using gloves when preparing or touching any food items as well as making sure area is clean. She made sure the buffet table was well stocked. Replenished food items as necessary. Ernie was our bartender for the evening. He has a great personality, knows many cocktail recipes, and if you have a special request, he will be sure to prepare it. Selena and Ernie are professional. They are a dynamic duo! The day of the party they had on a black and white uniform so they were easily identified when needed. Once the party ended, they cleaned and helped tear down the party rentals and decorations. They made sure everything was accounted for. They even dealt with the caterers. They left only when everything was absolutely done. I give my highest recommendation to Inobia Events.

Last Fall we rented a tent from A Festive Affair in Gilroy for a celebration of our late Aunt's…read morelife. We were away when they set up, but on our return discovered a cut in our own nearly-new garden canopy. We notified Ruby and sent her a manufacturer's quote for a replacement canopy. A different crew, based in their Half Moon Bay headquarters, arrived to remove the tent. The leader of that team analyzed the possibility our canopy was cut by their workers' action and even re-enacted the scenario, saying he would personally confirm our claim to the company's owner. After more than a month of waiting for a response, we phoned and Ruby said the quote attachment didn't open for her -- yet she never bothered to let us know that fact -- so I sent her a new copy. More time passed without communication from A Festive Affair, so I visited their Gilroy office and was told the company owner refused to believe his workers tore our canopy. Ruby said his decision was final. I purchased a new canopy at our own expense, but condemn A Festive Affair (An Infected Affair?) for causing the damage, failing to let us know our initial notice did not fully display, and denying our claim despite the testimony of their own representative. I strongly advise against employing this company!
