This was our first time here and won't be our last! Great place for kids!! My sons and nephew loved it!!

This play place was super duper fun for kids AND adults. My kids and I went for the VIP pass for unlimited day access to the Super play structure with a huge ball pit, giant slide, Laser Tag, Ropes Course, Ninja Course, Rock Climbing and Mini Golf. Lots of attractions for active fun all day. The Super play structure was seriously huge and the giant wavy slide was just as big. I was surprised at the length of the slide. The ball pit was full, and enough depth for the kids to swim in. Laser tag was our favorite attraction. My boys and I destroyed the other team. LOL. So much fun. The playing field was indoors, low lighting, with a maze containing higher elevation structures to attack and defend from. The laser tag rifles were accurate and the vests worked well too. Scoring was available at the end of the game. The Ninja course was challenging for the kids and adults. It's no joke, and we had to have full body strength prepared to complete it. Loved the ninja wall. Rock climbing has auto belays, and you can climb to your hearts content. Same with the ropes course. The safety gear is sufficient and the anti sweat hair bonnets are a nice touch. PRO TIPS: Wear loose clothing because it can get hot in there, and you want to freely move around. Bring plenty of electrolytes. Bring food and snacks for fuel. There's plenty of parking. Have fun!!! read more

I purchased the VIP tickets for my nephews and it was the most horrible experience ever. I blame the management all the staff and young kids that are being led by the manager. I believe I spoke to the manager and she did not care at all whatsoever my concerns regarding the machine that robbed my prize I won for my nephew. Perhaps the manager doesn't care at all because shes either not even qualified for the position or shes being under paid for her position. Therefore if the manager gives horrible customer service then it's obvious that the staff will not care about the business. Whos to blame ? the owners are doing a horrible job, its obvious that there are just trying to make as much money as they can until the place closes down. If you're thinking of going here, I wouldn't even come even if it was free. All the parents are saying the same thing except there not willing to waste their time and leave a review like I just did. read more

Big kid and smaller child play areas have seperate gates. Fries are really good. No music or anything just children sounds. Now the staff. all younger in age with little to NO customer service skills or training. This was the second time we've come to Lost Worlds, 4 years apart. The front desk and snack bar staff were kind and friendly, the play area was nice and seemed to have been updated and repaired since the last time we were here, and we had fun playing mini golf which we hadn't been able to play the first time. We had a great day and planned to come back the following weekend. Here's why I will NEVER be back: the owner is an absolutely horrible person who has ruined the whole thing for our family. The first time we visited was in February of 2020. Being the first time, we purchased socks for the entire family but one pair of the adult size socks were a different design than the dinosaur theme socks. At the time, they explained that they didn't have any more of the dinosaur socks in the adult size so one pair that they sold us was black and green. New children's socks were purchased for our second visit (little feet had outgrown the original socks) but I still had the adult size socks. This time around, my son was old enough to play on his own so I didn't even go into the play area until it was time to leave and I went in to retrieve him. I put on the adult size grip socks that I had purchased here at Lost Worlds in 2020 and went into the play area. On the way out, I was accosted by an elderly woman who positioned her body between my body and the exit and proceeded to chew me out for wearing socks from another establishment as that is not allowed. She then called me a liar when I explained that these socks were indeed purchased from Lost World. She was incredibly rude and insulting and several of the other parents who were in the play area mentioned that that scene was surprising and the lady had been unnecessarily cruel. We were on our way out anyway and I was so shaken up that I just wanted to leave rather than escalate the incident. I always try to see things from other people's perspectives so I realize that the owner is probably not involved in day to day transactions and may not have been aware of a time 4 years ago when they sold a different sock design. I can also understand that she was not happy about working the floor and is probably not used to interacting with the public. There were several parties going on that day and the younger staff were busy so she came to fill in. But none of that excuses the way she lambasted me, especially in front of my child and other parents. I would suggest that the owner not only take a class in customer service, but also learn basic human decency. If that's the way she treats customers, I can only imagine how she talks to employees. read more

I assumed that my youngest under 42" can't do the bigger kid stuff but I didn't expect there to be restrictions for my 9 year old kid over 54" who couldn't enter the play structure which is the main attraction here. Most places with a large multi level play structure don't restrict kids like they do here. Won't be coming back. read more

Unfriendly staff, mostly on their phones not doing anything to enhance the children's experience. Limited things for kids under 48 inches tall. Also, we were required to purchase socks even though we brought socks from other indoor play place which are nicer. This place is a money grab and doesn't care about repeat customers. We drove from 30 miles away and overall very disappointed. Two stars because it has potential, if they continue to build out the facility and include more things to do. This review is for a kids birthday party (BRACHIOSAURUS BASH package) Leila was our party host and was the best! She did a fantastic job with our party size. We just had to bring our birthday cake and candles, and goodie bags. We went to another kids party here once before deciding to host our 7 year old's party here this weekend. We had about 35 kids and 20+ parents and got booked to one of the larger rooms in the back corner on the obstacle course side. The space is great for kids this age up to a few years older. The kids played mostly in the indoor play structure and ball pit area, but many also tried the obstacle/ninja course and rock climbing area, as well as a few rounds of laser tag (which the kids loved), and some mini golf. We did not do any bowling or try the arcade games. The pizza is fine (crust is below average, but standard for a birthday party; personally, I liked the butter chicken pizza quite a lot), the samosas are really good, the family salad is spring mix with two dressings, and the fruit platters were good too (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, and pineapple). The food prices are on the high side, but typical for party places. I would prefer if the price for socks was included in the party package (increasing the price accordingly), but I think that is typical as well. You reserve your time with a deposit online, and they call you just a few days before the party to walk you through the details and take your food order, and they also send you a preliminary invoice based on your order. Everything is transparent which I appreciated. The place is generally very BUSY on the weekend, but the Saturday 10am-12pm party slot we had was not too bad at all. All in all, great place to host a kids birthday party. The kids will want to stick around for an extra hour or so after the party time is up since there's so much to do. We prefer this venue to other birthday party mainstays in Dublin/Pleasanton (Pump it Up and Skyzone). read more

This place probably would have been a solid 4 for me. Except we hosted a birthday party today (1/7) for my daughter and our hostess Lupita was probably the BEST party host I have had. We have hosted parties at Chuckecheese, Boomers, The Jungle, a few others but hands down Lupita nailed it. Let's chat venue. This place is open 7 days a week. Huge climbing structure. Play area and ball pit are great for little ones. The older kids like the obstacle course. There's bowling (honestly I haven't tried because everything else is so unique we stick to those), arcades, bowling, laser tag. My only gripe was cleanliness. My son is 15 months and we went in the 4 and under area. We could clearly see dust bunnies and little things a toddler would find to be a delicious snack. So be aware and alert. Same in the ball pit area. It was probably 30% dead (flat balls). It looks like it could benefit from a ball refresh where all balls are removed, detailed clean (I saw silverware in the pit and discarded masks, etc.) Let's get to the fun stuff... This place is good for 1-12 year olds for sure. Even older. There's just something for everyone. It's nicely decorated, realistic dinosaurs. Pro tip: grab a table- order your food early. The pizza is pretty good for a play place. If you sign your waiver before you come it saves time. You do have to buy their socks which is almost $4. You can save them and come back. For birthday party you get a dedicated base camp area. They decorate so no need to bring your own. Just finished our son's Big 13th Bday party at this place. We had eleven 13 year old boys and four parents and everyone had a great time. The kids played three rounds of laser tag, a round of mini golf and lots of time on the obstacle parkour-ish and other structures and said it was all awesome. The pizza and sodas that came with our package and the reserved room worked out great too. Our Hostess, Maddie, was great. She timed everything perfectly to keep things moving and to keep our wild bunch hydrated and fed. She was super sweet to the kids and the moms loved talking with her as well. Recently I took my daughter back to Lost World. They sent me an email saying they'd updated the play structure so I thought we would give it another try. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it is! We went on a weekday when she was out of school and I was off work so it wasn't too crowded. The new play structure was really nice and my daughter played for hours. I had to make her take a break to eat. The food was a little bit pricey for what we got but it wasn't bad. We'll definitely go back again and I'm glad I gave them another chance. read more

Yahir was our party host and he was very attentive to my party's needs. He explained everything to us before the party and available although out our party. We held our son's 8th birthday party here over the weekend and Laila was our host for the day. I would give Laila 5 stars for her amazing work that day but the overall experience which has nothing to do with Laila's diligent work will be a four. If you are doing a party here and can ask for who your host will be, I'd ask for Laila because she was attentive to detail and asked us questions on how we wanted things set up. She took care of our guests and anyone who walked through the front entrance was greeted and taken cared off. She did fantastic with the kids especially when it was time to eat and got everyone's orders correct. At the end of the party, she helped us out with clean up and making sure all our gifts were together. I'm giving the overall experience a four because the kids did have an amazing time with the Ninja Warrior course, indoor playground, and laser tag. HOWEVER, I do think it's a bit much that the place also charges you for socks for your whole party on top of already paying for a party package - I feel like that's something Lost World should throw into their party package deal and incorporate it with the overall price. Food is also mediocre here and overpriced. It would be great if they allowed people throwing parties to have a different vendor cater food. To put things into perceptive one whole pizza can cost you between $26.99 to $34.99, Chicken Tenders = $44.95 for 20 pieces, etc to name a few. I have three older children who are now in middle and high school, and I used to bring them to Lost World in Livermore years ago -- we absolutely loved it back then. Naturally, I was excited to bring my 3 1/2-year-old this time, expecting the same great experience. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The staff were inattentive, unmotivated, and at times downright rude. The ball pit was filthy, and the ball "fountain" wasn't working at all. A large group of 8-10-year-olds were running wild, creating chaos and even causing smaller kids to get hurt -- and no one on staff intervened. As a fellow small business owner, I found it genuinely disheartening. If management doesn't address these issues soon, I worry this place won't maintain the reputation it once had and we will have one less thing for the kiddos in our charming town. read more

I was invited here for a birthday party and the only good thing i can say is our party host was very nice. BUT the manager and the staff working in the play area was very unprofessional. One lady working in the party area had no bra on and her staff shirt was very dirty. The other lady was very insensitive to the children who had autism. She made comments like "he needs to get his a** down because he keeps talking off his socks" and "that party has all those slow kids in there they need to leave" verrrrrrrryyyyyyy disrespectful. One line for parties, separate super long line for GA and the people in the birthday party line don't take customers from the GA line, super annoying and slow. Not a ton of open seating either. This place needs SAFER safety socks!!! My son was playing in the Ninja area. When he couldn't reach the top he had no choice but to slide down, and after sliding down he started crying terribly. When he took off his "safety socks", he revealed this happened to the bottom of his foot. I assumed the purpose of wearing "safety socks" is to protect the children while playing. My question is , how "safe" are these "safety" socks??? Hope this doesn't happen to any other children. PS I did not sign a waiver form. read more

Please don't come here unless you live in the vicinity and you have money to blow. The pictures online make it look way better than it is. Most of the games and features are broken, the poor workers are young and likely untrained, I'm not sure how they get away with half of the unsafe features, it's very unsanitary, and the price for the value is not there. Most of what you will experience is a sea of screaming kids and parents trying to tune them out by playing on their phones. We waited 20 minutes for the agility course because a belligerent parent bullied the workers into letting his kids birthday party on even though they were too small. The kids ended up needing to be escorted off crying because they were scared. We will DEFINITELY not be returning. read more

Really cool place, way better than taking the kids to Chuck E. Cheese. They have a huge arcade ,laser tag , miniature golf and build a Dino area (that was closed) really unique place. However it could use some cleaning we found a dirty sock in the ball pit some food left in the play area there's a lot of dust accumulated. You can definitely spend a lot of time here with your kiddos because it's really entertaining. Everything is such an attraction to look at and take a picture with and of. If the kids were asked to come back we I would bring them back but hopefully things are cleaner by then. I suppose employment levels are down considering the place looked so empty upon arrival 2 cars in the parking lot and one person I saw when we arrived). Being this was my first time I wasn't sure what areas we could go in or not because there are particular wrist bands you get. This place def is a walk-in situation but they also do birthday parties. Lacks cleanliness. Doesn't give the feel to stay for long. Have been to this place for first time. The theme looks ok. The play structure is big enough but very dark. I understand it could be the setup of the theme but should have lighting since it will mostly suit smaller kids. The sitting area ins very untidy, worn out couches, ripped benches and on top of it the moisture makes it more uncomfortable. I wasn't even there for an hour. The Lost Worlds Adventures, well the only thing lost here are the staff. Kids are running this place. No management whatsoever, no housekeeping, no monitors (besides the ninja area) and the men's restroom is extremely dirty. So, with that said, I don't want to imagine the kitchen. Just look at the pictures. I was tired of taking them so I stopped at 11 smh. Overall, I'd say this place is trash. I'm all about the indoor playgrounds but if you're going to charge $65 for 2 kids, I need you to take some pride in the place. I'm happy to buy your socks (we were not allowed to wear the grip socks we brought) and I'm happy to pay top dollar for the kiddos to have fun on a rainy day. But when the place looks like this and the staff are Dazed and Confused, I'll just take my family elsewhere as their safty is of the upmost importance. The crust must have been cardboard. Seriously! Plus it was super overpriced. I'm not sure if you are allowed outside food. Come by after you eat. Update.... We went on MLK day. We held a seventh birthday here with about 12 kids under the age of seven. They all had an amazing time playing for three hours and were completely exhausted for the rest of the afternoon. They can't wait to go back. We had Cameron as our birthday concierge who helped coordinate all the events, games and food for the kids. Update September 2022. You guys need to remodel your disgusting place! Things gotten so much worse. Sticky flors, dirty play structure, the gun ball machines don't work, protecting nets for play structures are broken, punching bags for kids that are supposed to be hanging are on the floor and ripped off, there is nobody in control for the play structure, pads for toilet seats are missing, the couches for parents to sit are all torn. The food place closes couple hours earlier than the whole place... Forgot to mention about the entrance line 5 years ago and now the waiver is a mess! First you have to stand in huge line in the little place at the entrance and then wait forever to pay and get a bracelet. At the time we arrived and saw the crowd standing there to fill in the waiver the LW site wasn't working. The ninja course is much nicer (cause it's still new) but it takes forever to get to the climbing walls or to the ninja course. read more

The kids love this place, and it's pretty cool how they've expanded and "aged up" as my kids have grown. The ninja warrior area is cool, and the play structure is legit. The mini golf leaves a lot to be desired, the food is inedible, and there are a number of broken areas in the play structure. The biggest knock is the staff. The front desk was super rude, or maybe just incompetent. Lastly, most kids play area force you to wear grippy socks, but you have to have "lost world" socks here. My daughter asked to go here as her birthday present. I had heard the place was a little run down. While that didn't stop her from having fun, we (parents) were less than impressed. Starting with check in. We've never been. The front desk attendant lacked basic customer service skills. We weren't sure what we wanted (or even exactly what was included) and had to ask a lot of questions to figure that out. When we came back later to grab a golf ball. She looked asleep in her chair... The giant play structure is run down. The special features don't work (looked like maybe some air floating things for the ball pit and some ball shooters). The climbing web and trampoline were both closed. The floors are shifting and a tripping hazard. It's super dirty (especially when those littles are crawling around). The arcade is not much of an arcade. Maybe 20 games. A few out of order. And quite a few took our credits but didn't even work. The prize machine to exchange your tickets is a joke. I know arcade game prizes aren't always the best but the kids can't even pick what they want. It's like a gum ball dispenser machine and you pick from a mystery prize. Even the ones that had a photo of what was in that bin of prize balls, we didn't even get anything from that list (a plastic black "bracelet" that looked like a hair tie...) The mini golf is cute. I like glow in the dark mini golf. However it's not stroller friendly (or even handicap accessible for that matter). And there's only one way in and one way out so you have to walk through other people's games to get out (there is an exit that could easily be open to exit by the front desk..) we also had some obnoxious kids running around playing tag or something while we were trying to play. We walked to the Ninja course but our daughter wasn't tall enough so we didn't get that (though we saw kids that looked her size on it). Bowling looks like it might be fun too but we didn't do it this time. Build a Dino looks extinct (pun intended). It is hot! Big fans going but it doesn't seem like there's even AC. It's not a place to go when you're trying to beat the heat. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

First time checking out lost world. I was excited to see my 18 month old's face light up. When we arrived it did. She was so excited to see all the Dinos and other kids running around. I'm sure in her book it would be a 5 star review but this place is gross. It had old dirty gum pieces stuck to the mats and I had to keep my daughter from touching them and trying to eat them. The mats don't look like they've ever been cleaned. Then I noticed something by a ball on the mat. Yup a cockroach. Maybe it's because they leave what looked like open trash bins next to the bathrooms inside the building idk. That was gross as well. The bathrooms had no paper towels when I went to dry my daughter's hands. Or maybe it was Jammed. I'm not sure if it's understaffed or just needs a big update. But for sure get new mats throughout the whole play area and please take your trash bins outside! Very disappointing tbh. Guess we're headed back to the peek-a-boo factory. read more
