For play, this is a great place to visit with your little person. Mine is 6 and she enjoys the trampoline and ninja run the most. With the Silver membership it's 30% off the regular price. My little person always finds a "friend" and enjoys her time. For food, I only order the stuffed crust (+ $3) version of whatever pizza my daughter wants - usually cheese. Without stuffed crust, the order is either severely delayed, forgotten or the toppings are nonexistent - veggie combo or pepperoni. Only purchase the medium ($19.99) or higher sizes as the personal is $13.99 and smaller than the paper plates provided (4 slices tiny). Drinks: Our daughter has the cup with unlimited refills when she brings it with her. I do like that part, only have to pay for the cup ($2.99) once then unlimited refills for life of the cup. I've purchased lots of cups because either our daughter or her friend like to chew the straw. Since the straw is plastic it cracks, then breaks making it useless. Staff is usually friendly when we visit. There is a gentleman who is usually at the front of the house. He is always full of smiles, friendly and genuinely kind. I always enjoy seeing his face when we visit. There are a few other staff members at this location that are a sunshine to see and talk with. This location is generally clean, rides are typically well serviced and staff maintains clean tables to sit at. The jump house/adventure zone is well monitored eliminating overcrowding from children who did not pay for this area of play. Our daughter usually finds a new friend or two to play with on each of our visits. I think that's really cool for her and enhances the experience. I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in years and this was my first time at this location. We went here on the whim just to do something fun with the kids for a couple hours. Parking was not too bad and it's relatively easy to find a spot. I will have to say that the location was relatively clean. I was really impressed with the bathrooms and how clean they looked and smelled. Check-in was really fast and easy. We didn't come for a birthday party, we just came to have fun for a couple hours. There are a variety of options you can choose for playing games. We chose the option versus the points option. Both options do allow you to get tickets which are now electronic on your card and you can cash those in afterwards if you'd like a prize. We also ended up getting pizza and some drinks as well. They do have a salad bar and it appeared pretty decent and they appeared to stock it routinely but I just don't think I'd be interested in that option given the high traffic of the area where the salad bar is located. The pizza was thin crust and not too bad, but you're not there for the pizza. The newest addition to Chuck E. Cheese is the play zone for kids. This is an additional $15 on top of the price for gameplay and food. I would say that the place zone is definitely geared towards kids from probably two or three years old to five or six. It's not that big and it's just a little area, so if you're coming for a birthday or if you're coming just have fun, you aren't gonna miss out on that much if you choose not to include that option. I will say that I am thoroughly impressed with the staff at this location. I am especially impressed with the one staff member that was actively checking each child and adult as they left to ensure that an adult with no stamp was leaving with a child with a stamp. I really appreciated that attention to detail. This was a great way to pass the time and the kids had a lot of fun. I've been here a handful of times prior to hosting my daughter's birthday here. The first couple of times she was too young to really play anything so I can't say much about our experience. The food didn't seem to be an issue either. The last time we visited before her birthday was this past October & she had so much fun she insisted that's what she wanted to do for her birthday this December. Although, I received multiple calls about the same thing and to confirm her party I personally appreciated it. The employees were friendly on the phone and were willing to answer any questions. My main concern after reading all the negative reviews was worrying about the food taking hella long. I found out you could order the food on the app and I confirmed this with every employee that called me. Ok bet... HOWEVER, they did not inform me that they receive delayed "tickets." Because the guests were diabetic adults and small children including mine, and my party was booked for 12:30PM I wanted to make sure the food was READY as soon as the party started. I placed an order for 10 pizzas, 2 XL wings, and 4 cheesy breads to be ready for pick up at 12:30 PM. When I got to the pickup spot at 12:45PM ish the employee told me it was going to take AT LEAST an hour because he just got the order ticket for it. I SAID WHAT YOU MEAN?! Obviously upset, I was like ok well I'm going to need to bring food from somewhere else if that's the case. I hunted down one of the employees who initially checked me in and she apologized and said she was going to get in the kitchen to help him expedite the process and it shouldn't be longer than 30 mins. Long story short, they delivered. A little late, but just in time before my guests were hangry. The ONE dude in the kitchen was honestly hella friendly I apologized if I came off rude. & my guests were surprised at how good Chuck E. Cheese pizza actually was LOL. I only got the stuffed crust for all the pizzas and lemon pepper for the wings. The wings were gone I didn't even get to try one. As for the service, yes they are busy and yes they probably are understaffed but all the girls that were helping out were hella friendly, helpful, and checked in with me to make sure everything was satisfactory. My daughter loved her Grinch themed Chuck E. Cheese birthday party & we got so many compliments on our decor. Idk if it was the time booked but there were multiple parties leaving the 10:30 time slot and they gave me 2 tables for my 12:30 party and there was only one other party of like maybe 6 kids next to us. It was the perfect time to book. I noticed even with the 2:30 time slot hella different parties came in and they also brought their own decor and crowd so I'm glad we came at a slow time because we always come in deep. I've been to Chuck E. Cheese in Concord a few times now for different kids' birthday parties, and it's been consistently disappointing. Out of all my visits, there was only one time someone was actually at the front giving out hand stamps when we walked in. After that? Nothing. And when people are exiting, there's never anyone checking stamps. What's the point of the stamp at all? It's supposed to be for safety for the children, but it feels completely meaningless if it's not enforced. The food situation is just as bad. The pizzas take forever to come out, which is especially frustrating when you're there with hungry kids at a party. On top of that, it seems like half the games are always broken, so kids are constantly bouncing from machine to machine trying to find something that works. Even when you do manage to rack up tickets, the prizes aren't worth it anymore. Cheap, low-quality items that barely feel like a reward. Overall, Chuck E. Cheese is just not what it used to be. This woman didn't just "give attitude"--she exploded at me in front of my children, including my disabled son. She screamed so loudly and so violently that my kids were shaking and crying. The fear on my son's face is something I will never forget. Multiple families picked up their children and rushed out because the situation felt unsafe and out of control. The child looked confused and embarrassed, and the entire moment felt unnecessary and cruel. No child deserves to be treated like that--ever. I have reached out to corporate over 100 times, and the fact that they've ignored every single message shows how little they care about the safety and emotional well-being of families. Meanwhile, I'm stuck paying for a 12-month membership I cannot cancel, and my children refuse to go back because of how traumatizing the encounter was. This woman has no control over her anger, no professionalism, no compassion, and no business being employed anywhere near children. Yet here were their kids definitely not sick or disabled just wild, unruly, and making the place unbearable for everyone else. There's maybe one worker for every 20 customers, and those poor employees are getting harassed and screamed at nonstop. I don't blame them they looked completely defeated. The blame falls on corporate, who clearly doesn't care about cleanliness, safety, or providing enough staff to manage the chaos. She also said that my daughter's table would be finished soon with her name card, kids plates, etc. Guests start to arrive and my nerves calmed down. The kids are having fun and time is moving by. Fast forward toward the end of the party after pizza. Chuck E comes out for the dance party & after we had cake. The package I ordered came with ice cream, goodie bags, and the ticket blaster. We never got the ice cream, we had to remind them about the ticket blaster and the goodie bags (some of my guests had already left by that point). My daughter's name was never put up on the table. No one was professional or prepared for our party. I feel if we didn't remind them of all the things they forgot, they would've never been given to us. Where a kid can be a kid but gaaaah daaamn does it cost an arm and leg! They've upgraded so gone are the days where you get tokens and tickets. You can purchase a game card with unlimited play, starting at as little as 30 min, or you can get a card with "points". TBH I don't think the points system is all that bad of a deal because then you're not in a rush to try to maximize your unlimited play, and games are only about 1-2 points each. When you use your unlimited play card, you have to wait about 30 seconds between each scan, so it can be a little frustrating when you're trying to move onto the next thing or if you're trying to juggle multiple kids and they all want to be playing something at once. You do get 1 pause, which you can initiate at the green machine by the salad bar. Once you're ready to play again, just tap your card at any game and your time counter will resume. We added on the trampoline jump for our daughter which was another $15 with game card purchase. If you aren't buying a game card, it's $25. It's a rip off either way because the jump zone is tiny AF. My daughter got hurt even though there were only two other kids jumping at the time. They bumped into her and she fell onto the middle divider which is pretty hard. She isn't one to cry when she falls, but she was in so much pain, she was bawling and couldn't even stand. We gave her some time to rest, and eat, and while we were able to continue playing games, she could not put pressure on her leg at all. She was limping, and asking to be carried only. Luckily nothing was broken, but still! The staff member did tell the other kids they were jumping too hard.. but I feel like it's just a combination of how the trampoline area is constructed/size, plus the kids running and jumping. I do not recommend adding this on at all, you'd be better off at Jumpity Bumpity. The staff are fairly nice there. The guy helping us was super patient about explaining everything and what it meant since it had been years since we've been to a Chuck E Cheese. There can be a bit of a wait at the cashier's line since this is the same place your purchase your game card and food. PRO TIP- order your food by scanning the QR code on the tables. I didn't see this and waited in line for a good while just to order. Not sure how it works with online order though, because when you order at the register, they give you a buzzer when your food is ready. The food takes HELLAAAAAAA long, so maybe order ahead. We had wings and a medium pizza and it took over half an hour to wait. The pizza prices are okay I suppose, especially if you're just getting a single topping. However, the wings are not worth it at all! I wanted two flavors so we had to get a medium sized order. The wings are TINYYYYYYY and cost about $31 pre tax. They claim this feeds 4... It doesn't. Served with carrots and ranch, no celery. The medium pizza, medium wings, and 1 soft drink set us back $60.... YIKES. The girl working the prizes was cluuuuelesss..I would ask her things and she just wouldn't respond at all. It was to the point I really thought that maybe she was a person with a disability so I maintained my patience. Turns out, she can speak and she can hear. Such a puzzling interaction. Anyways, we got our prizes and left! Never to return! JK.. we'll be back, but it won't be in a rush. read more

We don't normally have family days much and had a opportunity today and chose ChuckE Cheese for the nephew and niece and they got 45 minutes each plus the climbing cage which I believe is extra money on top of that ordered a Large stuffed crust pizza. I started noticing as the kids were playing that a lot of games were E2 which means error or it doesn't work my niece went to the Photo Booth and was very excited and it was out of service and we paid money for these kids to have a good time.. We continued and the pizza came and this pizza didn't even have cheese on all of it and was quite soft.. Just a let down. My niece and I were excited to play air hockey and no puck came out.. Need I say more or even name the specific games. We don't get to do this often and this was not a cheap place to go to. As far as the venue goes it really needs to do better. read more

We were here for a party but this place gets zero stars for sure! What's the use of them having to stamp the parent's arm and the kids arm if they don't check it before we leave the building? Someone could take your child. I mean of course we should supervise our children, but I'm just sayin'. No one was at the front to check. Most of the games were broken. When it was time for the kids to get prizes, there was only one person at the counter. The girl asked her coworker if he wanted to take her place and he was like ok. Very bad service, I won't go again. I bought a fun pass last week. I took my two kids there yesterday. The front desk couldn't find my fun pass, and then he asked the manager to help me solve it. Then the manager came, but she couldn't find it either, and then she asking me to wait for a long time. I saw that they were serving other people who came later than me, and I was standing next to them. They didn't even look at me, and kept helping the people who came later. I waited too long, so I asked her how long I had to wait to find out what was going on with my card, why didn't you serve me when I came first, but served the people who came later, what kind of attitude is this. We purchased the 2 month Summer Special and brought our 3 grandkids. We are allotted 250 games each day. The 3 kids burned through the 250 games in 90 minutes. It seemed unreasonable that they were burned through so quickly. I wonder how accurate the numbers are. I'll have to watch how they're scanning their cards later to make sure they're not losing games due to user error. Trampoline play was extra$$. SO glad we didn't pay for it. Wasn't much of a bounce! Seriously understaffed! Although the staff that was there were pleasant, there was a wait for everything on this Sunday afternoon around 3pm. We waited to get in. Amazing customer service from Ester! We were using a voucher and their system wasn't working. While waiting for the computer to work Ester gave my kids a complementary card with 30 point free play. After the using up the complementary card, waiting some more and finishing our pizza I went to Ester for the 4th time. The computer system still wasn't working. She saw my kids wandering around watching others play and worked her magic. Ester gave me my two card with one hour of unlimited play. Pizza was good, garlic butter on crust and we had half cheese half sausage pizza. Tables were clean. Game are was clean. All the machines worked. We took a bunch of photos at photobooth.
