Accusatory, uncaring, and unprofessional. They only take Venmo or Zelle, -- and we now see why. No disputes. No accountability. We apologized when someone in our group raised their voice, but the rudeness from their end was constant. For pick-up, yelled at us for not having the chairs and tables at driveway. There is a narrow alleyway where many people traverse, including a 4 year-old. No way we could have these teetering near a rambunctious little one.
