We've been here twice. Once to attend a birthday party and the 2nd time to host our son's 5th birthday celebration. On both occasions, both our kids had a great time. The place has a lot of activities to keep the kids busy and entertained. Food is available to order. You can only bring in your own cake. Drinks and foid has to be ordered from the facility. You can get regular water in a pitcher for free or order bottled water for $1.50 each. I like the way they organize the party areas. And the nice backdrop of animated videos of forests and waterfalls that give you a feel of being in a jungle with the dinosaurs. Unfortunately for us, their projector broke during our son's birthday and they said they're not responsible for things not working in their OWN facility. There was no compensation provided, except for tge manager giving me 2 free play pass, since I kept on bugging him about not having the full experience. Aside from this setback, everything else was great! We did the mini-gold course. The kids and parents enjoyed the glow in the dark experience. We also did the laser tag, which was really fun. Except for the part where we lost against the public team. Our party group played against the non-party guests, who went to Lost Worlds on their own. Our server was nice. But I hoped for him to be a little bit more proactive rather than me reminding him about our drinks and food to be served. And having to look for him when our cups and plates ran out. Overall we had a wonderful time. We had the party from 5pm to 7pm and we weren't rushed to leave since there was no party after ours. Horrible customer service and each time I've been here, they were severely understaffed and we were forced to wait over two hours for two pizzas with a final solution that we got a refund due to the place closing within 20 min. The manager stayed hiding in the kitchen while customers were out front politely asking to speak to a manager in order to attempt to come up with a solution. The manager refused to come out having his teenage staff is that he couldn't come out because he was in the back making pizzas. It's fair to say he wasn't MAKING pizzas because no pizzas were coming out. I get business management and recognize that these issues could be resolved with some better planning in the future. I hope the owner or manager reads this and does the right thing by comping our $49 deal that mine and my friends families paid for this Thursday night deal. Birthday Party review We had my son's birthday party here and it was insanely unorganized! I should have went with my first mind when Lost Worlds Adventures didn't respond to my emails. But; my son is in love with dinosaurs so I overlooked it. We had close to 34+ people at the event. Spent more than $1700. We ended up with ONE person to help facilitate the party. Food was not consistent, they forgot to round up the children for the birthday song and neglected to help us clean up. Oh... the two day passes we received for my son and us to come back again? Revoked! We came back the second they opened back up at the end of 2020 and the front desk said the passes were "no longer valid" and took our passes. I emailed the manager of lost worlds in December.... Followed up in March, April and May. No response, no emails no nothing. They can look up if we used the passes because they make you put yourself name in the computer for the liability waiver. This is just a dinosaur themed chuck-e-cheese. the children love it. But as an adult... you are in for a different kind of ride. read more

The mini-golf area looked inviting due to well designed neon lighting, but it smelled musty in there. Not the cleanest place, as others mention. One of our group tried to order the Caesar salad due to dietary restrictions, but nope-- "I don't think we have that; we're out", Why advertise something you don't have? We visited on 5/6 and had a great time. After reading Yelp reviews, we were a little skeptical about cleanliness, but it was better than expected. It's a large facility with few workers and a lot of kids. People need to have realistic expectations and be reminded that many businesses are still struggling to survive in a post covid world. One thing to note, they offered hair nets with the helmets for climbing. I think it's the first time I've been offered a hair net when participating in an activity requiring a helmet. It was a pleasant surprise for us. The person who was in charge of the safety harnesses was so patient with each person. One waiver machine is working... the line is out the door and just one cashier taking forever. We got here at 11am and it wasn't until 11:30 that we made it past the cashier. What used to be $9.99 for your child to play on the play structure is now $24.99 because they raised prices and you can no longer just pay for the play structure alone, you have to get their package which includes mini golf as well. I'm not going to attempt mini golf with a three year old. But apparently that's the cheapest package they have, so once you add tax you're out $27. Also, as I'm sitting here writing a large family of several adults and kids are walking around with no masks. Other kids inside the play structure aren't wearing masks either. I get it - I'm tired of wearing my mask too but restrictions indoors haven't been lifted yet... they could at least be respectful of the rules but nobody here is monitoring or enforcing anything. The dirties most disgusting bathrooms I've ever seen with no soap or sanitizer... I wonder what the staff uses after they're done using the restroom 2. Parents beware! This place is filthy, the play structure is broken and DANGEROUS in many places. I was playing with my daughter when a rope tunnel broke and I fell through to the safety netting. Walked through a different doorway to feel like I had a spiderweb on my face-- nope it was a wad of hair hanging from the doorway. I just had my son's 11th birthday there today and everything went well. Our host, Nicko, was great - very attentive and patient - always checking in to see if we need anything. With everything included in the package, I only had to remember to bring the cake, party favors, and birthday candles. Lost Worlds Adventures took care of the rest - huge plus! I haven't been to Lost Worlds Adventures for a while but it now has an obstacle course (similar to American Ninja Warrior - this was a hit for my guests), bounce house, rock climbing, laser tag (also a hit for us), and bowling, everyone including the adults had a blast. There are sufficient parking spaces. Everyone at the front desk were friendly and helpful as well. I received all positive feedback from the parents in my party. The place is being run to the ground. Play area for the younger kids is old and filthy. With placemats missing and just so dirty. Ball pit barely have balls left. The staff is bunch of young kids that knows nothing about customer service. They have a staff next to the trampoline area but she was sitting down by the entrance stairs to the trampoline and on her phone the entire time. Why block the entrance? Whoa this place is huge and pretty amazing. My seven year old niece says her favorite part is the ninja warriors area. Everything except laser tag and the games are included in the price. $15 for a hour , $29 for 3. As a adult I felt like the laser tag was fun but not enough time. Not enough trash cans, or places for adults to chill. They need more of those massage chairs. Lol The food is way over priced so plan on eating before or after you come. While Lost World is fun and a great experience for kids, we had a very scary experience today. My son was put in a harness and he walked onto the top course without being hooked and made it through halfway before we realized he was not hooked up. I can't help but imagine what could have happened if he would have fallen. They location was short staffed for multiple parties and the people who were working were barely working and on their phones. Only one kid with long blonde hair was doing a good job and saved my son. Spring Break birthday parties aren't easy--everyone is off and having a party on a Friday or weekend isn't ever as fun as it seems. I went in and put down my deposit for the Bravoceratops birthday package expecting crazy. Abigail was invited by her best friend Ari to her evening birthday party here at Lost Worlds Adventure. We haven't been to Lost Worlds so both me and Abigail were both curious and excited. Lost Worlds Adventure is located along S. Vasco's industrial area, where K1 Speed and a BBall/Volleyball courts are also located. Upon entering, we were promptly greeted by the employees in the main desk and asked whether we were in a birthday party. We mentioned that we are there for Ari's birthday and were given directions to the room. Ari's was the last room, closest to the giant play structure. We were greeted by massive dinosaurs, which was pretty cool. We found the party room, the best friends met, and I became invisible in Abigail's eyes =). As I was watching Abi from a distance, I realized that although the main play structure is massive and intricate; my 2 year old Jacob would also enjoy the structure as well. Nice touch with the bar & stool setup right in front of the structure so parents and enjoy their food/drink while watching their kids. Oh, did I mention Lost Worlds Adventures also has laser tag and a mini golf? It is truly a well rounded entertainment center that I think will also keep adults entertained. As the other reviews already mention, staff here can't be bothered to do anything really. Not to mention every surface is sticky. Do not go into the boys restroom without PPE. Peekaboo factory around the corner is so much smaller, and so much cleaner. While they lack the decorative dinosaur sculptures (that you are not allowed to touch anyway) Peekaboo Factory is also much better suited for the little ones. read more

A local business that's appropriately named! "Lost" describes the employees, the clientele, and the owner who clearly doesn't give af about this business. Broken machines and generally very unkempt, we paid for an all day pass for our kid and we ended up staying one hour. The front desk person was - let's say slow (to be kind)...when we left I described the experience as an SNL skit. The Black light mini golf was a joke- totally unexciting - a horrible course with pieces falling apart and breaking off to the point where the final hole you can't even get the ball where it needs to be to end the game...golf clubs and balls and random unattended rugrats all over the place. As we started playing, I asked the front desk person for the scoring card and she looked so confused - then started shuffling around in the desk pulling every type of paper out that she could find in drawers and cubbies - I just stared in wonder at how crappy and inefficient this place was, and wanted to see how long she would fumble for papers before giving up. I lasted a minute and finally just told her I'd keep score on my phone. Good grief. Who came up with the idea to play mini golf in the dark? The rest of the "adventure" was a bore, just a bunch of kiddie play areas full of rude little kids. The video games were awful, some broken, some disheveled, some just pushed off to the side. Kids running amok, not taking turns and totally ignoring lines and basic human protocol. Food looked awful -pizza looked like plastic- though I would never dare, and no beer available (which one truly needs in order to tolerate such a place). Oh I forgot to mention they had the AC shut off on a 94 degree day! I'm pretty sure this place is about to go bankrupt.
