The first time we came here pre Covid; it was great, clean, and organized. We attended my husband's niece's birthday party three weeks ago. Omg! What happened?! It was chaotic, crowded, and many...I mean MANY people were not wearing masks. I did not want my girls playing anywhere because I doubt they even wiped down anything. I was getting itchy and very anxious looking around knowing how dirty it was. Older kids (12+) were running around with no masks on and dripping with sweat. I felt like we were in a sauna with germs permeating everywhere. There were no hand sanitizers or stations around. Thank God we had one bottle in our party room. We kept going back to that room to sanitize our hands. We went to the restroom once and it was filthy! It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for hours. Trash, toilet paper everywhere except on the actual rolls. It was disgusting. After all of this, we were invited to another party in two weeks. It's our good friends' son so we will attend. I hope it's cleaner and less crowded! I'll be sure to bring our own hand sanitizer and tissues just in case it's empty rolls again! read more

I am a bit disappointed in the customer service at Lost Worlds. We planned a party for my son here and on the day of his birthday, he had a fever so we had to postpone and the rep told me that it would be no problem or they can just give me credit to come by for a visit. Before the party, it was very hard to reach anyone at Lost Worlds to plan ahead on what we could bring or if there was anything we needed to do to prepare. Finally, I was able to reach someone and they said we would just have to wait for someone to call us a few days before. Well, anyway, the birthday party didn't happen because my son was sick they said they were booked out for the next 2 months. I wanted to see if I could at least get the credit from my deposit to bring my son there and bring some friends to celebrate his birthday late. After that, no one responded to me or tried to reschedule or anything. It wasn't like I wanted a refund, I just wanted to go there to celebrate and spend the credit, but they just took my money and ran. The money wasn't the issue, it was the lack of communication and customer service, and the principle. I would've been happy to just come in as a visitor and we couldn't help that my son got sick. I've visited this place years ago and it was OK, so I decided to have a party there. Now, I probably won't return as a customer. read more

Avoid, go to Boomers, go to Love to Play, go anywhere else. TLDR - expensive for what it is, poorly managed, junior and disinterested staff. Went today, 3 things stood out: Poorly maintained and dangerous: My child stood on the unmarked bolts sticking out of the floor. As he was in 'Lost World' socks this broke the skin on the sole of his foot. Disinterested staff: when I showed the teenagers running the place the bolt they casually walked off and got a sing from the bathroom. No one even asked if my son (crying at the time) was OK, they then disappeared. Total disinterest in their customers. Dishonest staff: when I checked in a blonde woman instantly charged me 130 for 3 kids and gave me 3 pairs of socks, I gave 2 back - having been once before. When I got the receipt she'd charged me for 3 pairs. I went for a refund and at that point found that there was another tarif - 25 per kid rather than 40, that she'd not mentioned. They generally hate customers: the place was freezing, especially the ninja / climbing room. You'd think they'd at least heat it a little bit! read more

Our party host, Stephanie, greeted us in a genuinely welcoming way. She was very professional and accommodating to our needs. She made sure all the kids had what they needed and kept them on time for things to run smoothly. She handled our party without any stress our problems, and she had a great vibe. Took my grandsons there for an evening of fun. First time here and disappointed. Rest rooms were nasty, not enough employee supervi, a bit chaotic. The topping was the amount of ratchet looking ladies. I am shocked that this place wouldn't turn someone away whorish dressed inappropriate for a kids environment. One particular lady with tight shorts up to her croch with the side laced and you could see she had no underwear on. Shirt with exposed cleavage and foul language with no one to check that. Won't be going back. read more

Never been before and wanted to check it out. Went on a rainy day so as expected it was pretty busy. Not bothered by how busy it was, but do feel that businesses should react to and adjust for bad weather or weekends (common sense it's going to be busier on the weekends especially when it's been raining all week). Very minimal staff so long waits at the door and for food. Had to buy their socks for the play structure only to see half the kids and all parents in their own socks not being told to use the "appropriate list world socks" another waste of money. One staff "watching" the ball pit was on his phone the whole time I only noticed he was staff because some other staff member came over to swap out with him. Play area was ok but about a fourth of the play structure was shut down and not accessible. All other equipment and play things for the kids looked very very worn down. For the price they charge I would expect the equipment be in better condition. Price was very high for the quality being offered. Don't waste your time on trying to win tickets. Again a lot of games were not working and the ones that were either did not give tickets or very little tickets rewarded. I'm a big kid at hart so I like to try and win as much tickets as I can to get my little kids a cool prize ( usually I do pretty good and get some cool stuff), $45 game card and I was able to get Two small bouncy balls. They have a nice display case of toys and prizes but it turns out those were for sell and the ticket redemption was a small vending machine with a couple "cool" prizes marked at a ridiculous price ( you could probably buy five of them at the store for what it would take to get that much tickets). Overall the price was very high, quality and maintenance of equipment and attractions very poor. Food was ok ( you know what your getting as you order) no high expectations on that. In a pinch to take the kids out to let off some energy and you have extra money to burn, and live near by then I guess it's ok. Love to play in Dublin (big indoor play structure and some arcade games) about 15 minutes away much better for the younger kids and better maintained. Save some money and take your kids there instead. read more

I was really excited when I walked up.. the place was huge and the big dinosaurs had the kids soo ready to go play. Everything was really organized when checking in and the area was pretty clean.. however once you got passed the main entrance I was quite dissapointed. I understand not everything can be 100% clean buut I was finding HUGE dust bunnies all over the smaller kids area. My 1yr old picked up money and was soooo close tho putting it in his mouth. It seemed like some of the blocks were never wiped off. The couches for the adults were gross and there was trash everywhere. I probably wouldn't go back unless it was early in the morning when everything was clean and the bigger kids weren't there. If you have older kids that aren't touching their faces and everything it's fine buut for smaller kids bc of the cleanliness I saw I wouldn't recommend. read more

I was invited to a party here. It's a huge warehouse so it's a little tricky to find. The parking lot is pretty big. As soon as you walk in there was the hostess that directed you. There is a lot of sections where you can have a parking. It's a little chaotic but that's anywhere with kids. We were in the back it was extremely cold I wish they had the heater on. I would say this place is more for like 5 and older. There is a little kid section but there's a lot of kids in there. There's a glow in the dark golf that was pretty fun. There was also laser tag that was so fun. There's a section that like an ultimate warrior games it looked really fun. There was chicken nuggets and fries they tasted really good. Very fun and clean. A big area for party Sara ring and sectional areas for various games such as laser tag, Ninja warrior and game arcades. Laser tag is for anyone over 44" height while ninja warrior is for 48" and above. We bought an hour ticket and played 3 rounds of laser tag. Pretty fun! Ninja warrior section also has rock climbing walls and other climbing facilities, not big but good enough for kids. A good place. Only complaint is bathroom signs not obvious enough for me. read more

Great spot for little kids in the Bay Area. Space for little ones and not so little ones as well. Been there for a few birthday parties and the food was decent as well. Bonus is the kids Dino socks which glow in the dark. read more

My son attended a party recently and absolutely loved the place! He even extended for two hours after the party! It was his first time and had a blast in every spot! Staff members were very nice. Parking can be challenging when the place is packed. There is parking behind the building. I seriously do not understand this place with their prices and cleanliness but most importantly SAFETY! I have a 3 year old and 11 month old and we paid $30 just to "watch" our 3 year old despite us saying he's too young to play golf, it's common sense but they don't even have a discounted price for people with young kids. All he played was 2-3 arcade games and ball pit. We were there for just an hour. $60 on a game card to just have tickets for 3 gumball machine toys. What a joke. Everywhere you walk, trash everywhere. Play area is so filthy. Ball pit full of trash, we even found a women's pad wrapper wtf!!! Mats are missing and also so so so dirty. There was fruit snacks everywhere for crawling toddlers to eat(I thought no food allowed) the couches to sit on, I couldn't even sit with my 11 month old because there were millions of crumbs on it. Reason for all this, where are all the staff??? No staff to even see ripped nets, clean the trash and take out the trash. My husband tapped a card on the ski ball and there was some kind of apple sauce all over the ramp. Does anyone clean here???? Bottom line, my 3 year old had fun but rather put our money somewhere else. When we got home he had to remove our socks for being so dirty . How is this place still open. read more

My nephew had his birthday here and we had a host by the name of Charles. He was AWESOME! If you're having a party there, highly recommend him as host. The pros: lots of fun activities like laser tag which our party got to do privately, mini golf, and a cool ninja course. Cons: there was only one worker assigned to the ropes area and the poor guy was being pulled in so many directions that many kids had to sit in their harness for long periods of time while waiting to get unhooked. Also, once a kid had a harness they could do as many activities as they wanted which is cool for the kid with the harness but with limited harnesses it led to kids in line not being able to go for upwards of 40 minutes because the kids who had the harnesses were never told to take it off. If they limit the harness to two activities then the next person gets it, the line would move a lot faster. I don't blame the kid working there, every time he had a coworker come help they sat on their phone or left him hanging. So props to the shaggy haired blonde worker for keeping his patience with angry parents and kids who would need rescued on the course (like my kid ). Overall fun experience! read more

Worst service and hosts ever. 18% service charge isn't justified for the 10 min service to serve pizza to kids. We threw a party for my son today and the experience was awful. Right from checkin, some of our guests weren't checked in or provided any directions. The host didn't show up till the end he barely spent 10 mins with the party. We had to ask for napkins, water, spoons, cake time everything. He didn't pick up cake to put in the fridge or arrange for a trash can outside the party area. We had to run to the front desk 10 times to make sure they knew what to do and to get what we needed. They had us do everything ourselves including getting ourselves the gift cart. Towards the end, he didn't help us pack up cake or didn't even show up. We had to do it all by ourselves. Laser tag was delayed and only for 10 mins. Waste of money and time. Take your business elsewhere and save some money. read more

My grandkids from out of the area were visiting for a few weeks. This was during the extreme heatwave in our area and the temp was 108 degrees. As a result, I wanted to find an indoor activity for them to do. The age range was 7 - 15. This was a draw as the activities seem to have things for all ages. This was my first time visiting but I remembered a family member had a birthday party there a few years ago and I heard good things. We got there early and I was immediately disappointed. The customer service rep was new so I really didn't fault her for not having any information about what attractions were open and what were closed. Had I know that a good number of games were broken and the laser beam room was not functioning I wouldn't have paid close to $200 to gain entry. The kids had fun playing on the giant structure. They played laser tag a few times and played briefly in the ninja area. The cafe looked closed but someone would come to take your order when needed. I ended up taking the kiddos to a fast food place not far from Lost Worlds. My biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. I've attached a couple of pictures of the play area that were pretty gross. Overall, it was an expensive day that I wish I would have braved the heat and took them to an outdoor theme park for the same amount of money. The only saving grace is that the kids made the best of it. read more

After reading the reviews for this place, I wasn't expecting it to be the most extravagant place. However, I didn't know it would be this bad. Most people in the reviews complained about cleanliness. My complaint about this particular business is regarding the safety of the facility. First, there were no staff walking around to ensure the safety of the guests. Many times I watched kids throwing balls at other kids they did not know. I understand it is also the parents responsibility to keep an eye on their child, but there should be some sort of oversight. Older kids were playing inside of the toddler area, so you could only imagine how that went. Poor kids didn't stand a chance. Secondly, many things were damaged and not properly addressed. Floor mats were missing from the toddler play area exposing concrete and the rope tunnel had a giant hole at the bottom of it. The barrier which was utilized to block the tunnel was broken and had exposed nails/screws. Lastly, the cleanliness. If you are conscientious about COVID, I 100 percent do not recommend this place. It's over crowded and everything looks like it has not been wiped down in years. Hopefully the kitchen is cleaner than the rest of this place. I digress. read more

Dirty, smelly, and expensive. I honestly had high hopes for this place and it does have great potential. Unfortunately, the kids play area was not only dirty, it was not maintained. Many of the obstacles either did not work or were closed. Even the balls in the ball pit were little to be found. The floors were dirty - thrown random socks everywhere. The place just smelled bad! Seriously Los World - we paid over $200 for half the place not operating as it's supposed to. I should ask for half a refund. read more

There are a lot of little things that do not work. A few games took our money. The play place is huge, but the ball blowers and guns don't work. It just needs some maintenance. I feel like the pricy food here should afford the Lost Worlds to fix a few things. I want to say the employees are nice. The vibe of the customers is nice. It's ok. read more

Went to this place recently with my 9 year old daughter and 4 year old nephew. I've been coming here since the place opened and each times it's been a disappointment. I didn't think this place could get much worse, but it unfortunately has. I actually am filing a report against the company due to broken equipment, safety concerns, and the fact that this place looks like it's never been cleaned. (Makes sense why each time we've come here for a party or event, everyone ends up sick!) The place is seriously FILTHY with very obvious dust bunnies everywhere. It's very clear that there is no pride in this business and it's clearly maintained the status quo because nothing has changed in the last year or two. When you want to report safety concerns to a "manager" there is either no manager there or it's a 16 year old that clearly does not know what they are doing (that isn't their fault, it's poor training and lack of leadership). We have no problem paying the price (it's not cheap!) but I expect the place to be SAFE and clean, which neither are apparent, so we won't be back. I have no idea how this place has stayed in business and can only hope the owner sees these reviews and actually cares enough for the families that keep them in business. read more

We loved this place! A bit far from where we live but given that our kids were having cabin fever this was a great place to burn energy. The staff kept the areas clean. We did come here on a Monday at 5pm. So not a lot of people. Had a lot of activities for kids of all ages. The food was not that bad. We had corn dogs, chicken wings (highly recommended) and pizza. The workers was so nice and helpful. Would come here again! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. We used to be huge fans of this place but it has gone down hill immensely. Tits freezing inside, the floors are filthy, there is trash everywhere, the equipment is broken, and the couches are ripped up. It appears as if no maintenance or cleaning is done. This place is so much FUN!!! Good for all ages.. Love the laser tag zone, mini golf (so cool), the ninja zone is awesome. They also have a mini bowling area.... so much in just one place. Plenty of arcade games.. of all sorts. I remember loving Dave and Busters but then this place is huge and in east bay.. and with awesome staff! We were here for an Yelp event and I loved every minute at this event. I loved the pizzas, the artists, staff, games, space and the decor. Cool place!! Will come back again. Totally worth it! read more

Super cute place. I went here for Yelp's Birthday Bash, but also to see if I'd bring my son and his friends. First off, the pizza was AMAZING! I had fun playing some of the video games as well. I grew up playing PacMan so the super size version was fun. I thought all the attractions were cute, especially for the younger ones. They have a great amount of diverse attractions from which to choose. I definitely would've brought my son when he was pre-tween. read more

Is outside food allowed in?

If you are having a reserved party here, then cake, ice cream cupcakes and goody bags can be brought in but no other outside food. If you are doing a walk-in party there is a $25.00 cake fee. But no other food is allowed.

In the party package are the 16 adults allowed to play on the structure with their children?

I believe you're able to go in to supervise children. I.e. minor children that require help climbing or can get lost in the play structure.

Not yet. I estimated early June for that.

Is it really loud in there?

I went on a day wit multiple parties. It was not overly loud considering the kids all running around. You can easily talk to the people around you.

Surprisingly, the parents had just as much fun, if not more! The session lasted around 15-20 minutes if I had to estimate and it was definitely enough time to enjoy. The biggest surprise was how much of a workout it was. Every parent mentioned that they were sweating and got a good workout in. They recognize every player including the top 3 scores at the end. You can purchase by session - we decided to do 2 and I think it was the perfect amount. After our first session, there was a group in between to give us a much needed break and we went back in. If I was head of marketing for this business I would place a flyer under every door mat in a 5 or 10 block radius. This is a missed opportunity for core customers. There are new high rise buildings also popping up - a huge senior building - why not a special flyer offering seniors discounts if they show up for an early bird dinner? Often times you can also tell if kids live in any given home in the neighborhood. There are kiddie pools, tiny shoes left out front, bikes thrown around in the front yard - these homes should be targeted even more aggressively with fliers and some sort of incentive to come in. Another huge problem with this place is the lack of emphasis on ease of 'searchability' of the place. I had lived so close since 2016 and had not known about the place until maybe 2020 during the pandemic. How is that possible? It's all about not knowing this is an arcade. Sector 19 doesn't mean anything to me. It should be called 'Sector 19 Arcade' so that people can find it with a Google or Waze search. The arcade is clean and bright and fun for little kids. Its a safe place too - where parents can hang outside more in the restaurant part and not worry they wandered off - there is only one way out. The arcade needs to be front and center - this is why people come. Pizza House or Susie Qs have no competition in this arena.... so lean in on this. I will say that a Susie Qs has an edge with food quality - so again, more reason to make the family friendly atmosphere the center of attention.

We reserved a group party session from 9am-11am and my 2 boys & 9 of their friends had such a good time playing the outdoor laser tag for the 1st time. The battlefield is outdoor, big and well set-up with inflatable obstacle barriers to hide behind. The players wear a headband rather than a vest and this was a better option especially for smaller kids. The 2 adults that played had fun as well. Music is played continuously and the owner Craig occasionally announced the 2 teams scores as the games were being played. There was several picnic tables in a covered (but still outdoor) area where Craig had reserved 4 tables for us. That was more than enough. Both he and his wife were great to work with & made sure everyone had a good time. There are also local pizza places that will deliver to the location so we had Round Table deliver pizza for lunch. I can't say enough good things about the place & owners!!! My son's birthday party was epic because we had it there. Every kid, including the only girl, who was 10, that attended the party said they wanted their birthday parties there. We plan to have my other son's 7th birthday party there this month.

I would never spend another red cents at this place!!! I went her August 20th, 2016 for my Daughter's 8th birthday, and we brought our own cake, (which by the way they don't sell cakes at this establishment), any who, me and my children were at one of the picnic tables eating and we all had a small slice of cake and I followed them to the play structures, we were gone 10 minutes and came back to not only have our drinks tossed but they throw away my Daughter's Lil Mermaid cake that I spent $33 on for her. My daughter was devastated and I spoke with the General Manager Glen and he made all type of excuses as to why they threw my cake away. He said we cant bring outside food in and by the way no one stopped me at the door with my cake and he said that the staff was doing their jobs and I said yal announce everything else on the intercom why no one said you would throw my damn cake away?? Instead of apologizing and compensating me for my cake he gave me all these excuses and I kept asking" How will I be compensating for my Cake I spent my money on and my daughter didn't get to enjoy but a small slice.. we went back and forth before he finally said I can give you 2 free passes to the play structure, which is not a compensation at all. I'm disgusted with this place, how would h feel if he took his daughter somewhere for her bday and the place threw the cake away that the daughter designed herself?? I spent over $200 at this place on food, games, admission to the play structure etc an all this bastard had to say was" Hey we not supposed to bring outside food" Now the reason I didn't act a fool was because, my children was with me but He can go to hell... I hope you all see how inconsiderate these ppl are and how my daughter's 8th birthday was ruined... I regret choosing Lost World for my child's birthday party. After spending $1,200 on an event for a 4-year-old, the level of service we received -- and how our concerns were handled afterward -- was unacceptable. When I was contacted by the general manager, I expected professionalism and accountability. Instead, the call felt dismissive and unnecessarily condescending. I was informed that no refund would be considered under any circumstance, including for food that was served cold. This was surprising, especially since the lead cook acknowledged that the pizza had been left out and that the nachos were nearly missed because the order was written too small on the ticket. Despite these admissions, management claimed to have reviewed the cameras and still refused to offer any meaningful resolution. The only option presented was a voucher to return, which does not address the fact that this was a one-time birthday celebration. We also had concerns regarding party placement. Staff knew in advance that this was a toddler party, yet we were not placed in the appropriate toddler area. The explanation later changed to being "due to the size," which contradicted what we were originally told. What was most concerning was the overall lack of leadership and accountability. The general manager stated she was the highest authority, yet made no effort to resolve the situation fairly. Our initial concerns included how disorganized and undertrained the front staff appeared, but after this interaction, it became clear that this reflects the example being set by management. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Lost World for children's parties or events. I sincerely hope ownership takes a closer look at how this location is being managed, because the service we received did not justify the cost or meet reasonable expectations. read more

This place was disappointing. The website advertises a bunch of attractions like build your own Dino bear, bowling, a ball pit etc. welp front desk convinced us to get the Thursday night special so we did. Worth it?... not so much. The play structure looked so very dirty and unsanitary. I don't believe I saw anyone disinfect anything let alone clean up the pizza trays or tables. This place was filthy. The ball pit lacked so many balls you could see the floor. I wouldn't call it a ball pit more like a dodgeball section. The kids couldn't bury themselves in balls so they made the best by throwing them at each other. Bowling was closed. Build a Dino bear closed. A ton of the games didn't work. The prizes to claim after getting tickets were very disappointing. I took my son here for his 5th bday thinking he'd have a blast and he didn't. Only thing he enjoyed was laser tag. We got the Thursday night special because they told us we could play laser tag multiple times. Since it's the only cool attraction it was always filled so we only got lucky to play once. Mini golf was cool but they don't coordinate that in any way so you end up overlapping other people. Side note there's so many golf balls in there the staff should clean those unused golf balls up. The staff are young maybe college kids I'd guess so I don't expect the customer service to be great but everyone looked as though they hated their job. Glad I didn't book a party there and just went regularly. This place looks nothing like the pictures advertised most things are broken or worn down tremendously. Sadly the hour and a half drive was not worth it and I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I am giving this place two stars because the play structure is really nice and the kids had a good time however we spent 500 plus and had a party there a big mistake. When the deposit was made and the party was booked we were told we could bring outside food because there wasn't a kitchen and it probably would not be finished for January so we arranged a caterer and a couple of days before the party we were fine tuning arrangements and were told that they had a kitchen now so we couldn't bring in food the price had changed and we now could have a pizza and drinks for 30$ more. We did not receive a courtesy call about either. We then checked the web site and figured we could order food however they only had pizza nachos and salad my grandson has allergies so he couldn't eat at his own party! The staff was unconcerned about our complaints and our Cordinator didn't even interact with the kids the schedule was tight so we felt rushed lazer tag was complicated for the 5 year olds and they didn't enjoy it it should have been supervised and the children helped the staff was not supervising anything . The food was under cooked and cold the pizza anyway the nachos were a joke and the salad was nothing special I would recommend this place for a play date not a party we were do disappointed after having part parties at super franks hopefully they will come back. read more

Normally I would give a 5 star but had to give a 4 because We always come here and to my surprise the assistant manager (well I shouldn't say that since now she's no longer a manager) was over on play structure making sure all rules are followed and making sure the bigger kids didn't run over the little kids... A different parent told her she was being rude to them about the socks and that she was just trying to make money for the company.. she wasn't rude at all she just explained to him why and he was still not happy asked for her name she he can file a complaint with the manager!!! But we like coming here and my child likes it more because of this incredible lady whose always so nice to us and always makes it a point to have a little conversation with any little one that wants to say something she's has incredible personality and patience!!! We stumbled across Lost World and it truly checks ALL the boxes! I have a 7- and 9-year-old, and it was absolutely perfect for them. We first came on a Friday night and had such a blast that we turned around and came back again on Monday. The value is incredible, the family pass includes a pizza and drinks, and parents can jump in on the fun too. The laser tag was a blast, and everything is set up so the whole family can enjoy it together. With unlimited activities, it's a great workout for the kids (and us!) while keeping them engaged the whole time. Two hours was just the right amount for our family. What really stands out is the staff. On both visits, every single person we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They really made the experience even better. Since they want to delete reviews I will continue to post my review. Instead of acknowledging or correcting the wrong doing of their employees they just delete reviews. No call back after I've left a voicemail. I guess you will just ignore and turn a blind eye. Horrible experience with your employee! We got hit and the driver refused to give us any information, ID registration or insurance. Security came out and just told us to deescalate or leave. We left as we were being threatened and they had a huge party with them. Police went to recover footage, it somehow was "deleted" right before the accident occurred. What a coincidence. The security aided in committing a crime by lying and stating he saw us hit the car and also tampering with evidence. I came to Lost World Adventures for the first time on 9/2 in the afternoon and had such an amazing experience! There were three very hardworking and welcoming employees (one young man and two young women) setting up a beautiful display of merchandise. Everything was organized so neatly they spent hours putting everything together with such detail and precision, and it really showed. Unlike other play places we've been to, we didn't have to wait at all for activities like laser tag or rock climbing, which was such a nice change! The environment here is fun, friendly, and so well run. I truly wish I had gotten the employees' names because they were incredible and made us feel completely at home.
