I brought my kid to a birthday party here, and as a parent/spectator, this place was fun! The kids were all around 5-6yo, with some older and some younger siblings. The parents who were hosting said price was good and they made the planning/experience seemless. This Pump It Up is a little smaller than the location in Pleasanton we've also been to, but that's not a bad thing. We've also been to birthdays at Rockin' Jump (just across the street!). I think Pump It Up is slightly better for smaller kids, and Rockin' Jump is slightly better for older/bigger kids. Would happy consider for my kid's birthday. read more

I didn't love it for my toddler. It consisted of 2 very tall inflatable slides a smaller one and a carnival style ball throwing game. There was also a big connect four and a small basket ball hoop. For $18 I just expected more. I had to go with my toddler on everything to support him because he was scared and if he fell it would be from a great height. read more

We celebrated my son's 5th birthday here last year and have booked another time to celebrate his 6th one coming up! It is clean, spacious, private room, and everything is done for you according to the package you choose. This year I chose the package where goodies bags aren't included, so my son may enjoy choosing items for it himself. There is a sitting area for the parents to sit, chat, and watch their kids jump all over the inflatable slides and mazes. Btw, dress accordingly because the room gets humid with all the activity. We enjoyed the air hockey table too, so bring quarters because it eats up money quickly. The food from the menu was delicious. The garlic breadsticks were particular yummy. I should have ordered more because some of the older kids finished them. The only items you are allowed to bring in are dessert such as cake, cookies or cupcakes, dry prepackaged snacks such as chips without the dip, goldfish, fruit snacks, and bottle water only. My one con is that it is expensive and due to the package we could afford, I had to tell my son we could only invite 13 jumpers when we wanted to invite everyone he knew. They have some flexibility though in that you can pay for additional jumpers if more arrive the day of the event. read more

Pump it Up is probably one of my favorite places for birthdays for kids. We had ages 2-13 for a party and everyone had a blast. Years ago there was one in Oakley which closed with the pandemic. We took a chance and booked here, site unseen, I'm glad we did! Our event was on 1/6 at 1pm. When I booked it I put down a $100 deposit. Pump it Up called me within a week of booking and then called me the week of the party to confirm guest count, party packages, etc. that in itself is very impressive. When you book there's a ton of add on options. Like balloon drop, bubbles, etc. we opted not to add anything because my son who is two can get overwhelmed. Kept it simple. We did the deluxe party for 15 kids. Here are some tips (although you may want to double check with the venue to ensure the rules haven't changed): *Sign the waiver in advance- it saves everyone time (even the adults). They will email you a link. I took that link and texted it to my party. If someone doesn't sign it, no worries. Just show up 15 minutes before the party to take care of it. *all jumpers must wear socks. *we brought a cooler with sodas and waters. The juice came with our package. *we could also bring bagged snacks without nuts. So we bought from Winco a large box of bagged chips and other treats. *they had high chairs for little ones, that was great! *we made cupcakes and brought them in. Our organizer made the cupcakes in a figure 8, that was sweet! Don't forget the candles. *preorder the pizza when you get the call the week of the party. If you wait until the day of it's too late (it's Roundtable which is delish) *there are some table games that require quarters. The adults played this and Jenga. That was a hit. *because we did the deluxe party we didn't get balloons or goodie bags. We made our own, which was preffered to stick with our theme we selected. What sold me is the staff: the manager greeted up, my daughter got a cute crown. She checked up on us no less than a dozen times. Just wow. The service alone, cream of the crop. We gathered in the lobby, started on time. As the kids played the games the staff would quickly reset them. Again, really great staff. The pump it up inflatables definitely has some significant wear. But that didn't stop the kids from having a blast, even I went down the huge slide. Bonus: as we moved to the food room the staff was already working to sanitize everything and offered hair sanitizer as we went inside. Then before we moved to the party into the food room the attendant came and had me look at everything, they set it up beautifully. When we moved my daughter loved her throne. You can leave gratuity at the end of the event. They did the set up, passed out all the food and drink. It was so great. One kid fell and within 10 seconds a staff had an ice pack in hand. Overall loved it! Worth the drive and price. Highly recommend for parties! read more

My daughter was begging for a party at Pump it Up and we had recently moved so I booked her party here sight unseen. The website looked great but the instagram, Facebook and yelp reviews were unfavorable and it was hard to get a feel for the space. I spent the week leading up to the party worrying that I had made a terrible decision. We had the party and the kids had a blast! The space was perfect for 25 kids and the balloon drop was insanely fun for all. The time went by so quickly and the kids did not want to leave. There were 4 large inflatables that kept the kids throughly entertained. The staff was attentive and helped the party run smoothly. Joel made sure the kids were engaged and playing, Carla was great with set up and timing updates, and Brian was so helpful in the party room serving pizza and cake. read more

BEST DAY EVER!!! I signed my kids up for an Easter Egg Hunt event,,,, and IT WAS AMAZING! We've been here many times for Birthday parties and always felt that it was fun, clean, and overall great place for kids. But today was just... over the top BEST DAY EVER! Check in was a breeze with Carla the supervisor, very kind and welcoming. The easter event started with lights on and hunting for empty plastic eggs (traded in later for a goodie bag!) they ran and grabbed TONS of eggs to their heart's content. Then it was all free play with glow necklaces, music, and black light! Jasmine was a lady on the mic, she made the event run to plan and smooth so we knew the flow thanks to her. It was a 1.5 hour event and my kids were tuckered out!! a HUGE rave and shoutout goes to Jarred, he's the reason why I wanted to write a review! Jarred is amazing with kids, I've got a shy boy but Jarred got him to shoot hoops together in one the bounce structures, my son said that was the most fun of the whole day!! it was so cool to have someone that works there be like a big brother and play with the kids. What a special experience,,, i cant thank him enough. At the end the Easter Bunny came by!! We took a picture, grabbed our eggs and traded it in for a goodie bag and called it a day! This place has gone downhill. The room smells Of "corn chips" .. inflatables are all old and falling apart.. the kids couldn't even climb up the main slide by themselves because the grips were not usable ... the javelin sticks are worn down.. they have one big inflatable where u try and climb up but there are a couple of grips u can grab and actually use. Ive been here many times and while it's fun for the kids, the place has gone down hill in terms of keeping up with their inflatables. They definitely needed to have retired the ones in the jump room. The stairs to the slide where so old they collapsed under a 7 years olds weight, making it difficult to get to the top, the javelin sticks where faded, cracked and patched with duct tape, the building blocks where dirty and sticky once in the Party room, the big birthday chair is worn looking and shabby. If I am paying through the nose to host a party here, I at least expect the equipment to be nice looking, clean and in proper working order. The only thing going for this place right now is friendly staff. read more

Great spot for a birthday party! We hosted my son's 5th bday here today and it was so seamless and easy. The facility is clean (and I even saw them wiping down everything after our party) and the perfect size for this age group. I loved that we got the whole space to ourselves for the party. There were four giant blow ups, air hockey (you need to bring quarters), giant Jenga, giant connect four, and a ball toss area. The kids were thoroughly entertained and loved the options. I came here for a friend's party. The place is by the freeway towards the back of building. The place inside is a huge room that kids can play. If you do a party here they will count every second. My friend did not pay for the ballon toss but they still put the balloons up for the next party. Kids being kids they don't understand they can't have a balloon so that was annoying. You play for a while in a big room. Then I'm the room where you eat is extremely rushed. We sang happy birthday then had pizza but didn't have time for presents. It's okay for a small party but if you're going to have a large party somewhere else is probably better. Overall okay the kids do have fun here. read more

This location is on the smaller side, more intimate. The equipment is on the older side. They space is small, so not a lot of floor space to just run around. I saw them wipe down the equipment before our party started. I asked to dim the lights and lower the music, and they did. If you forget quarters for the air hockey table, no worries, they are ready. If you forget something else, they are prepared. If your guests forget something (socks), they have them too. You may have to pay a token fee. Skye, was our server and she set up our party room while the kids jumped. This is such a nice service. It allows the host to chat with the other parents or watch the kids. It also means you are not doing the serving. Carla checked us in and answered our questions. Denis and Jasmine stayed in the bounce area and encouraged the kids to play. This is nice, because we had a few siblings that were smaller and not as familiar with the rest of the group. They also brought cups of water to the jump area towards the end of the jumping session. The staff is a 5. The party is a 5 - the kids were all happy. The place is a 4 because the equipment is older and parking may be challenging. We got there early and had plenty of street parking. However, our guests all had a hard time parking. It's true for the whole area and the other businesses there. I would advise guests to show up a little early to find a spot and not miss jumping time. read more

The staff did a great job planning my granddaughters 3rd birthday. They followed the COVID guidelines and were so nice and friendly. Extremely organized and made us all feel safe. We had so much fun, even the adults enjoyed all the slides, playing basketball, running through the bubbles. Oh and the music selection was perfect we even had a few dance parties. Really sad they closed the Oakley location, this location is way smaller and more expensive and they only have 3 jumpers. The overall maintenance to the place is poor as well, the jumpers are sticky which makes it hard for the kids to climb on. read more

We just had a 5th birthday party here for our youngest and it was amazing!! The staff was so incredible. I really can't emphasize that enough. Carla, Emily, Sky, Jasmine and Dennis (hopefully I got all the names right!) All were so incredible. Everything went smoothly. The set up was spectacular. They were so organized and friendly and efficient. They played with all the kids there when we had our bounce time!! It was so cute and the kids were having a blast with the staff as well as each other. We had favors that didn't fit in the party bags and they put them with the plates. It was so perfect!! It looked super cute and it also made it easy to make sure each kid got the favor that didn't make it into the bags. I forgot to even mention that we had these random favors too and they totally took care of it for us. It was amazing. It made it so I as the mom just got to enjoy the party and meet and talk with the other parents. A lot of us are still meeting since we were all shut ins for so long during Covid. It was just a really enjoyable experience and this staff totally rocked and made this party amazing for all of us. We appreciated it all so much more than words can say. read more

There's nothing really wrong with the place it's just not for older kids or adults so I only recommend it for 10 and younger kids.

Probably 40% of the birthday parties my kids attend involve jumpies at a Pump It Up. We've been to Pump It Up parties in San Jose, two San Diego locations, Concord and probably others too. This Concord Pump It Up location is pretty good. It is only one big room whereas the other location we are most familiar with has two rooms. Concord has 3 slides on 2 jumpies, plus one jumpy basketball court and one with the batting cage tee ball thing (that is the least utilized bouncie house in the room). There are 4 jumpies in total and I don't think any have changed in the 3-4 years we have been coming. They also have the blue big blocks. They used to have a cyclone machine but it cost extra and is now gone. The air hockey table is still there but it costs extra too, as do the drinks in the vending machine. read more

Great party!! The staff were very well organized, kind & helpful. The kids had a blast. We got the balloon drop which wasn't a ton of balloons & only in a small area but the kids loved it. The set up was perfect. They set up the party room well & asked us if it was how we liked it before letting everyone in. Only negative thing was the "vegetable platter" it was a small plastic container of tomatoes, green beans, corn & cucumbers. It was very small & def not worth it. What a disaster! The place is so dirty, thank god it is dark inside with no daylight otherwise all of you parents will never let your kids inside this place. The birthday package is a joke! They will serve each child with 1 or should I say 1/2 slice of pizza and if the kids hungry and want more there is non left, same with juice only 1 per child and if another child is thirst no more. Don't ever pay for the character, the papa pig was scary and even the 5 years old could tell it's a joke. My kids fall on the floor and got such an infection from all the dirt and germs we had to go see a DR. Stay away. read more

I'm so disappointed in my experience at pump it up today. I brought my little two-year-old granddaughter there, and they should not allow little children into that place. It is so dangerous! You don't know what you're until you pay and walk through the door. There was no place that she could place safely. There were older kids there being kids which is fine, but there was no place for a little ones to play. I wouldn't recommend this place for any child under the age of five. We celebrated my son and daughter's birthdays here yesterday and it did not disappoint!!! First, the planning process was very easy and smooth. It was great to be able to customize things online at any time and the staff was also very communicative and responsive over the phone. Second, the venue is clean, organized, and so much fun! It's a great space and the absolute best part is that the event was private! This made the environment feel safer, more intimate, and exclusive to us. Third, the party experiences were a blast! We opted for the Glow Wars and Bubbles add-ons and it made for such a fun time for kids and parents too! lol The glow in the dark atmosphere was something we don't see at other party spaces we've gone to, so it was cool to offer something unique to our guests. Fourth, the quality of the food was great. There is a wide variety of food options you can order, all from Round Table Pizza, which in my opinion is one of the best pizzas out there, so we definitely appreciated that. Last but not least, the staff did an AMAZING job. Carla, our party coordinator, ensured that everything ran smoothly and frequently checked in to make sure our needs were met. Attended an 8-year old birthday party here the other day. The event went smoothly and the kids had a lot of fun. Employees were quite responsible. When the inevitable incident occurred, they shut down the particular attraction for a few minutes and went over the rules again with the kids. The reason why it gets three stars is that it is less impressive than most Pump it Ups I've seen or been to. The party only included a visit to one room (the parent who booked the party thought it should have been two). The one room had only three attractions. Two slides and a bounce house.
