Our team had an added game during a tournament, and Scott allowed us flexibility with the party start time. He also helped us to sort extra food for our group, and it was super easy to add additional kids to the initial amount we'd confirmed. The space is clean and well maintained. The staff seem to be mostly teens, but they were more attentive and friendly than other places. Overall, it's a great local space for kids parties, and everyone loved it!

That's really my one major complaint. The staff (~5 or 6 people) were all kind of just hanging out, chatting, and not super interested in taking my money for a game of mini golf. We've visited this Sky Zone twice since they opened, and overall my 4-year-old absolutely loves it…read more Our first visit was about three weeks ago, and we enjoyed it enough that we decided to come back last weekend for a playdate with another family. I'm leaving this review mainly because, as a business owner myself, I would want someone to let me know if something like this was happening in my business. For our first visit, I purchased the Buy 2 Tickets, Get 2 Free promotion. I accidentally selected a quantity of 2, which gave me a total of 8 tickets. That part was completely my mistake, and I figured we would just use the extra tickets with our group in our second visit. However, when we arrived, the same staff member who had helped us during our first visit told me that I still had all 8 tickets available, even though I had already used 2 tickets during our visit three weeks earlier. That made me wonder whether the tickets are actually being deducted correctly from customers' accounts. I also noticed that, unless I misunderstood the promotion, socks do not appear to be included. However, we were provided socks for me, my son, and the mom and child who came with us without being charged the first and second visit. Of course, these things were convenient for us as customers, but from a business standpoint, I wanted to mention them because if tickets and merchandise are being given out without being properly recorded, that could become a significant loss over time. The staff member was very nice to us, and this is not meant to get anyone in trouble. I just hope management sees this and can double-check the system and make sure everyone is trained consistently, especially since this location is still so new.

If you're…read morelooking for a fun party that requires very little work from the parents, I definitely recommend it. A few things to know when booking: when you call with questions, you're directed to a call center rather than the actual location. They also didn't automatically add the "Like a Boss" upgrade to my package, so I had to call to get that corrected. If you have an Elite Membership, you get 20% off your party package, which was a nice perk! There is a 10-jumper minimum. As long as you meet the minimum, they'll refund you for any additional jumpers who were booked but don't show up. The "Like a Boss" upgrade was 100% worth it! The birthday girl received a T-shirt and a pass to jump every day for 100 days. Each guest received 2-hour admission, sunglasses, socks, a water bottle, a token for an ICEE or ice cream, and a backpack. They gave the kids so much that I didn't even bother making separate goodie bags! They also allow you to bring your own food at no additional charge, which was a huge plus. Table covers, plates, and utensils were provided. For every five jumpers, you get a pizza and soda. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the pizza--it was much better than the typical "cardboard pizza" you expect at kids' party places. Our party host, Julio, was wonderful! He was friendly, professional, and made everything run smoothly. Huge shout-out to him! Check-in was also quick and easy. Our jumpers ranged from 2-6 years old, and no one wanted to leave! The only downside was that the two hours went by FAST. I wish there were an option to extend the party room time rather than just the jump time. Overall, Sky Zone made throwing a birthday party incredibly easy. The kids had a blast, the parents didn't have to do much, and you get a lot for what you pay for. 10/10! We would definitely book a party here again.

They enjoyed dressing up in fireman gear, playing with water, doing crafts, playing in the pretend food area, building with blocks, making bubbles, and playing outside. This place has a lot to do and we wished we could have stayed longer. Only part that is annoying is the stroller rule. If your child CAN walk, you can't take your stroller in. Weird rule for a place that caters to kids, including younger ones in that in between stage. Even cmy 4 year old gets tired more than average. And sure, my youngest can technically walk but he can't last the whole time walking. Anyway, we had fun but I felt like I couldn't fully relax.

Pricing was $20 for 23 tokens, plus a $1 service fee. Between my husband and our two kids, we managed to win just one small hamster plush--about half the size of my palm. While the employee was kind enough to reposition the prizes into what looked like easier spots, the claw itself felt very weak, and the payout seemed extremely low. Even after multiple attempts, my kids still walked away empty-handed and pretty disappointed. Unfortunately, this just wasn't a fun experience for our family, and we won't be returning. One thing worth mentioning is that Clawmoji offers five free tokens in exchange for leaving a Yelp or Google review. I'm not saying that's the reason for the high ratings, but it's something potential customers should be aware of when reading reviews. At least we got one souvenir out of the visit... and honestly, my expression leaving Clawmoji looked exactly like the little hamster we won.

The event company, on the other hand, was not cool. They charge $17/person to enter (even little kids), accept CASH ONLY (tax avoidance??) and are super rude (with an extra dose of rude). In the 2 hours we were there, I was yelled at ("STAMPS!!!"), pushed out of the way so a guy could move a stanchion about 2 inches and aggressively told we couldn't exit the door we came in (so we would be forced to walk through the "vendor area" where they sell overpriced Lego products). When added to a budget busting $17/head, this place left a really bad taste in my mouth. In spite of some really cool builders, probably wouldn't do this again.

You have to make a reservation I'm guessing so it doesn't get overpacked. As soon as you enter, there's a ton of indoor activities for the little. There's a dino area right outside and then on the other side is where the zoo part is. There's not a ton of animals but the animals that are there were pretty active when we were there. There was a tortoise, birds, rabbits, fish, flamingos that we actually got to feed and a few others that I'm forgetting. Again, not huge but it was enough that we probably spent about a good 2 hours there. After that, there's also a park right behind it so if your kiddos aren't tired already, they can burn off some energy there. If we lived closer, I would consider getting a pass but for now, we'll do some day trips there

If you're planning a birthday celebration or picnic, there are first-come, first-served tables at Rinconada Park next door. Venue The Palo Alto Junior Museum & Zoo is exactly that - it's a smaller, toddler-friendly museum and zoo. Plan to visit for an estimated 1.5 - 2 hours, as this should be plenty of time to explore everything. There are both indoor and outdoor experiences, including interactive activities for little ones, an outdoor zoo, complimentary flamingo feeding sessions, and a treehouse-style playground. Animals available included meerkats, flamingos, raccoons, fish, a tortoise, and macaws. Location / Parking The museum is right next to Rinconada Park and there's a dedicated parking lot. It can fill up quickly during popular reservation times and street parking is also available nearby. Customer Service The front desk staff scans admission tickets upon arrival and provides a stamp for in-and-out privileges, which is helpful if you plan to visit the neighboring Rinconada Park.

They're super detailed in terms of props and setup, considering how to draw people to certain spots for certain surprises. Hehehehe...They even have some little entertaining things for when you're waiting in line. It's just really well done and well organized, with places roped off for the line and the minimum amount of noise (considering), chaos, and random people in the street/in the way of cars. They ask people to go in groups of four or less, so heads up if you're in a bigger group. They're set up in a suburban neighborhood off 85, so there are no specific areas of parking and you'll have to park wherever you can find space in the neighborhood. We got there around 7 PM on Halloween night, half an hour after they opened for scary business. The line started getting much longer around 8 PM. As a result, we were lucky and able to park in front of their leftwards neighbors. In fact, if you have the time, check out some of the other decorated houses in the neighborhood. They were cool, even if Rebel Yell remains the crowning jewel for me. For future reference, Rebel Yell is opened on dates before the actual Halloween night (check out the Details page of their website) and has a no-scare preview for those who don't like being scared but still want to see all the work and craftsmanship that went into this. So congratulations on your 20th year, Rebel Yell! Thank you to the actors for such great work as well as everybody who put work into this. It really was wonderful and this is just a great place to visit during Halloween, what with everybody getting into the spirit and participating (outside) even when they're not an actual part of the staff.
