This store was such a surprise for me and made me feel nostalgic of my childhood! The store was neat, tidy and sparkling with all the claw machines, retro game stations, and TOYS which will definitely attract the inner child in you! There is no attending staff though which is a nice thing in my opinion. You can totally be yourself here without fearing of judgement. There's an automatic coin changing station that will help exchange your paper money into coins for you to use in the claw and game machines. There's also a restroom in the corner which is a plus for me. I can envision myself spending hours here :) Their toy quality is a bit on the lower side though. But what do you expect for a clawing machine? If you want high quality toy, go to a specialty store and pay more. This place is a total rip off. The gripper doesn't work, dropping the toy even though you had it on the hook. Plus, it's super dirty inside because they keep their doors open and all kinds of trash gets inside. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Updated!! As of 1/18/25 it is 2 tokens per play. Each token is $1 which means $2 per game!!!!! Love that there is a claw machine place in this plaza to make it kid friendly but there's a reason why there's barely anyone there. It's suppose to be a place that you can go and spend some time there while sipping your boba, eating your lunch. Give hope to little children. I know why there's no attendants, because they don't want to deal with your complaints. One dollar isn't bad for not winning a prize but two dollars for a small toy that is barely bigger than the size of my palm is a rip off. Loved discovering this place during a date night. They have a decent amount of claw machines and it costs $1 to play. The place is relatively clean. There isn't anyone walking around but if you need to call for service, there are QR codes on the machines. Vibe was pretty cool - very reminiscent of Japan. What an absolute scam this place was. I went here with my niece, I changed $40 into tokens thinking that if she wins 3-5 toys we could call it a good day. We won 0 times. It's a whopping $2 per play which is already double the usual cost of $1 for most other places . Not only that, but you are able to grab the toy every time and while in the air it just drops for no reason. This place needs to be shut down. The games are not winnable. Should've know the price to play was too good to be true :( It was our first time there and they took our $10 but didn't give me any tokens to play.. they had a QR code that'll take you to a virtual Kiddleton customer support where you can submit a report or chat with their chat bot. Their chat bot wasn't any help since it only gives you the option to submit a vid/pic or the other 3 options (screenshots attached). If you click other it just keeps popping up the same vid/pic submission or the same 3 options. Not that it matters, none of us actually won't anything. There were a couple games that were 3 tokens ($3) a play. I'm shocked the owners aren't listening to ANY feedback. If you do happen to get the claw to pick up anything (happened to us a couple times), the claw just sits at the top and waits for the prize to drop before it moved to the "winner" area. They've raised their prices--now it's 2 tokens per play ($1 per token)--but haven't improved the win rate at all. It feels like a complete ripoff. We'd rather drive a little farther to Claw-Meee in Milpitas or Fluffy Town at Oakridge Mall, where it's still $1 per play and the staff actually help by positioning the plushies so kids have a fair chance at winning. $2 per machine for both big and little items. Cute plushies but too expensive - chances of winning are very slim with claws that purposely don't do a strong grab. As a family we spent $40 and were only able to get one small item (size of my palm). I understand it's not going to guarantee every grab, but this rate is a bit ridiculous. Won't be coming back. First off, my kids were so excited to come here as they saw similar stores in Japan and in Japantown San Francisco. Also, I really do want kid-focused stores like this in Cupertino to be successful and I am willing to update this review if significant inprovements are made. But! I first brought my daughter here, and after a few tries she won nothing. We left, a bit disappointed but thought, well maybe she was just unlucky this time. Then, because their young cousins were visiting from out of town over the holidays and were interested in checking it out, we wanted to give it another try. FIVE kids each played, and, once again, not even one child won anything! We noticed that the other customers were not winning anything either. When we were in the store, there were leaves on the ground everywhere, no employee, and the bathroom was out of order (didn't this store just open?) No staff, $1 per try, and no child wins? Hmmm...sounds like a money grubbing company profiting off children.. None of the 5 kids want to come back.
