He is 15 months old now, and I feel safe allowing my son play as he wants to. I don't have to worry about his safety or eating anything small. We typically like to go on weekday mornings where there aren't many people there, but they do a great job in maintaining a safe play space even when there are plenty of other children. They have such creative and fun events too! I personally have not taken part in any, yet, but I appreciate they take the time to create fun events and memories for the kids.

We recently hired Sonic the Hedgehog for my son's birthday party, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Communication leading up to the event was clear and seamless. While the character performer and assistant arrived about 15 minutes late without prior notification (I had to reach out for a status update), the situation was handled thoughtfully. Thankfully, the martial arts studio hosting the party graciously stayed open beyond our reserved timeframe, and the Zyland team extended their time with us to make up for the delay. They even incorporated a martial arts demonstration into the performance, which made the experience especially entertaining and memorable for the children. During the 30-minute visit, the kids danced with Sonic while bubbles filled the room, took photos, and watched Sonic break a board using his "super Sonic powers," which the children absolutely loved. We would have enjoyed a bit more enthusiasm and energy from Sonic during the dancing portions, but overall the kids had an amazing time and left smiling and excited.

Leila did a wonderful job leading the activities and keeping a group of 16 children engaged with age-appropriate options. Even the younger kids who wanted to participate were included, and everything ran smoothly despite the excitement that comes with a room full of toddlers. One thing I especially appreciated was how easy the experience felt as a parent. The party room was fully cleaned afterward, and our belongings were neatly organized, which allowed me to actually enjoy the party rather than stress about logistics. We also come regularly for Open Play, and it's always a great experience. The space is consistently safe, clean, and well-run, which is why we keep coming back. They usually have 3 separate obstacle courses set up for the kids to play in small groups, which change every week to keep things new and exciting. Think: balance beams, rope swings, climbing walls, monkey bars, stepping stones, etc. The instructors are really hands on when needed, and let the kids do their thing when they've mastered a move. My youngest had some gross and fine motor skill delays before we started here and grew by leaps and bounds with Arista and her team. He enjoyed it a lot more than his other PT/OT sessions -- though he was actually working on a lot of the same skills. His strength, balance, and coordination improved significantly and he had completely caught up before his next well-child visit. As with all activities, this one eventually dropped off our weekly schedule but my boys still beg to come back for the monthly ninja nights. They get pizza, 2.5 hours of ninja warrior fun, and a slightly later bedtime than usual. What's not to love?!

Miss Julie and the Little Acres teachers are wonderful - they are kind, patient, and passionate about education and child development. The program is very well developed, and keeps the children engaged and interested in exploring and learning. Our kids have thrived under their care and direction, and were more than prepared to take on Kindergarten! Additionally, the after school care program was a wonderful bonus to allow for extended care. All the after school care teachers are engaging, fun, creative and clearly dedicated to childhood learning and development. Overall it's an extremely well-run program, and we could not be happier to have WACC as a part of our kid's lives. Our kids are always so happy at the center, it's often the highlight of their day!
