Contract signing was easy (via website), payment was easy (via Zelle), the company carried general liability insurance, which our venue required, so that was easy too. Used them for my daughter's 1 year old birthday and it was perfect! I had followed them on Instagram knowing I might use them for a birthday in the future. My daughter was turning 1 and I was inviting babies her age as well as older toddlers my sons age so I knew I wanted to have a fun activity for the kids. We went with Emerald Glen Park in Dublin because I saw that Kiddie Party Rentals recommended that park and they were already an approved vendor! I liked that they knew everything about the park (and even gave tips) and knew where to set up and how to get there, no issues. Working with them was great, they answered all my questions, gave me free delivery and when I last minute changed to add a soft play package they helped with that too. The main reason I went with them was because of their aesthetic bounce houses and soft play packages. Instead of the obnoxious bright bold red/yellow/blue bounce houses you think of, they have white, soft pink etc. and neutral tones. Their soft play packages are also not cheesy or overly kid-like so it was perfect for my daughter's birthday. We had a daisy theme with light pink, white and pale yellow. Everything was perfect! They came to set up on time, was done quickly and they also broke down quickly. You can keep the rental for a fairly long time, which was nice. The kids all loved playing with it and the babies too. It's good for crawlers to have a space to crawl around and rest at the park. I also appreciate that you can get a custom decal and they have lots of fonts and colors so it fit my theme perfectly.
