The positives: They showed up pretty much on time, listened and adjusted about how we wanted to be set up and we found the equipment to be in excellent working condition and was really fun for all the kids. The negatives: When I placed my order, there was only one snow cone machine available. I had to call three times to get confirmation and adjustment to my bill showing that my request was fulfilled. The driver gave us three gallon-sized syrups but no pump (which was what I was told to expect) which made it really hard to pour and then wanted the leftover syrup back (which I appreciate that it isn't wasted but would have liked to know this upfront rather than at pickup). Would have also love a drainage pipe/bucket so melting ice didn't drench our table from the holes on the machine. Overall, I'd use them again but would love if they ironed out these shortcomings to ensure a smoother process and event.

Philip was working hard because those sweats don't lie, lol. Used 2 outlets for the jumper, so be sure to have outlets available. And that they do not connect to each other, so the electricity would not shut off because of too much power. Kenji came to pick up with Philip around 8-9pm on Sunday. Which was perfect because by then everyone would of left and got ready for school the next day (today). They came, picked up, and left. Fast, efficient and professional. During the week I felt nervous (only because I've heard so many bounce house rental horror stories about other companies no-showing) and Tony was communicative by text to confirm our reservation. Tony delivered the obstacle course several hours before the party started so we weren't stressed. He was so friendly and kind and really cared about the kids having fun. He gave us lots of suggestions about the best place to set up the equipment, how to make it a water slide if the kids got hot, etc. He then spent about an hour at hour house cleaning and adjusting the bounce course so it was perfect. The next morning he arrived right on time to take it away. All that, plus his prices were hundreds of dollars less than other companies we talked to. There were a few tape patches on the bounce house, but we didn't care about that and neither did the kiddos. It worked perfectly and held up to a dozen teenagers crashing around on it all night. Tony was the hero of our kid's birthday party :-)
