This is my first time at this facility with my kids. I normally go to another location in a different city, but since I was in this city, I decided to try out this location this weekend. It's a pretty clean and decent location. I can get a little bit crowded on the weekends but it's a nice love The staff are wonderful.and we will have to come back to this location

We celebrate a friend's kid's birthday in here and we had the time of our lives, we really have fun in here, this place is all ages, the place is really safe in all aspects, kids really have fun also in here, the day we went the entire place was packed, the place was clean which I love and everyone who worked there was nice and helpful.

Play structure

Loving the new play structure. Our kids disappeared as soon as we got here! Clean, easy to see the kids, they had a great time!

Hear me out- I'm not a fan of Rockin' Jump. But found out I'm just not a fan of Rockin' Jump in Brentwood. This location has significant age to it. I feel like it's smaller than the Brentwood location. The space though at this location is well utilized. You walk in, there is a small lobby, sign your waiver. We were there for a party so the check in was easy. There's several cool, lit rock walls. A tall jumping pad with stairs, smaller launch pad with kids and a very popular aerial silk area. My kids loved the aerials and quickly got the hang of it. There's also multiple areas for jump, dodgeball area. Small food counter in the back with the party rooms. The downside- it is aged. If you are a germaphobe or don't like tons of kids running rampant, this is not for you. There's about 6 massage chairs, all broken and have the wires out. They should honestly pull them and put more seating for parents. There's no room to stand otherwise. The party rooms are smaller than Brentwood location I felt like. Parking! Oof!!! There is no parking. It's a shared lot and most spaces were reserved. Be prepared to park at the street and walk up. But overall this location I would consider booking a party at.

Great place! Friendly staff and clean. The music is just loud enough, and you can still talk with others as you bounce around with your grandson.

Great place for kids to jump and get their energy out. Parents can jump with them too.

What does the 'open tables' area look like for birthday parties that are NOT in the party rooms? Anyone have photos of area please?

They're down by the lobby/ arcade areas, around a dozen of them. I have been there from various days and times and they are usually all occupied. I would suggest arriving early (bring someone else too if you need multiple) to claim a table if you… Read more

Do we bring our own cake? Party favors?

Does the child have to leave once the party is over? If you book a party.

Can you bring outside food in or have pizza ordered?

You used to be able to when it was sky high but under new management and the name change I would advise calling them. Their snack bar had great options as well.

Are they dog friendly?

Yes! No worries. We're love all pet. ^_^

Does the birthday package include decorations?

No decorations are not included, but our party rooms are very bright and decorated with Rockinjump images and frogs. Take a look on Google Maps at the pictures people post … 75% of our parties do not bring extra decorations in. But you are welcome… Read more

Do birthday party packages include socks or do you have to buy them separately?

Are the party rooms different from each other? Is one better than the other? Thank you!

All party rooms around the same size but party room 2 only has 2 tables

Do parents need to buy a ticket if not jumping?

No, only jumpers need to pay

Please advise on the current Covid policy? Are jumpers required to wear masks? I can only find confirmation that staff are wearing masks. Hoping jumpers will be wearing masks since kids aren't vaccinated yet.

Only staff are required to wear masks - neither jumpers nor guests were required to wear masks

Glad you're opening soon! Will the kids (jumping) be expected to wear asks at all times (even when jumping)?

Lost of new areas like the stunt bag and had great workers that helped me and my friends to be organized during our dodgeball game.

Everything else is taken care of. Decorations not necessary given the space. They even have tablecloths and serve the pizza for you. Staffing was excellent- great employee to kid ratios. I would say it's best for ages 4 and up, not younger toddlers. The only downsides are you do have to book at midnight the time it opens 2 months ahead if you want a guaranteed spot (even then may not get it!). Fairly pricey, and if over base amount of kids included gets even pricier. It was definitely worth it given everything they do.

My daughter, now 8, has attended Encore's summer camps in previous years when she was 6 and 7. She…read moreis autistic--funny, sweet, and energetic--but she can sometimes struggle with following directions. When she first attended at 6, we had a great experience, and even spoke with someone who said they specialized in supporting children with special needs. That gave us a lot of confidence in returning the following summer. When she was 7, we enrolled her for several weeks in the afternoons after her summer school program. We were assured that she was welcome and that there would be no issues. The first week went smoothly. During the second week, however, we were told she wasn't staying with the group the entire time and that it was a safety concern. Instead of working with us on strategies or accommodations, we were abruptly told it would be best if she not return for the rest of the summer. This left us without childcare for weeks during a time when both my spouse and I work full‑time. Despite that experience, we still hoped things could be different this year. Our daughter has grown a lot, and with ADHD medication, many of the behaviors they struggled with have improved significantly. We planned to sign her--and our son--up for just one week. But when I tried to register, I discovered there was a hold on our account. After calling and being told someone would get back to me, I was later informed that they were "too worried" about my daughter being a problem again. No one asked whether anything had changed since last year. Instead, I was told we could send her only if we provided an aide or a family member to supervise her the entire time. If we had a family member available to supervise, we wouldn't need a camp. And paying for an aide on top of an already expensive camp simply isn't feasible for most families. My advice to other parents: if your child is autistic, on the spectrum, or simply not a perfectly rule‑following child, think carefully before signing up. In our experience, Encore did not offer support, collaboration, or solutions--only exclusion. It's painful to see an 8‑year‑old who means no harm turned away instead of being met with understanding and partnership. Families deserve better, and so do our kids. I am giving this two stars because I imagine if you have neurotypical children the camp is fine.

My little person always finds a "friend" and enjoys her time. For food, I only order the stuffed crust (+ $3) version of whatever pizza my daughter wants - usually cheese. Without stuffed crust, the order is either severely delayed, forgotten or the toppings are nonexistent - veggie combo or pepperoni. Only purchase the medium ($19.99) or higher sizes as the personal is $13.99 and smaller than the paper plates provided (4 slices tiny). Drinks: Our daughter has the cup with unlimited refills when she brings it with her. I do like that part, only have to pay for the cup ($2.99) once then unlimited refills for life of the cup. I've purchased lots of cups because either our daughter or her friend like to chew the straw. Since the straw is plastic it cracks, then breaks making it useless. Staff is usually friendly when we visit. There is a gentleman who is usually at the front of the house. He is always full of smiles, friendly and genuinely kind. I always enjoy seeing his face when we visit. There are a few other staff members at this location that are a sunshine to see and talk with. This location is generally clean, rides are typically well serviced and staff maintains clean tables to sit at. The jump house/adventure zone is well monitored eliminating overcrowding from children who did not pay for this area of play. Our daughter usually finds a new friend or two to play with on each of our visits. I think that's really cool for her and enhances the experience. Other kids are generally well mannered and play together.

Parking was not too bad and it's relatively easy to find a spot. I will have to say that the location was relatively clean. I was really impressed with the bathrooms and how clean they looked and smelled. Check-in was really fast and easy. We didn't come for a birthday party, we just came to have fun for a couple hours. There are a variety of options you can choose for playing games. We chose the option versus the points option. Both options do allow you to get tickets which are now electronic on your card and you can cash those in afterwards if you'd like a prize. We also ended up getting pizza and some drinks as well. They do have a salad bar and it appeared pretty decent and they appeared to stock it routinely but I just don't think I'd be interested in that option given the high traffic of the area where the salad bar is located. The pizza was thin crust and not too bad, but you're not there for the pizza. The newest addition to Chuck E. Cheese is the play zone for kids. This is an additional $15 on top of the price for gameplay and food. I would say that the place zone is definitely geared towards kids from probably two or three years old to five or six. It's not that big and it's just a little area, so if you're coming for a birthday or if you're coming just have fun, you aren't gonna miss out on that much if you choose not to include that option. I will say that I am thoroughly impressed with the staff at this location. I am especially impressed with the one staff member that was actively checking each child and adult as they left to ensure that an adult with no stamp was leaving with a child with a stamp. I really appreciated that attention to detail. This was a great way to pass the time and the kids had a lot of fun. Just keep in mind that there's always a birthday party or two or three going on at once, so time and pace yourself and plan accordingly.

It sounds very weird, as if it's an email or website. "Cheergyms .com" is not an eye catching All Star cheer gym name. Are the owners that insecure and desperate that they had to name it an internet URL, so it shows up quickly on google searches? The time theme of all the teams is quite dorky and nerdy like you Danny. Is the theme of the team program math and you have to calculate the time?? It feels quirky and not very creative or memorable compared to other gyms with stronger branding and identity. My bigger concern is that the coaches seem to teach improper technique and not correct their athletes. Their athletes' back-walkovers and cartwheels could truly improve if they just coached them to straighten their legs a bit more. They have quite an unusual and bad jump approach and landing. I'm concerned the landing could hurt the athletes' backs because they teach them to have a bent over hunched back. Aren't they embarrassed of the technique style and name choices the gym uses? What time is it??! IT'S CLOCK TIME!!!!! Cheergyms .com should make a team called Clock Time!! Btw the colored cheer shoe laces are very unoriginal!
