What's not to love about an arcade full of claw machines? I walked in and thought that there wouldn't be anything that would convince me, but of course I saw care bears, little potato chip and french fry key chains, and a giant snorlax head. $10 down the drain, but I would absolutely do it again! They also have Dance Dance Revolution in the corner! read more

This store was such a surprise for me and made me feel nostalgic of my childhood! The store was neat, tidy and sparkling with all the claw machines, retro game stations, and TOYS which will definitely attract the inner child in you! There is no attending staff though which is a nice thing in my opinion. You can totally be yourself here without fearing of judgement. There's an automatic coin changing station that will help exchange your paper money into coins for you to use in the claw and game machines. There's also a restroom in the corner which is a plus for me. I can envision myself spending hours here :) Their toy quality is a bit on the lower side though. But what do you expect for a clawing machine? If you want high quality toy, go to a specialty store and pay more. Overall, I had a nice experience here and can't wait to come back next time with my niece and nephew. read more

This place is a total rip off. The gripper doesn't work, dropping the toy even though you had it on the hook. Plus, it's super dirty inside because they keep their doors open and all kinds of trash gets inside. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Interesting... store? I guess it's more like an unmanned arcade. I want to say there's probably one person in the back room but there's nobody on the floor. They have a lot of cute toys in the crane games. Think small plushies and keychains for the most part. I didn't try them myself but a lot of the reviews here indicate you may not get your credits so proceed with caution? Most crane games have payout rates programmed in so if it feels like you're just bad at crane games it's probably not you. read more

There is nobody at the store to help. Spent 5$ on a machine that did not dispense the toy and didn't refund the coins. SCAM

Updated!! As of 1/18/25 it is 2 tokens per play. Each token is $1 which means $2 per game!!!!! Love that there is a claw machine place in this plaza to make it kid friendly but there's a reason why there's barely anyone there. It's suppose to be a place that you can go and spend some time there while sipping your boba, eating your lunch. Give hope to little children. I know why there's no attendants, because they don't want to deal with your complaints. One dollar isn't bad for not winning a prize but two dollars for a small toy that is barely bigger than the size of my palm is a rip off. This is literally the place where dreams die because they take your money and there is nothing to show for it. If you don't want to hear your child screams of tears over spending $20 in less than 15 minutes and not winning anything, don't take them here. read more

Didn't expect to win anything from here, since most claw machines have weak claws. I did see a plushie close to the edge of the box, and was able to win it! read more

Cute claw machines! But the win rate is super low. most machines are $2/play. Not many cute toys to really go for. spent $20 and we were only able to score just one prize, and that's me assisting the kids with claw placement. read more

Loved discovering this place during a date night. They have a decent amount of claw machines and it costs $1 to play. The place is relatively clean. There isn't anyone walking around but if you need to call for service, there are QR codes on the machines. Vibe was pretty cool - very reminiscent of Japan. Docked one star bc the toys were of OK quality. Fun spot to stop by and check out if you're in the area! read more

What an absolute scam this place was. I went here with my niece, I changed $40 into tokens thinking that if she wins 3-5 toys we could call it a good day. We won 0 times. My niece was hitting the toys in the right places, the claw just grazed the prizes. Just go to Daiso and buy your kiddos a mystery toy, that's what I had to do to cheer up my niece. They also bribe the 5 star reviews with $3 worth of tokens read more

The machine ate $5 of my money, the help phone line/online dispute link didn't work. Had to dispute charge with my credit card company to get my refund. The plushies are very cute though. Would not recommend using this location. read more

What the literal eff??? I should've read reviews before walking in here. They have mini claw machines where no prizes can be won basically. It's a whopping $2 per play which is already double the usual cost of $1 for most other places . Not only that, but you are able to grab the toy every time and while in the air it just drops for no reason. This place needs to be shut down. The games are not winnable. They are just straight scamming people. No wonder it was completely empty. read more

Should've know the price to play was too good to be true :( It was our first time there and they took our $10 but didn't give me any tokens to play.. they had a QR code that'll take you to a virtual Kiddleton customer support where you can submit a report or chat with their chat bot. Their chat bot wasn't any help since it only gives you the option to submit a vid/pic or the other 3 options (screenshots attached). If you click other it just keeps popping up the same vid/pic submission or the same 3 options. I just submitted an inquiry so I guess I'll see if I'll actually hear anything within the 10 business days.. read more

I wish I had read the other reviews before coming here. This place had really bad claw grips and no one to help. We spent $100 and got 1 small keychain plushie. Very very low payout rate. One claw went down a centimeter (not even close to down enough to even touch the toy) and went back up. Total scam. Save your money. read more

This place is terrible. They sell toys they get for literal scents, but charge you 1 dollar per token--then the machines cost 2 tokens! I literally watched as I would pick up a toy, it would be snug in the claw, then it would open up more, then move. Just wanted a fun little toy and now I'm left $10 poorer and aggravated. read more

A machine took our coin and simply didn't work - the QR code for help wasn't working as well. The week after this happened, the price for a play went up to $2. I found that you can win at LEAST 1 item after ~5 plays. Still, $1 was expensive to begin with but omg, $2? You'd end up spending $10+ for a CHANCE to catch 1 tinyyyyyyyy item!! I had a claw machine addiction but not anymore! read more

What a total scam! The claw grabs the plushie every single time, nice and tight too. But right when it lifts up and pauses for a sec, the darn thing just lets go--boom!--free fall. And that annoying fail music starts blaring even before the drop, like the whole thing's rigged so you can never win. 简直是诈骗，明明每次都抓上来，而且抓得特别稳，但是他抬起来的时候定住那一下，他就会放松爪子，让玩偶自由落体，然后失败的音乐会提前于交付响起，是系统设定好的不让人抓到。 read more

I wish I read the Yelp reviews before I came. Definitely expensive. No employees to help if you need them. Just a self serve kiosk. Each gameplay is $2 for key chain sized items. Not that it matters, none of us actually won't anything. There were a couple games that were 3 tokens ($3) a play. I'm shocked the owners aren't listening to ANY feedback. If you do happen to get the claw to pick up anything (happened to us a couple times), the claw just sits at the top and waits for the prize to drop before it moved to the "winner" area. Buuuuut if you happen to have money to blow, it's fun. Affordable gambling for kids? lol! read more

Machines are rigged. My kids played 6 games, each time the claw is able to grab something but the minute it goes back up it looks like the claw loosens and your item drops! $2 for 2 seconds of excitement for your kids only to be let down is evil. Not worth your money! Take them to Chuck E. Cheese instead. read more

Save your money...the claws don't have a good grip and each game is $2+ dollars. The attendant opened late and left so you couldn't get any help. The AI bot help is no help. We've played at other claw machine places and always win at least a few prizes but this place is a scam. read more

I agree with the other 1star reviews ,been here a few times thinking it was just a bad day and willing to give it another shot but nope! Never won anything spend $20 each time.small toys $2 per play.would give this negative review if I could. No customer service because they are just scammers ,they don't want people to come back with their kids,if u win at least once every $10-$20 people would come back.toys cost cents to make, they would profit even more by having customers come back.but I won't ever go with my child again,he's so disappointed read more

This place is so cute and alot of different options for toys! You can come here after dinner for some family fun :)

If you want to see your kids leave frustrated and empty-handed, take them to Kiddleton. We used to bring our kids here as a fun treat after dinner, but that won't be happening anymore. They've raised their prices--now it's 2 tokens per play ($1 per token)--but haven't improved the win rate at all. It feels like a complete ripoff. We'd rather drive a little farther to Claw-Meee in Milpitas or Fluffy Town at Oakridge Mall, where it's still $1 per play and the staff actually help by positioning the plushies so kids have a fair chance at winning. Save your money and go somewhere that doesn't feel like a cash grab. read more

I wish I read the reviews before wasting money here, luckily I only spent $10. The claws are incredibly weak and in the off chance you lift something up it's going to fall once the claw reaches the top position. $2 for most things and most things are tiny(which I actually like, and would happily spend $2 for if the claws had any chance of holding on!) this place is empty for a reason - stay away. read more

$2 per machine for both big and little items. Cute plushies but too expensive - chances of winning are very slim with claws that purposely don't do a strong grab. As a family we spent $40 and were only able to get one small item (size of my palm). I understand it's not going to guarantee every grab, but this rate is a bit ridiculous. Won't be coming back. Not the fun family activity I was expecting. We would've been better off spending $40 on plushies at the stores next door. There are better grabber claw places out there. read more

First off, my kids were so excited to come here as they saw similar stores in Japan and in Japantown San Francisco. Also, I really do want kid-focused stores like this in Cupertino to be successful and I am willing to update this review if significant inprovements are made. But! I first brought my daughter here, and after a few tries she won nothing. We left, a bit disappointed but thought, well maybe she was just unlucky this time. Then, because their young cousins were visiting from out of town over the holidays and were interested in checking it out, we wanted to give it another try. FIVE kids each played, and, once again, not even one child won anything! We noticed that the other customers were not winning anything either. When we were in the store, there were leaves on the ground everywhere, no employee, and the bathroom was out of order (didn't this store just open?) No staff, $1 per try, and no child wins? Hmmm...sounds like a money grubbing company profiting off children.. None of the 5 kids want to come back. I hope the company management reads these reviews and takes a serious look at this store. read more

Complete rip off. We spent $20 and didn't get a single prize. As soon as the item is lifted the machine shakes it out of the claw.

Biggest scam ever. Spent $20 to get nothing. The claw opens up after it grabs something before it even moves an inch. Do not waste your money here or on any Kiddleton machine. They seem to be all set the same way. The claw opens up once it grabs and goes up, so the toy falls right out. read more

Waste of money, the machines let go of the items right before it goes over the opening. All the machines are rigged. Not worth it!
