The prices are fair, their communication is very clear, and their delivery and pick up is as punctual as it can be. The best lead up and follow through of any of our vendors (some who don't show up until the event's about to begin). I wish we had more times throughout the year where we could bring them business, but our budget is pretty limited as a PTA. Our favorite items to rent include the three or four item inflatable games, the inflatable dry slides, and soccer darts. Bouncy houses are hard with so many kids, so we avoid them. Shout out to Jessica and Alex - the only two I've worked with over the last couple of years. Can't say enough good things!

A week before the party they followed up with us, and then Tyler can promptly to my house for set up and also for clean up. The palm tree slide was a huge hit and the kids couldn't get enough of it! I asked for a 13x13 pink soft play area and they were able to send of a contract, confirm availability, and set-up/break-down the play area. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!
