Zyland Indoor Playground - Zyland was awsome

All the toddlers had lots of fun! Boys and girls enjoyed play stations catered to toddlers, they played on play structures, road bikes, played with play kitchens etc. I arrived late for set up and the owner helped me put out some table cloths and offered to set up our goodie bag table. This is a family owned business and their care and compassion reflect that. The facility was clean and cared for. We will definitely book another party with them!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!…read more Hands down the best indoor play place in Concord! From the moment we walked in, the staff completely blew us away -- so kind, so helpful, and incredibly informative. You can tell they genuinely care about both the kids and the parents, which makes such a difference. The space itself is a dream. There are so many thoughtfully designed rooms, perfect for every stage -- from tiny infants all the way up to about age 6 or 7. Every area is engaging, clean, and set up to encourage imaginative, safe play. My child was entertained the entire time and didn't want to leave! One of my favorite touches as a parent was the calm nursing area -- quiet, comfortable, and such a blessing. And can we talk about the FREE coffee station for adults?! That alone deserves an extra star Plus, there are plenty of comfy places to sit, so you're not stuck awkwardly standing or chasing exhaustion the whole time. This place truly thought of everything. It's welcoming, relaxing, fun, and family-friendly in the best way possible. We will 100% be back again and again. Highly, highly recommend to anyone with little ones!

They put up the banners and did the tablecloths, which I was not expecting but very impressed. All our guests loved the place and had an amazing time. We had some slightly older siblings that also seemed to be enjoying everything also. We did the 2 hour party but I wish we did the private party for longer. There was a random kid that wandered into the party area and also an elderly woman and a baby that was not part of our party. They have a cart for the presents, but I would suggest offering a cart to bring in the decor & cake as we had to make a few trips. We had such a great time at the venue, perhaps we can repeat for next year!

Other reviews are spot on, though. The lines can get long, it feels overcrowded pretty quickly, and the staff doesn't seem particularly engaged (at all). None of that is ideal, but honestly, I can look past those things. My biggest concern is the age range. During our visit this morning, there were several older kids (around 10-12 years old) tearing through the play areas, running up slides clearly marked not to do so, and pushing past both adults and younger children. I watched two babies get knocked over, tears and all. While I believe parents should absolutely manage their kids' behavior, the age gap itself feels like the core issue. Having toddlers and babies in the same play area doesn't feel safe. I understand the challenge: families with younger kids and older siblings want a place everyone can enjoy, and birthday parties often include mixed ages. But the reality is that older kids are naturally more rambunctious, and there's nothing wrong with that. This space just isn't designed for them. Ultimately, it feels like an accident waiting to happen. Great concept and a hit with younger kids, but the lack of age separation makes it hard to feel fully comfortable from a safety standpoint.

We've been here for camp, open play, and birthday parties. Always a clean play place!…read more This review is specifically for the summer camp. My daughter really enjoyed it. As a parent, a few things that I really liked about this camp: 1) they provide snack 2) they make sure the kids wash their hands 3) they have a drive thru pick up/ drop off system. Very easy and convenient. You show your ID to pick up your kid - very safe. 4) the kids did so many activities throughout the day. They would play games and do crafts and it seemed like the workers were very engaged with the kids 5) they share pictures with you at the end of the week. You can also find pictures on instagram each day Great place, highly recommend!

They run multiple parties at the same time and you rotate hourly between the gym, food, and arcade. Gym: Nice play structure with a small area for younger kids. Probably most ideal for kids 3-5. Food: Aside from cake, you have to utilize their food options. We had pizza, fried chicken, juice/water/soda and fruit. The dining area is quite small so if you are expecting more than 30 total people, you will feel like sardines. Arcade: Geared towards young kids, but they also have skeeball. Birthday packages are on the pricey side (starting at $750) so probably would wait until kids are at least 4-5 so that they can enjoy everything.
