I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. The slides and play structures were really cool and my little one had such a fun time running around and exploring. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Overall, it was a fun experience and my baby left tired and happy which is always a win. Would definitely come back. Just wish there was a location closer to Morgan Hill!

Sophie, our party attendant, was super helpful and made sure we stayed within our timeline. Daniela was also very responsive and answer any questions I had. The facility itself was very clean, there's always someone cleaning. Lots of activities for kids to do and all very safe as well. I would definitely bring my daughter here again and recommend hosting a party here if you're thinking about planning a birthday party.

I had a very disappointing experience at Jumpity Bumpity today, and I would not recommend it to…read moreother families. The experience started at the front desk, where the staff member was extremely rude, condescending, and dismissive. Rather than being welcoming or helpful, she came across as disrespectful and completely uninterested in assisting customers. To make matters worse, the staff were cleaning the play equipment while children were actively playing. My child slipped on one of the slides and ended up with cleaning chemicals all over his shorts. This raises serious concerns about safety, as cleaning should never be done in areas where children are actively using the equipment. We also spent money on several of the arcade machines, many of which felt designed to encourage repeated play without giving children a fair chance of winning. The situation became even more frustrating when I reported that the excavator machine wasn't working properly. The staff member made me repeat the issue four separate times before finally walking over to the play area. It was clear the machine wasn't functioning correctly. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she attempted to show that it was working. When it became obvious that it wasn't, she simply switched on a different machine and walked away without offering an apology, an explanation, or any effort to resolve the problem. No customer should be treated with that level of disrespect, especially when they are paying to support a business. Basic courtesy, professionalism, and good customer service go a long way, but unfortunately none of those were demonstrated during our visit. The difference in customer service compared to places like Kidtopia is remarkable. Kidtopia's staff are welcoming, respectful, and genuinely helpful. At least take a crash course from staff at Build A Bear that are right around the corner. Overall, this was one of the worst family entertainment experiences we've had. Between the rude customer service, unsafe cleaning practices, and malfunctioning arcade equipment, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Families deserve to be treated with respect and should be able to trust that their children can play safely. Unfortunately, this place fell far short of those expectations, and I will not be returning or recommending it to anyone.

Their online reservation/booking system is a breeze, and they're always quick to answer the phone if we ever have any questions. We have been taking our son there since he was 10 months old. He is 15 months old now, and I feel safe allowing my son play as he wants to. I don't have to worry about his safety or eating anything small. We typically like to go on weekday mornings where there aren't many people there, but they do a great job in maintaining a safe play space even when there are plenty of other children. They have such creative and fun events too! I personally have not taken part in any, yet, but I appreciate they take the time to create fun events and memories for the kids.

Even now, we continue to contact Zyland to book character entertainment for birthday celebrations. They also offer military discounts - we are grateful for the support! We recently hired Sonic the Hedgehog for my son's birthday party, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Communication leading up to the event was clear and seamless. While the character performer and assistant arrived about 15 minutes late without prior notification (I had to reach out for a status update), the situation was handled thoughtfully. Thankfully, the martial arts studio hosting the party graciously stayed open beyond our reserved timeframe, and the Zyland team extended their time with us to make up for the delay. They even incorporated a martial arts demonstration into the performance, which made the experience especially entertaining and memorable for the children. During the 30-minute visit, the kids danced with Sonic while bubbles filled the room, took photos, and watched Sonic break a board using his "super Sonic powers," which the children absolutely loved. We would have enjoyed a bit more enthusiasm and energy from Sonic during the dancing portions, but overall the kids had an amazing time and left smiling and excited.

This is a long overdue review. My 5 year old daughter had her birthday here back in 2024. Highly…read morerecommend. We did the party package where you had play time in the playground, then time in party room, then arcade. We chose last time slot on a Saturday I think. Since the play time is timed I'd recommend warning all your guests about it and have them arrive early. We sent all the parents a schedule and heads up so things could run super smooth and the kids could enjoy every minute of play time. Parking is very limited since it's a super small lot and there's a party ahead of you too. The host family has a reserved parking spot out front but our guests definitely need to just find street parking, they came early and seemed to find parking fine. Staff will collect bday gifts in a cart which is super helpful. The indoor play structure is super big and spacious and has a toddler area too. A big kids track with basketball like area with soft balls is right next to play area and had some areas for adults to sit. Adults can chill upstairs in the lounge area too. Play area is gated. You have option to have staff lead the kids in a series of games at the track area which is great way to get the entire party together at end of play time which my daughter loved. Afterwards the kids line up n wash hands n everyone is led upstairs to the party room. The party room is like jungle safari theme decorated painted on the walls. Space is a bit tight/cramped but good air flow and fine. Staff will walk around serving the kids food which is great. Everyone can eat and enjoy without the adults spending time to serve and feed the kids. Afterwards we went down to arcade room and played and you get tickets and redeem for prize. Everyone was able to walk away with a prize which is perfect. Only downside is it gets hot. "Arcade area definitely needs a remodel with AC or at minimum very good fans. I would suggest the owners to highly consider this as it's a bit run down looking compared to the rest of the facility". But even if a remodel is not done, the arcade area is good as is. Maybe buying a few portable fans to hand out to the few guests who might overheat is good enough. Guests had so much fun !! and we got a lot compliments how well run everything was !! They have a food vendor which was perfect too. We plan to have our daughter's 7th bday here again this year as we can't find a better venue that can be so spacious and run so well. Definitely 5 stars. At end of the night, the staff loaded our car with gifts, leftover food. For us, the less work the better so we can actually enjoy the party while hosting. Thank you so much to all the staff and for leading that game time too.

Very easy and convenient. You show your ID to pick up your kid - very safe. 4) the kids did so many activities throughout the day.
