They made ordering balloons for my daughters 1st birthday a breeze. Went in , set up the order came back on the weekend to pick up the order. They even opened a little bit early so I could get the balloons all setup at home before guests arrived. read more

I called this place today and they told me they were open. I asked if they sell piñatas which they told me they do. I then said I would be in shortly. I arrived a half an hour later (after driving 20 minutes out of my way), only to find the door was locked and no one was there. I called back and the lady said "oh someone will be there in 10-15 minutes." I waited for 30 minutes and no one came! I was so upset and it was such a huge waste of time! read more

All 5 Stars for being a last minute Party Supply spot! DGD's have spent every New Year's Eve at our house for years. We have a fun dinner and watch the Ball Drop in Times Square our time. Somehow the balloons and blowers slipped my mind until today. Super friendly, had exactly what I needed! Party On! read more

Gentleman sitting at register I asked if he had decorations for 18th bday he said no but balloon numbers but they cost 41 dollars per number that they were large balloons like 4 ft the store has very little merchandise and was a complete waste of time going there we did find some napkins that said 18 but that was all and gentleman seemed to not want to deal with customers so very disappointed read more

The woman who runs Partyland Jacky is very accommodating and helpful. They rent tables chairs and all kinds of other equipment one could need for a party and have a great selection of Piñatas and balloons. Prices are reasonable. They will deliver and even fill balloons you bring in with helium. Highly recommended small business for all party needs. Thanks to a great business. read more

This place party land in Livermore. has everything to rent great service. I cannot ask for anything more I give it five stars.

Closed and phone numbers not active. Tried on a Friday-mid day, door is locked.and both numbers posted don't work. Weird though that they have a flashing lit neon sign still going in the window.' read more

The were very helpful and delivered on time. Accommodated me at the last minute. I would recommend them for your party needs

I had just finished a meal next door. I noticed all of the Pinatas on display. One caught my eye, one which looked like a Corona Beer Bottle. A good friend of mine has the last name of Corona, so I had to check it out. Although the gal working there was on the phone she still gave me very friendly service with a smile. That goes a long way with me. There was a note posted on the door saying the shop will be moving from Maple Street at the end of December 2019. read more

Tried to support a local business AGAIN. I don't know how they'd re always closed when I come by. They don't follow their business hours and don't answer their phone. Really disappointing. This is my 4th attempt trying to get party supplies for a party and they were closed and didn't answer all four times... read more

If you're local to Livermore, this is a great place to get your party favors and most especially get those huge foil balloons filled with helium! I have brought a couple numbered foil balloons here in the past few months and always really nice people and it's only $6 to fill up a 42" foiled number balloon! They fill up the balloon, add whichever color string you want to the balloon, and make the ends curly! I usually buy a balloon weight here and it's about $1.50. Bonus: they sell Mexican candy here! read more

Can't say enough great things about Partyland. AMAZING customer service, always on time, affordable rentals and great quality. I've rented from this spot multiple times and will continue to. I had a party and at the last minute needed balloons, they were able to inflate them and deliver within an hour of me calling. I was blown away by their willingness to deliver them and how quickly they were able to do it on a Saturday Thank you, Partyland!! read more

Best party supply place in our area. They always have everything we need. The owner is super sweet & very helpful. We've been going to the store for several years now. Would definitely recommend read more

Not only did I pay $80 to have balloons blown up (see picture), but they deflated the very next day! Not that I needed them the next day, but I was told by the woman who helped me that there was a helium shortage which was why it cost so much to fill the balloons. Helium balloons should stay inflated for longer than A DAY! I do not recommend this business at all. read more

Great last minute balloon stop! The woman was super helpful at showing us the selections of balloons she had for the right age group. She also helped us choose which colors to add to the balloon bouquet and she assembled 2 bouquets in about 15-20 minutes. Great service! read more

absolutely horrible. i ordered a bunch of chairs over a month before the party and she and i both confirmed the day before of what time i should pick it up. i arrived at the place to find it locked with a sign that said to call the phone #. i end up calling over 20 times and leaving multiple text messages letting her now I was here and needed the chairs ASAP. after no messages and waiting outside for almost an hour and wasting time (i could've been preparing for my event) i eventually found one last minute place in livermore that thank fully had what i needed in stock avaliable for pickup. after almost 2 hours after my original pick up time i recieve a message saying she was at another delivery. super inconvenient especially on the day of and my whole event would've been ruined if i wasn't able to get it last min. very unprofessionL read more

They were clearly trying to rip me off. For anyone visiting this store, make sure you ask for the full price as they don't list any prices up front and make things up as they go. Came in here for balloons. The cashier quoted me the foil balloons I wanted were around $6 dollars each and the weight was $1.5. So I got 4 balloons. Cashier's mom later showed up and rang me up and said total $70 for 4 balloons. I was so shocked and all kind of shady excuses started to flow in: *quoted wrong for the smaller sized balloons * initial quote didn't include helium (who does that?) * Then went on saying the balloons with air is more like $17. There's another older yelp review with a picture stating $6 to fill up a big 42" balloon!! Clearly a huge discrepancy * taxes (which they claimed $.50 taxes for an $1.5 item) * counted one too many balloon (how do you miscount 4 balloons. Is not like 40.) In the end the total came out to be $63 after they "fixed" the taxes and balloon count. No receipt, no price list. read more

A great place to find Piñatas and party supplies in Livermore. Can be a hit and miss when they are open, sometimes there is a note on the door with the owners phone number. read more

I ordered balloons for my niece and nephews from the States. I had tried to work with several other party companies in their area and no one would help me. Danny worked me with over a week to virtually order Balloons for all three kids and managed separate weekend deliveries. Then when it came to payment and I couldn't work out how to call internationally, Danny came to my rescue. Truly outstanding service and he even sent me pictures of the kids receiving their balloons. Will come back year after year!! Thank you Danny! read more

Went In today at 2 pm to purchase some balloons and they were closed. The store hours are not accurate

I'm not one to leave a bad review, but I'm not sure how Partyland is still in business. I called last week and asked about dropping off balloons today and scheduling a pick up this Saturday for my son's birthday party. I thought this would be great to support a local business, but when I went by today, they were closed (11:10am on a Wednesday). I called the number on the door, and no one answered. At this point, I cannot put my faith in a business with no set hours of operation and no one answering the phone. I guess I will be taking my business to the big corporate (reliable) store instead. read more

I loved my experience at this business. They were so very helpful in every step of the rental process that I cannot recommend them enough! Their response time and customer service was amazing. I think the gentleman i met initially his name was Alejandro. He patiently explained the prices and availability to us. Later i started interacting with Jacky and she too was super helpful. All tables chair were delivered on time. Also i had given her some balloons to be inflated and delivered on the day of the party and a few were damaged and she still repaired them somehow (god knows how she managed) and made sure the bouquets looked great on that day. Any one else would have just messaged me "hey its damaged" and end of story. Definitely recommend them a 100% read more

Rented a cotton candy machine and it did not work. They said I could have called and they would help me fix it....really at 9pm on a Saturday? Why aren't you guys open at 11 on a weekday? No hours posted. Neither phone number is being picked up. Poorly run business. Very unreliable.

They have hours posted on the door but they are never there when I have stopped by needing something during the week over the past year, I've stopped 5x and none of those times they have been open. A few times I went the open sign was on, but no one was there! Very frustrating, if your not going to stand by your hours why list them! Plus no one ever answers the phone! Not very good customer service. read more
