Had the pleasure of working with Gina to do the backdrop for my baby's first birthday. We opted for the basic bundle. Communication via email was prompt and Gina was very helpful with collaborating on designs and colors. Came out even better than I expected. The kids loved the soft play and jumper. I would highly recommend their services and would use them again. Service - 5 / Price - 5 read more

Book it. Just book them!!! Gina was soooo easy to work with, you can tell she's done this many times and will walk through your aesthetic, theme, and needs easily. Communication was always clear and professional. The day of, Kevin was already at the venue before me to set up. Prompt prompt prompt! We decided on a location in the room to set up and he immediately went to work. Didn't take him long either, it was beautiful and I was so excited for the kiddos to see! The play area and items were so durable and clean, even my chaotic family couldn't destroy it. Takedown was also a breeze as Kevin just did his thing. My daughter was sad to see it go, but I will definitely book them again for more events!! read more

Such a great business! Very easy to work with Gina! They have a lot of options for their soft play areas! She gives great input on what the best choice would be for the space you have for your party. This was especially helpful because my husband and I are from SoCal and didn't get a chance to see our venue beforehand. I also loved the personalization of the play area! She asked for the theme and even provided a decal for the ball pit. The kids loved it at my daughter's birthday party! read more

I came across the company on social media and inquired ~1 month or a couple weeks prior to my event. From the moment I inquired via email, I received a reply within a couple hours. I had questions and was unsure of which package to pick to match our Master's Theme but Gina was so honest & reassured me on what would look best. I had images in my head about what we could get but seeing it come to life, it blew me away. I love the details of the decal to match our Masters theme! It was truly such a hit to have this indoor structure for little ones at a party & I feel like it was completely worth it to have. No regrets, just left with beautiful memories & an amazing day to see all the kids happily playing together! I had the opportunity to stop by their warehouse and was very impressed with how clean and well-maintained all of their equipment is. As a parent, or anyone renting a play unit for young children, it's reassuring to know that they take great pride in keeping everything clean and in excellent condition. They have a large selection of bounce houses and play units to choose from, so there's something for every party or event. I truly believe that no matter which one you choose, your little one is going to have an amazing time. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a safe, clean, and professional party rental company! read more

We rented from Kiddie Party Rentals and are super happy with our experience. Communication was great. We arranged everything initially over email and then over iMessage in the days leading up to the event; not once did we ever need to hop on a call. I had never rented equipment like this before and didn't fully understand the packages, but fortunately Gina was very patient and responded quickly via email to my numerous questions. Contract signing was easy (via website), payment was easy (via Zelle), the company carried general liability insurance, which our venue required, so that was easy too. Knowing we were expecting 30+ toddlers and elementary school-aged children, Gina threw in a couple bonuses to make sure our play area would be fun for the kids and look nice for our pictures. The day of the event, their delivery and setup person Kevin arrived on time in a U-Haul, was friendly and professional, and set up the equipment quickly, efficiently, and following the floor plan I had earlier shared. Kevin was punctual for the breakdown as well. All in all, we had a smooth experience with Kiddie Party Rentals and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to rent equipment for a children's party. read more

We hosted a berry first birthday themed party for our daughter's first birthday and we wanted to setup a soft play area for her and other kids who would be attending. We were initially thinking of a different vendor that didn't work out and we ended up reaching out to many others in the Bay Area. Kiddie party rentals were gracious to accommodate our event on a short notice and were able to work with our venue's schedule for setup and teardown. The soft play setup was the highlight of our event and all the kids enjoyed playing in it and allowed their parents to spend time enjoying the party. Working with Kiddie party rentals was a breeze, they were super responsive, professional and punctual and took a lot of burden off of us since we were coordinating the whole event by ourselves. read more

We had a very pleasant experience working with Kiddie Party Rentals. Gina was absolutely amazing and very cooperative. Kevin Cooper who came on site also did an awesome job assembling everything. Overall, very methodical, extremely communicative, fair pricing and highly recommend. read more

Used them for my daughter's 1 year old birthday and it was perfect! I had followed them on Instagram knowing I might use them for a birthday in the future. My daughter was turning 1 and I was inviting babies her age as well as older toddlers my sons age so I knew I wanted to have a fun activity for the kids. We went with Emerald Glen Park in Dublin because I saw that Kiddie Party Rentals recommended that park and they were already an approved vendor! I liked that they knew everything about the park (and even gave tips) and knew where to set up and how to get there, no issues. Working with them was great, they answered all my questions, gave me free delivery and when I last minute changed to add a soft play package they helped with that too. The main reason I went with them was because of their aesthetic bounce houses and soft play packages. Instead of the obnoxious bright bold red/yellow/blue bounce houses you think of, they have white, soft pink etc. and neutral tones. Their soft play packages are also not cheesy or overly kid-like so it was perfect for my daughter's birthday. We had a daisy theme with light pink, white and pale yellow. Everything was perfect! They came to set up on time, was done quickly and they also broke down quickly. You can keep the rental for a fairly long time, which was nice. The kids all loved playing with it and the babies too. It's good for crawlers to have a space to crawl around and rest at the park. I also appreciate that you can get a custom decal and they have lots of fonts and colors so it fit my theme perfectly. We did the 9x9 white bounce house and medium soft play package with 4x4 ball pit. Overall, would definitely recommend to help make your birthday or event next level! read more

Gina was responsive and I would say the prices are reasonable! I cannot say enough good things about Gina and Kiddie Party Rentals. She was super communicative throughout the planning process and helped to answer all of my questions. If there were ever any concerns she asked for pictures, etc. for clarity and we were able to come up with a solution so that we could have the best first birthday for my baby. Our theme was unconventional, but Gina did a great job with the design and we really didn't need much other decor once the welcome sign, backdrop, play area and bounce house were set up. We received soooo many compliments during the party on how cute everything looked and how it must have taken so much time to set up (surprisingly, the team was able to knock out the set up in 2 hrs!!!), and most importantly the kids had such a fun time playing in the bounce house and the soft play/ball pit. If you are considering Kiddie Party Rentals for your event, don't hesitate. You won't be dissapointed. read more

Working with Gina and Kiddie Party Rentals was amazing for my LO's first birthday. Gina is very knowledgeable and experienced. We originally planned to do the party at a park outdoors and Gina knew the limitations and logistics of that park. She suggested some changes based on her experience.
