Had a great time when I went with kids in December, months ago. It a little old and dirty so I think it needs a complete remodel but what is really alarming is that their staff are using your information to help other people get in. Yesterday a staff member used my email to purchase time for other customers. I DID NOT APPROVE SHARING MY INFORMATION OR USING IT FOR SOMEONE THAT ISN'T ME. I call to complain the staff member sense "sometimes our staff does this for people who don't have emails " I thought that was wild. They offer to send me to management. I say yes. He comes back and says Management will call me back. They never did! I tried to call corporate, the number is disconnected. I leave a my information on contact us page ,nothing yet!!! This is not ok! Yesterday my daughter were in the section where the lime green fabrics hang and were swinging which we've done for years and were approached by a kind Staff member that advised "swinging isn't allowed" for safety. Guests after us kept on swinging and no one approached those guest. Suggestions so guests don't feel targeted: Large signs in that area stating "No Swinging Allowed" or a Staff Member stand in the area alerting all of "No Swinging". I didn't realize how close this place was to Urban Air! I'd say it could be a direct competitor but Urban Air just has way more variety of activities compared to Rockin Jump. However, when Urban Air is sold out there is a good chance you can make it over to Rockin Jump and there will be plenty of room to run and jump without all the lines. It's not a bad place and most who work there are friendly and try to do their job well. Sometimes you might get a little older crowd that is a little rowdy but so far my 11yo has always enjoyed hanging out with his buddies here! They have several party rooms and when we attended parties the staff is quick and friendly and the process is pretty organized! read more

I would not recommend having a party at Rockin' Jump. I recently hosted my son's birthday party here, and one of my guests was robbed right at the front door. There were individuals wearing masks standing in the lobby near the entrance, and staff did not ask them to leave or address the situation at all. It made the environment feel very unsafe for families and children. On top of that, it was not advertised that the rock climbing feature had been removed. I paid for the Diamond Package for 30 kids expecting access to all included activities, but rock climbing was no longer available. The soft play area -- which was a big part of what the kids used -- is free for everyone anyway, so there was no added value for what I paid. Only 20 jumpers ended up attending, and there was no attempt to accommodate or adjust the package in any way. I paid an extra $140 with no flexibility, not even additional pizza or credit. When I contacted the owner, my concerns were dismissed. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unsafe experience. Families should be cautious when booking events here. read more

Hear me out- I'm not a fan of Rockin' Jump. But found out I'm just not a fan of Rockin' Jump in Brentwood. This location has significant age to it. I feel like it's smaller than the Brentwood location. The space though at this location is well utilized. You walk in, there is a small lobby, sign your waiver. We were there for a party so the check in was easy. There's several cool, lit rock walls. A tall jumping pad with stairs, smaller launch pad with kids and a very popular aerial silk area. My kids loved the aerials and quickly got the hang of it. There's also multiple areas for jump, dodgeball area. Small food counter in the back with the party rooms. The downside- it is aged. If you are a germaphobe or don't like tons of kids running rampant, this is not for you. There's about 6 massage chairs, all broken and have the wires out. They should honestly pull them and put more seating for parents. There's no room to stand otherwise. The party rooms are smaller than Brentwood location I felt like. Parking! Oof!!! There is no parking. It's a shared lot and most spaces were reserved. Be prepared to park at the street and walk up. But overall this location I would consider booking a party at. read more

It's a great place for kids to burn off energy. Price is doable. Place is clean. Sometimes a bit crowded, especially on Saturdays. Supervision is generally good. Food available, but very expensive and on the low end of quality. Unfortunately, the parking area can sometimes be a little sketchy with folks hanging out. read more

We absolutely love this place! It's always clean, fun, and full of great energy. The manager, Vince, is amazing -- so kind, so helpful, and he treats every kid and parent with so much care. So is all the staff on the team! They've got a super cool arcade with really fun prizes, and the food is honestly really good, too. Plus, on weekdays you can even bring your own food, which is such a nice bonus. They also offer great deals, and we go every single week because it's just that good. Highly recommend! read more

Do not go here they do not care to make you feel comfortable here. I got my son a membership here to help him stay active and lose weight. We went day two since we got the membership it was Saturday morning at 10am. I emailed Rockin Jump Saturday about this incident and haven't received a response based on other reviews they do not respond today is Tuesday. My son went to play dodge ball. Never did the nice employee ask him if he was w a party but a birthday party gets a 5 minute dodgeball party which we didn't know until this incident when I asked. The racist father of the party decided to point out the 2 colored kids including my son were not part of his party and to kick them out. What does he care if they are playing appropriately having a good time? My son was devastated he cried and we left. read more

Just finished a birthday party here & really wish I would've chosen a different place. They stress the schedule to you during booking, but nothing was on schedule at all. My son and his friends waited outside the dodgeball area for well over 15 min (of his "1 hour jumping time") just to be told the games were private games for people having parties... he was having a party. I looked at the white board at the entrance to the dodge ball area & every party had a scheduled slot except him. I went to the desk and waited another 10-15 min for an answer as to if and when his party could have a slot. I finally just ended up walking away after waiting for someone to come back with an answer. Our host found me at some point shortly after & then offered to schedule us a time that was 15 min past the time we were supposed to be in the party room. Which then made the party room feel very rushed between trying to eat & get everyone situated. We also kept having to ask our host if we could get into the party room to begin with (way past our allotted time) & once we finally got in, we had to ask him to announce it so all of our guests would know it was time to enter/where to go. Every other party was announced over the speaker system & also received a special birthday shout outs at the time. My son did not. THEN to top it off they ruined his birthday cake. My son really wanted an ice cream cake for his birthday. I called earlier in the week to ensure they had a freezer to store it and they advised me they did and it would be no problem at all to store it. I spent $90 on the cake only for it to be brought to us completely melted/sliding off of the tray. The party packages here are not cheap at all and to have spent well over $600 I am extremely disappointed in the outcome. A masked individual attempted to rob one of our guests in the parking lot--we were victims of a crime on this business's property. Instead of concern or support, police were reportedly told it was "a bunch of Black people fighting," which was completely false and dangerous. To make matters worse, the manager yelled at my daughter while she was trying to pay her tab and told her to "GET OUT" in front of our family and children. We spent about $700 and left feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and blamed for something that was not our fault. Being robbed is bad enough--being treated like criminals afterward is unacceptable. Just because we are Black does not mean we caused a problem. No one should be treated this way, especially during a child's birthday party. read more

So tonight I was here for my great nephew's birthday. Upon leaving there was a black male standing outside this establishment and it was kinda scary because he had on all black with a mask on his face. I hurried to get to my car. Another male that attended the party upon re- entering to get his family the male standing at the door with the mask attempted to snatch his chain off his neck. She yelled at me something terrible as if it was my fault that they had thugs in their parking lot robbing people. My friends and family were victims and I guess in her eyes we are all black and it's all our fault. That's not how you treat people that's patronizing your business. That party was 700 dollars and all the people were afraid and instead of having a little compassion for what occurred on their property I was yelled at and told to GET OUT. I feel totally disrespected and embarrassed. If you're reading this ma'am it's not my fault that you have thugs lingering on your property and I think whoever owns this business needs to re- train you on what to do when a situation like this happens. We don't live in this area so to be robbed on your property and then yelled at in front of everyone is unacceptable. I was a victim. You treated me as tho I was the thug. Just because I'm black doesn't mean I cause problems I have 2 small children that was there along with my family, friends and coworkers. We were invited to a birthday party on a Monday. Our first time here. A few birthday parties were scheduled that night. Since, it was a Monday, it was not busy at all. Plenty of parking. Many lockers were available to store your personal belongings. Plenty of space for the kids to jump/run around. I did not have to worry about the kids running into other kids or land on another kid. Computers when you enter to sign a waiver for your children. Pretty easy. This location has a variety of rock climbing, jump areas, under 6 jump area, dodge ball, and an area that had green (looks like long curtains) swing area. Unsure, what that was called. The party area is located in the back. It was pretty clean and spacious. The attendants were respectful, professional, and courteous. So much fun! Older jump park but great layout. We paid on line and filled out our wavers ahead of going. Walked right in and got to jumping! My grandsons are almost 4 and I loved that they had a dedicated area for 6 and under. It got busy about 30 minutes after we got there so it was good to have an area where they did not have to deal with bigger kids. Free lockers, water for purchase and a food concession at the end of the jump areas. Climb into wall I think is included in the admission price. You have a limited time and it is controlled by colored wrist bands. They will announce when your time is up! They also have some arcade machines as well. This place is a safety nightmare. There were way too many kids swinging on the silk ropes, with no staff supervision. Kids were narrowly missing kicking each other in the head and i had to intervene repeatedly. I asked the front desk to have a staff person supervise for safety and they said they were short staffed. If you don't have enough staff, reduce capacity! The place was packed, but they are clearly maximizing profits over children's safety. read more

My daughter wanted to jump on her birthday so the family went to Rockin Jump. We were there not even 10 minutes when we were told we have to leave because a camp rented out the place. We were not told this when we first arrived, they decided to wait until my kids just starting having fun. The worker did apologize saying they weren't aware of this until that moment but that just indicates a poorly run business. My daughter left in tears and I will be following up with a call to management because this disappointment could have been avoided had the employees been kept in the loop. read more

Let's take a moment to be honest here .... This is not rock n jump this is still sky high with a name change. The setup inside does not share anything related to how rock n jumps are set up. There are essentially 1 area for open jump, one area for dodgeball, one area for tots and one area for jumping into the foam which is wack Because the kids have to immediately get out of the foam pit although they just jumped in. Another thing I was not a fan of was the fact that I had to re-register my waiver although I have just been to the Rockin jump Vacaville less than three months ago. If you have kids aged 10 and older, this is a lousy place to go. We went there with 2 teenagers, 13 and 16. We called one day before to ask if the climbing wall is working. They just said yes. We got there and found that the climbing wall's lower part is open. So they do not even give kids harness and no one is there to supervise. I could just take kids to the part to climb the wall with this kind of "climbing wall" service! Why do I have to pay for this? There are some 5-7 years old so it was really nothing my teens can do. Great spot to host a child's birthday, good price for children to jump (highly suggest having parents or guardians present while watching kids because it can get busy). The staff set up the birthday party rooms, decorate for you, and you can bring cake. The party supplied pizza and drinks and the room to eat. The kids get socks to use and the parents can also jump too, which I think is good to help watch the kids and prevent injuries. They're given about an hour and a half to jump and then they'll call your group over for a dodgeball game, and then for the party area to have pizza. Good short amount of time and activity for families and kids. There's also a rock climbing area and a play area. We luckily had a great experience while there but after reading these reviews about safety, I'd recommend to watch your kids closely. The staff also says that it gets really busy during rainy days. I would give 3 stars but our party host was patient, attentive and helpful, I believe her name was Lara or Clara, sorry for not remembering! This place is crazy busy on the weekends and it's literally a party booked for each room back to back to back. When they say you only have 45 minutes in the party room, they mean it. That's why there are timers above each room that counts down to zero so you know how much time your party has left. Upon booking, they said I had 15 minutes before our jump start time to decorate. The day of, I was told jump time starts first and then I could go into the room 15 minutes before party time to decorate! This was frustrating because I was unable to have a room for our party guests to meet in! Since it was so busy, I had to wait 1.5 hours for everyone to meet in the same room. Very frustrating for a party host. Once again, our party host was amazing and you get your money's worth for hosts like her, the easy cleanup, food and drinks, and the fun the kids have! read more

This was our first time visiting this location since it changed names and ownership. The kids had a fantastic time despite being 12 and 13 years old. Lots of options of things to do, including jumping, swinging from ribbons, dodge ball games, rock climbing, etc. I'm sure they could've stayed another hour or two and been happy. Not only did the kids loved it, I had a blast as well, not to mention a great, fun workout. They had different sectioned areas for different age groups, activities, and events. We stayed mostly in the 6 & under and general trampoline area, who knew jumping around is so much fun? We did 1.5 hrs, but honestly I was tired and sweaty 45mins in lol. We had a great experience having our son's birthday party here. Nelly was our dedicated party host, gave us a quick run down of events as we walked in, helped all of guests get checked in and was very helpful throughout the day.
