Amazing spot for kids birthday parties. All the staff were super friendly. They were extremely attentive and really know how to interact with the kids. A lot of them are young and can appreciate their maturity. The party were separated into three rooms. The first room had three huge jumpy that reminded me of wipeout and American gladiator. They also had a photo booth in there as well. The second room had a huge obstacle course as well as a huge slide and basketball ball jumpy house. There was also a small play area for younger kids as well. This room came with a bubble machine that could be a add on. The third room was the party room. We had a pizza party and all the kids had juice boxes. Pizza was pretty good. We brought our own cake and snack bags. The staff set everything up for us. Truly convenient and kids had a blast. Been here for a few kid parties. The last visit was okay. Waiting to check in was a wait and it was just one person ahead of me. No acknowledgement whatsoever from the two staff members behind the counter. But the party host was the opposite. She was absolutely the best out of the whole staff. She was pleasant and attentive. We've used Pump It Up 3 times so far for our kids' birthday parties. They make it very easy for parents to plan and take care of everything so you mainly just show up with the cake (I also bring water, snacks and goodie bags). It's super fun for kids of all ages and they let all their energy out. They just recently replaced a large bounce house so it was a nice surprise for the kids when we hosted last week. read more

Visited Pump it Up for my friend's son's 3rd birthday party. This place is basically an indoor inflatable jumpy house. There are two rooms: the first room was wayyy to dark for my 18 month old daughter, I wish they turned on the lights. Also, it's probably not the best environment for an 18 month old, but it's definitely a doable spot for 3 year olds and up. The second room that they move you thru is much better. It has a bumble maker, a high slide and more activities for the younger attendees. After that room, they move you into the party room for food (pizza) and drinks and the cake. This is a good birthday spot for kiddos to let out all that energy and for a spot that has easy clean up for parents. read more

Perfect place to keep the kids cool and let them wear themselves down! We ended up here very unexpectedly and it turned out to be so much fun! We were the only ones here which made it even better! The employee was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. She made sure the kids watched the safety video and our time was the most enjoyable. It's a lot bigger than expected which was nice. Terrible service and completely unhygienic. The staff does the bare minimum to help make the party enjoyable. I mentioned to one of the staff members that the ladies restroom ran out of toilet paper and seat covers, they thanked me but then proceeded to do nothing. 30 minutes later, one guest was caught without toilet paper in the stall. Food was awful, and mind you, my expectations were already low having been to many pump it up parties. Pizza was an uncooked cardboard of hard cheese and mystery meat. The wings were cold. Best thing about the food was the Pringles. Cutting a round cake is not very hard, but they managed to bungle it up. Turning the cake slices into blobs of chocolate lumps. In addition, the jumpy houses are totally run down, with one jumpy house being taped up with packaging tape. read more

This a great place to have a Birthday Party. We celebrated my son's 9th Birthday here. He had so much fun with his friends. We added the Glow Party, Balloon Drop and the Snap Shot Party Pictures. The Glow party is so cool. The Balloon Drop is pricey but it was worth it the kids loved it especially my son. I dropped 1 star because the photos were a disappointment. She didn't take any good pictures of the kids. She didn't even take a solo picture of my son that's important to me because he's the Birthday Boy. The group picture that the kids took in the front of the big slide was horrible. Save your money you're better off taking photos yourself. Good thing I took a picture of my son in the party room myself because that's the only good picture I have from his party. The party room hostess Fatima did a great job in setting up the room and serving the kids. I didn't have to lift a finger. I also like how they cut the cake for you and serve it to the guests. She was so helpful and friendly. The kids also liked the cheese and pepperoni pizza. Even The parents had a fun time they were also going down the big slide. I wish we had a place like this growing up. All we had was Chuck E Cheese in the 80's. read more

We just hosted our 6 year old's party here, after having been to a friend's party and seeing the nice level of organization here. Well I am pleased to report that we have zero regrets about choosing Pump It Up for our birthday venue. They made the experience as painless as humanly possible given that we had over 20 little kids in the room. If you're looking for a hassle free experience, with zero cleanup and virtually no set up, this is the place. I kid you not, we showed up with the cake, goodie bags, bottled waters, and some individually wrapped snacks (for appetizers), and the capable team at Pump It Up handled everything from there. They treated us like we were guests in a five star hotel, checking in with us to see if we needed anything, and when they had me come to check the banquet room over, I was completely floored to find they had set everything up already and literally NOTHING was left for me to do. I was shocked, since it is very difficult to find good service these days. Will definitely be singing this company's praises for a long time. :) read more

We have now had 2 birthday parties for our girls at Pump it up and both were amazing hassle free wonderful experiences. I have loved working with the kind staff who go above and beyond to help us with set up before hand and ensure a wonderful stress free time on the day of the party. Both times the team has set up all of our goodies and even decorated the rooms. I love that everything is so organized for each party. You truly feel you are the only guests in the entire place. We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter's 3rd Birthday party here over the weekend! This is a great place to host a toddler's birthday and perfect for around 25 kids, plus the parents! I love that they have 2 separate rooms - we started at 11:30am, and spent 30 min in the first room then were escorted into the second room at around 12pm with a massive slide (which is a hit) and the bubble machine, and then at 12:30pm were escorted to be seated for cake and food. You're not able to bring any outside food, so we opted for 4 cheese pizzas and 3 trays of subway sandwiches as well as juice boxes. The only thing we were allowed to bring were the birthday cake and water bottles (as well as decorations which the staff hangs up for you). When you give the deposit, you're able to send invitations thru the website, which was a cute touch, and everyone had a blast! It was such an easy process from booking the event, ordering food/drinks and other party logistics. My party coordinator, Mikey, was helpful in suggestions with decorations while attendant Hawa took lots of memorable photos that the girls were able to see when we were in the room eating. Additionally, Jake was accommodating and supportive through the entire process. This party was a cinch to host, very affordable (compared to the competitors) and all the girls had a ton of fun! Last year, we had my child's birthday party here, and when we returned for his classmates' birthday party, they had beautiful new inflatables. My child had an amazing time. All the employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun party. We returned to Pump It Up for his fourth birthday. Zienna and Aaron were fantastic helpers. The pictures turned out exceptionally well. We barely had to do anything. As a mom and Montessori teacher, I started cleaning up, and Aaron offered to take care of it for me. Both were incredibly kind and professional! We genuinely appreciate everyone at Pump It Up. Horrible place to have a birthday. You are rushed from room to room, there isn't enough time to even gather your things to move between the rooms. The staff say that they are "coordinating" and "organizing" the party but they are literally MIA, nothing was set up for the party room when we arrived, I ended up setting up the whole thing with my guests. I ended up passing out the pizzas myself. I would not consider this experience worth the money, the whole party left me and my guests extremely stressed out. There should be a minimum of 15 minutes between each party in each room. This was a huge disappointment. read more
